Customer service in the top 5%
I purchased 3 SONOS amps from PIXLL. Chris wrote me mails advising my order had been received and further when dispatched. Unfortunately the delivery courier couldn't find my (Central London) apartment building on two delivery attempts. Chris (instead of me) repeated chased them down until delivery was made.
He has since advised me, taking considerable time of his own, on a home cinema and for an audio solution in my media room. His advice has taken the form of bespoke suggestions at 2-3 price points based on my requirements. I haven't found him to try and sell me more expensive equipment than I need and his prices are very sharp.
For me this was unheard of quality of service at this price point.

One of the best companys that I have experienced!
Fantastic service both during and after the purchase process.
I dealt with Chris who was faultless in his communication, customer service, information provision and overall service.
I haven't even mentioned the prices yet which were extremly competitive and guarnateed to put a smile on your face.
Please do give this company a try - you will not be dissapointed.

Best out there and best by a country mile
I had been looking to up grade my AV Amp and had conisder the Anthem. I found Pixll on the net and Chris outpriced and outperformed all other UK dealers including my own local dealer in Glasgow. The payment was easy and shipment fast and everything was in order. I had a few questions on the set up and Chris came back quickly and with the right advice.
Also decided to upgrade my centre speaker to a kef ref 202. Again, I scoured the net spoke with various local hi fi shops and once again Chris at Pixll came up trumps on both price and service.
I couldn't recommend Chris and Pixll highly enough. Best out there best and by a country mile.

Excellent service, good prices
I ordered from Belgium and the transaction turned out to be a bit more complicated but Chris helped a lot to ensure a smooth and fast delivery. They have competitive prices with a great level of service. I can highly recommend them and will order again.

Time and Trouble.
Chris of Pixll spent a great deal of time and trouble ensuring that I selected the correct Hi - Fi stand for my equipment then delivered the stand to my home personally. I can confidently recommend this company.

Great kit, great service
Sonos Connect Amp. What a piece of kit, best for the money i have heard in the streamer world. the app is great. I control with my pc most of the time as it is so good.
And shopping with Pixll is like going to a shop and getting service with a smile.

Very professional with a refreshing level of customer service
I ordered from Pixll online as the item was competitively priced and included delivery.
I became concerned however as the 3rd party courier first mislaid the item and then delivered it damage. (Read On!)
This is when I realised how fortunate I was, that I ordered from Pixll (Chris). Although the delivery problems where not of his doing Chris dealt with the problem swiftly and to my fullest satisfaction turning a potential negative into a positive. I am delighted with my cabinet and the service I received.
In my opinion straight forward online orders do not offer any insight with regards to the level of customer service offered by an online company. How a company resolves a problem however provides you with a very clear indication. In this instance I am pleased to say the company was faultless.
I will use Pixll again and highly recommend this company.

High end service with high end products
I recently made a purchase of an Anthem amp and the Paradigm millenia one satellite speakers with milleniasub. From the initial call Chris showed enthusiasm, product knowledge and attentive approach which made me feel at ease with my purchase. I can't begin the praise the good level of communication between the guys at Pixll and myself, before, during and after purchase. Chris sent me his key span adaptor ( bearing in mind i live in Devon) to enable set up the Anthem room correction and helped me through the setting up process. I will be using Chris again and urge anybody who is considering an investment in home cinema to talk to the guys at Pixll. Top Draw, thanks again

Fast Delivery, great communication, good price
We purchased a high end Anthem AV receiver from Pixll. We were a little nervous about spending so much online but the guys at Pixll really put us at ease by phoning and e-mailing at each stage of the process. The amplifier is excellent and Chris spent time talking me through the set up. We will be coming back to upgrade our Monitor Audio speakers.
