I order four pair of shoes, and was sent the wrong size. I contacted the company by email to resolve the issue, and received two responses that has nothing to do with my issue. I may think twice before ordering again.
I was excited to receive the shoes purchased for my daughter, but when she tried them on and found them to be too tight, i requested to return them. I was met with no RMA would be issued due to these being sale items. That was not something that I appreciated at all.
My package came in exactly the time frame they said it would. When my package arrived I was already thinking, that, I was not going to get what I seen on the internet, boy was I wrong. I opened my box and to my surprise I was 100% pleased with everything, from the way it fits, to the way it looks. Definitely shopping at Pink Basis again. :)
I had been looking for some nice Mary Jane shoes, found them online through your site. I was concerned that they were going to be cheap looking, and uncomfortable. They arrived in time for the event I was attending, they were comfortable enough for me to wear throughout the night.
I bought early morning on the 10th and after calling numerous times they finally ,quickly, shipped it the 16th....bathing suits r fine. but customer service and getting through on those lines are rough
I wouldn't use this site again to order any of their products. My sister wants something off this site and directed me on to it for a pair of boots. They took a very long time to ship, the person who contacted me from customer service seemed irritated or not friendly. First and last time.
Man about how long it take a package to get here after you pay 17 dollars just to have it ship to you.....
Now have to pay more for some shoes to go with my outfit....... Not ordering from here again....

Placed an order for shoes with 2 day air on Thursday. Checked order on site Friday, listed as "Processing". Checked over the weekend, still listed as "Processing". Monday comes around, still listed as "Processing". Try to call Pinkbasis to find out what's going on, nothing but busy signals on both phone lines , can't even be put on hold. Sent an email asking for an update. Get home, Monday, my order had arrived. Tuesday, I get an email saying my package had shipped and giving the the tracking info, a little late to say the least. And Wednesday, I get a response to my email giving me the same tracking info. So can't contact them directly, can't get an automated email when its shipped, can't get a response to a simple email. Why would I return to shop here again.
My product was shipped by "smart ship" and after 8 business days I STILL don't have it ? I feel as if it was ordered internationally or something it's coming from California from My understanding, regular ole USPS would have taken 3-4 days Tops ; to wait That long shipping should have just been free . Sorry to say I don't see myself ordering again .
I was going to order a whole mess of things, until I went to check out and saw the shipping prices. Won't be ordering from them again.
They try to www customers discounts to make it affoe sable and they also have very fast delivery. This is Christmas season and they delivered my order extremely fast considering and the item was everything I expected it to be.
I Will never purchase from you again. I shop all the time and you items were horrible and I just wanted to exchange for something else and you told me it was a final sale and the items that I purchased did not have the final sale code. I am still thinking of calling fox29 news because you are wrong. You will not be the first company I put on the radar with the media the last company wished they had given my money back sooner and now they are out of business. You will be hearing from me in the near future.
First time ordering was not happy about paying 15.99 for standard shipping then saw in my my junk mail after I placed the order a 15% off tried calling the contact did not work to at least get that discount not sure i will order from here again.
I had the best experience ever. I pay for my merchandise in full and realized that the discount did not applied and contact customer service and they reimburse me for the difference. Customer service was very polite and professional. Would definitely buy from them again.
Everything was great, the box was in good condition, my boots were delivered on the day the shipping said. The only thing I didn't like was that I did not receive my conformation until a day after the order was placed and I had to e-mail the company for my tracking number. I received a tracking number because I asked for it. The actual e-mail that the company sends after you order, the one with your tracking and shipping information wasn't received until after I had received my product. Other than that everything was great. Just wondering when I would get my tracking was the awful part.
