P.s. If your not sure about size order a half size bigger i wear a 81/2 sneaker ordered a 9 nd fit perfectly!!!!!!!!!!! <3

Had Gift Card Issue but it's now resolved

I have purchased a gift card for a friend and the gift card didn't cover the shipping costs.My friend had to pay extra 25 dollars minimum to make the purchase-the system didn't let her make a purchase with the giftcard unless she paid for extra shipping costs. She of course didn't complete her order.
I searched on the site and nowhere does it state that the giftcard doesn't cover the shipping costs. I have contacted them more than 5 times this month and they ignore me. Paypal can't refund me because it's an e-gift card, and I had to complain to BBB
Update: Issue resolved- I received a refund from them.

For sale Items, It wuz not expensive and the quality of the clothes wuz very nice... i wuz quick shopment i must sai... and i am a type of person who is impatient... so i watch my shipment everday... i thaught this website wuz a scam bt i wuz proven wrong.... i have just made this websit better than forever 21.. i must sai.... Thrilled! These boots are better in person!

I ordered my first pair of boots based mostly on price! I thought they were cute and decided that if they were"cheap" looking that I would be ok with that! To my surprise, they looked better in person than online! I have since ordered 3 more pairs of boots and all of them have acceded my expectations! I always get compliments and have told everyone how inexpensive they are and where I get them!!

Inexpensive, Fast Delivery, Satisfied Customer

Pinkbasis was great! A very fast delivery to South Korea within a week! I thought with how inexpensive the boots were that I was going to be getting nothing...but there my 3 pairs of boots were packaged very securely and all in tack. Only thing I would let other customers know, these are inexpensive boots and therefore the quality of the boot is not the best. Comfortable inside but let's just say the outside of the boot won't last more than a season. Thanks Pinkbasis, I would definitely recommend this awesome site to anyone! Enjoy shopping!

Very fast delivery!

Pink Basis has inexpensive, and fun stuff. They are very fast on delivery, as well. My only complaint is that they are too random with the way they decide to change prices... and by that I mean raise their prices for no good reason. I was about to buy a pair of boots for $40... and the next day they were $48.... not cool. Their website is kind of slow as well...oh well...nobody's perfect...you just have to shop around!

Birthday Shoes were a Big hit!!!

I ordered a pair of leopard print wedges with spikes for my birthday, the customer service from Pinbasis was awesome!!!! My shoes arrived on time for my birthday and I received sooooo many compliments and of course everyone asked me "Where did I buy those shoes" the fit was true to size and I will definitely buy from them again.

Awesome & Totally Worth it!!!

I thought this was to good to be true, I have placed two orders already and plan on placing many more. I have ordered 6 pairs of boots and I love them ALL, a couple of them did not fit my calf but that was a miss judgement on my part, because the description told me the calf size but I wanted to try them anyway. I am in the process of sending a couple pairs back because of that issue but I will be purchasing many more boots, shoes and clothing from this company! Great site...easy to use and navigate!!!

Thank you so much for my order. I am very pleased with how fast the shipping was (to Canada: one week!) i purchased a dress from Pink Basis for my Semiformal, and I really like the fit and style. It looked exactly like what i ordered. I was a little weary to purchase, since there was not a lot of information about shipping. I am very happy about my purchase.

Doubly Delighted

I ordered two pairs of boots - a black combat style, and a brown suede "Pocahontas" style (as my boyfriend says). I am very satisfied with the quality for the price that I paid. I was concerned they would look cheap, since they were inexpensive, but I am pleasantly surprised. The only complaint that I have, which shouldn't be a long-lasting problem, is that the brown suede boots smelly "chemically" like polyurethane. I am certain this will go away as I wear them. Very excited and plan to order again soon! Had my eye on a jacket. ;)

I ordered a pair of super cute combat boots, I was nervous at first but I ADORE them! They are perfect, and super cute, just like in the picture on the website. I have received so many complements on them! I love them and you can't beat the price!

The company is great! They have many choices and everything is super cute and affordable. I cant stop shopping here. My the first order I placed I used a different mailing address than my credit card address and as soon as I placed my order they called me to make sure this was not an error. My boots came and for such a low price, I thought they would be crap but they turned out to be just like the image! They are so perfect and my mother cant stop saying how cute I am in them. I'm very grateful I ran into this site.

Great shoes, good deal, but....

I love their shoes and the deals I get with them, but the clothing department lacks. Not as trendy or fashion forward and looks cheap. When a customer writes or message them on their facebook site, they also do not respond. What's the point of having a facebook page if you do not respond or communicate with the customers?

Considering that I bought eight pairs of shoes, on a Monday and got them on a Wednesday amazes me. I've never received any large orders that quickly. I got what I wanted at a price I wanted. However, nothing is perfect. One pair of my shoes were noticeably lopsided. Other than that though, the service was great. I will definitely return to them for more purchases.

At my job every year we support Breast Cancer,so this year my department is wearing pink camo pants ,combat boots and teeshirts that say stomp out Breast Cancer.Iwent on line and put in combats boots and saw your site.I was very please with the combats boots you were offering ,so I order a pair for a coworker and myself.
