Last Tuesday I identified a fault on my Biasi boiler. As I had received good service from you previously I rang too order two parts for the boiler. It was after courier pick-up time and the lady taking the order said that it would be Thursday morning delivery. This was quite understandable and I paid for the parts. Thursday morning the part for the DHW valve arrived in the post, as promised. The thermocouple I had ordered did not appear but the weather was evil and I thought the post was delayed. On Saturday I still had no part. I rang the order office, and after making enquiries the lady informed me that the order had been passed to another office. They did not have one of the parts, but did not bother to tell me. Mon 9th still no parts, I just hope that tomorrow I get the parts. What should have been a quick clean repair is dragging on. A week for parts is not good enough. On Saturday when I rang and the problem hi lighted nobody said lets get a move on it was well we will post it Monday.

there site was easy to use paid by paypal received goods quickly, but had to return some goods, told what to do and where to send by phone. looked on loads of other websites trying to source parts - this was first one to have comprehensive list with relevant part numbers & prices. Ordered spares on a Sunday & received them on Tuesday - and they were the right bits -how good is that !!

This was a OK experience other than the useless courier who had two deliveries for me one from plumb arena and one from another supplier (failed to deliver both items) so not really anything to do with plumb arena. Advice for plumb arena use APC or DPD well tracked delivery services or Royal Mail
When I could not find what I wanted on their website, I put a query on their live chat notepad and within a few minutes, I had the answer yes they had it in stock. A few minutes later, it was added to their website - remarkable. When I ordered the toilet pan fitting kit, I had an email almost immediately saying that my order was dispatched and would arrive tomorrow and it did. Customer Service does not get better than that.
I recently made my first purchase from Plumb Arena, a Honeywell CMT927 programmable stat. The price was as good as any online and it arrived, well packaged, within 24 hours. So far so good. Having removed the bubble wrap, it was immediately obvious that Honeywell's box was damaged, externally and internally. The batteries, wall plate and stand were all loose inside, I'm sure this is not how Honeywell would have packed them, particularly the batteries. Also one of the settings had been changed from the factory default. So not only had the product been taken out of its box, someone had gone to the trouble of fitting batteries and changing a setting - a display product perhaps. The stat and receiver appeared undamaged, and I really needed to install them immediately, so I went ahead; luckily they are working correctly. So my first, and possibly last, experience of Plumb Arena was unacceptable. Selling 'open box' products is OK if this declared in the advertising and the price is adjusted accordingly, so the buyer is fully aware.
This was an easy to use website with clear prices and easier ordering. I was kept in touch about my order by email and the delivery was fast and efficient. All items were well packed. I will definitely use again..
I purchased a boiler gas valve online and it arrived promptly. In addition Plumb Arena kept me up to date on the progress of the order and even sent an email saying if it had not bee delivered by 3pm to contact them and they would check what had happened.

E-mail said item would be delivered that day. Also said if not there by 3pm to phone. Did that and they said 5pm. It turned out to be 5pm the next day. Delivery company fault I would say but if you are offering a partial tracking service you should be kept informed or not bother at all.
