Good, but protein bars arrived crushed

Very good service as my order arrived very fast, which is great. The only thing is my order consisted of quite a few protein bars and as they were sent in a padded envelope they arrived quite crushed and deformed, so it's quite difficult to unwrap them. I'd rather they had been sent in a box.
