I have ordered form
This company twice now and even tho there was a small hiccup with my 2nd order the problem was resolved the same day and my aftershock arrived the next day with a few free gifts. Probably the most speediest delivery I have ever received. Even the 1st delivery was super speedy. Recommend this company to everyone I talk to.

Great products but delivery got lost
This is the second time I have used powerbody and the first experience was excellent. However, having spent £122 on products this time round, they still hadn't arrived 10 days later. I looked at my account and it said they had been despatched but with no tracking number. I emailed Powerbody and, to be fair, they were straight on it and admitted there had been a mess-up with the distributor and sent the goods out for next day delivery. But why does it take the customer to spot that something was wrong - they should have checks in place.
It hasn't put me off using them in the future, but they need tighter processes to stop this happening in the future.
