Good product. Quick service.

This product was a quarter of the price of the 'official' replacement skirt for my trampoline. It is almost identical and fits perfectly. I would recommend this to anyone thinking of giving their trampolene a makeover.

After speaking to Customer Service actually found out that Playtimes were not at fault and that the 3rd Party in this Sale/Transaction was at fault.

Bought a kettler go kart for £30 cheaper than any other online store. It arrived within days of ordering even though we live in the North of Scotland. Fantastic service, great price, good communication and free delivery = happy customer! Can't wait to see my sons face on his birthday on Saturday :0)

could be a lot better....

trike
parts missing from box, sent replacements not the right ones,
got the part to fix the forks on then found that the bolts for the seat where the wrong ones.
in the end had to fix myself
this was for my sons birthday and in all not very happy.
would not order from them again..
the only plus is that they where helpful and quick to replace parts (wrong ones)..

Bought a pedal go kart (Kettler Suzuka Air) at very good price. Coupled with excellent telephone advice & delivery, I couldn't have asked for more. Two very happy grandchildren!

Ablaze with praise about my new gas fire

for perfection in the delivery and the instructions on my gas fire I would have found it easyier if the on/off switch had been made clearer

Excellent service - delivery on day 3 when 5 days were scheduled

The gas heater was despatched on the day of ordering, and delivered two days after that, which was two days earlier than scheduled. This was much appreciated as I had ordered it for use in the garage, and the outside temperature was sub-zero, so it wasn't much warmer in the garage.

After having troublr with my computer, i called Playtimes, they dealt with my order extemely efficently. Had problems with the delivery company and 'ROSIE' was wonderful going more than the extra mile to try and help. when i collected my order from the depot on checking there werew a few parts damaged and once again ROSIE went out of her way to get them to me, even ringing me from home out of hours to make sure i had received them. my problems were also acknowledged and apologised for by THE BOSS. Extremely efficient service from the point of ordering to delivery to the door!

Although I've yet to unpack the jeep I've bought for my sons birthday, I've been really amazed at how quickly it was delivered. I've given the company a five star rating based on their customer service. I shall be delighted if the product is 5 star too.

Speedy delivery within 2 days. Really impressed with the scooter for the money paid (half price) absoloute bargain. Recommended age 10+ but I bought for my 9 year old with all the safety helmet, pads etc. and Im pleased to say it is perfect for him

I had a few questions regarding the ride on car I was thinking of purchasing for my daughter & so I emailed Playtimes & a few days later I got an automated response to say my queries were being dealt with & I would receive a reply within 48 hours........a week later & I'm still waiting on a response!!! Very disappointed with this service!!
However, I purchased the ride on car & it arrived by courier as promised. My partner & Dad built the car & encountered a few problems for eg the music button on steering wheel was broken & one of the hub caps was duller than the rest. Luckily my Dad was able to fix the music button or else I would have had a very unhappy daughter!! I wasn't completely confident if I had contacted the company about this defect whether they could have rectified the problem & returned it in time for my daughter's birthday-think maybe if they have replied to my emails initially, I then would have had more faith in them. All in all, happy with speedy delivery of purchased item but very disappointed in their poor customer service.

A few minutes after posting this review, a gentleman from Playtimes contacted me & after a few email exchanges, we have agreed that there was a technical hitch & although a reply was sent to me, I received an automated response instead. Mike kindly sent me the reply again. He also offered to send me a new set of hubcaps to replace the faulty one. And whilst building the car, my Dad & partner came across 2 black strips but had no idea where they belong. So Mike is presently making contact with the supplier to find out where they should go!
I am delighted with the response from Mike at Playtimes and he has restored my faith in their customer service. I will definitely use this company again and would advise people that purchase from Playtimes that if they do encounter any problems with this company, contact them by phone as they will be more than happy to sort them out. Thank you Playtimes and I can't wait to see my daughter's face when she sees her little car!!

Fantastic Service from start to finish

I needed to buy my child an electric scooter for her birthday, having come across this website via a google search, I was astounded to see these scooters for a modest price.
I thought "must be a catch!" but no!
Excellent value for money - so much so - that I bought another for my other child too!
When they arrived (the next day) - I was saddened to see that a bolt was missing but after dropping customer service an email - a bolt was dispatched the same day.
I have put this site in my favourites as I do not want to miss out on any other great offers that should come along

Only the price is cheap.

Heater was very cheap so I was expecting a "cheap" product but was completely surprised to find that whilst it is lightweight it is designed to be much more stable than the old one I have replaced and works fantastically well with minimal setup.

Definatley worth having one on hand for these cold days :-)
