Il prezzo è il più basso che si possa trovare con le spese di spedizione niente da dire.
Purtroppo il mio gancio non l'avevano a magazzino, ma questo non me lo comunicarono subito, anzi dopo 3 giorni dal pagamento mi dissero che il gancio era stato spedito.
In realtà il gancio lo ordinarono alla Westfalia che purtroppo però gli inviò un gancio sbagliato, dovettero riordinarlo con conseguente perdita di tempo.
Alla fine il gancio è arrivato, probabilmente ho avuto sfortuna io, ma se mi dicevano subito che non era a magazzino mi evitavano un sacco di preoccupazioni, mi mettevo il cuore in pace e aspettavo, invece hanno risposto ai miei solleciti tergiversando un pò troppo per i miei gusti.
Avevo come referente il sig. Simon che sempre gentilmente rispondeva alle mie domande.

Unfortunately my hook had not in stock, but this is not communicated to me right away, even after 3 days of payment they told me that the hook had been sent.
In fact the hook ordained him to the Westphalia which unfortunately sent him a hook wrong, they had to reorder resulting in loss of time.
At the end of the hook has arrived, I've probably had bad luck, but if you told me right away that it was not in stock I avoided a lot of worries, I put my heart at rest and waited, instead responded to my prevaricating a little too solicitous for my taste.
I'd like contact person Mr.. Simon, who always kindly answered my questions.

Excellent service
Excellent service - towbar delivered quickly and in perfect condition. Website has lots of clear information to help with getting the right towbar. Had no need to call their technical support line .... yet!

Tow bar order
The good was delivered yesterday afternoon: excellent timing shipping. I can't even write a review on the content because my mechanic, super busy, gave me an appointment for the day 24 for installation, not before. I hope that everything is fine, otherwise I cannot go on vacation. Fingers crossed...

goods were not in stock.
Goods avertised on website. Payment taken with order but i got a subsequent phone call to tell me the goods were not in stock. In fairness i was guven an imediate refund and the phonecall.was within an hour of placing ordwr. For a.small value item.i wouldnt have minded but this was an order well.over £300 and due to the way banks work my money left my account imediatley but will be several days before i see it again. This resulted in me having to find another £300 to buy the goods elawhere. If items are not in stock uou should either advise as such on your website or not offer them for sale. A poor exprience

Ronseal towbar - does exactly what it says on the tin!
Easy to order, great comms and fast delivery. When I cracked open the box everything was there and instructions were clear, towbar was fitted to the car in a couple of hours no bother. The electrics just plugged in as described and as soon as I work out how Ive fitted the plug on to the towbar wrong I will be totally happy, not suppliers fault tho totally mine.
