Good service but product not quite as described
When it says 60 tablets I certainly got every indication that it was 60 days supply. It is in fact vitamins & minerals split into 2 capsules, so 30 days supply !

Great company slow website!
One of the best sports supplements companies ive used just wish there website would run faster! Crashes everytime I use it. But they have great products and great service can't beat them for that. Would highly recommend them.

Could not be more pleased.
Great products, great prices, quick delivery. Never had any hassle with powerbody :). Used them for the first time at the end of march and have made another 2 orders since then. Have all been seamless and the communication is good so you know exactly when your delivery will arrive. Also sell quest bars for the cheapest I have seen in the UK! :)

Fantastic, simply fantastic
This is the first time I've ordered from Power Body. I ordered Gu Energy Gels in a variety pack. The gels were priced very competitively and were shipped with free delivery.
I was kept up to date with the status of the order via email. The delivery was received in less than 48 hours.

I have just followed up on this with my team after trying to contact with yourself. Unfortunately we are not in the office over the weekend which is why your e-mail was replied to on Monday morning after being received Friday afternoon. The item was attempted delivery on both the 27 and 28 of Feb after being dispatched on the 26th before being taken to your local Post Office for collection.
Please feel free to reply to our e-mail in order to correct this issue.

Feel scammed
Returns process is poor - I had a reaction to a product and ended up paying £75 to return all the items. This is quite unfair. Most other companies would pay for it or at least refund most of the postage money.

We are very sorry you feel this way, however as you are aware we refunded over 15 tubs of a good product some of which had been opened. This was also after the refund period stated in our terms and conditions on the website was over. If they had been faulty products then there would not of been an issue with covering the return. But I am afraid we can not be expected to cover the return of these when you had selected the most expensive returns option possibly provided by Royal Mail instead of the recommended signed for option. Also there were 10 tubs of each product you returned we would not recommend to a customer who may react badly to a product to order 10 of each item before trying 1 tub first.

Excellent!
Every order we have placed with Powerbody, has been completely stress-free. Payment process is smooth and efficient, and once the order has been placed we receive notification promptly of shipping. The delivery time and date, has always been accurate. So we know if we need to stay home or have an arrangement on delivery day, which is excellent considering we are in France and the postage is International! O! another thing, the delivery always arrives very well and securely packaged, never tatty or unkempt!
We have never had to return, or request a refund for anything, but if ever we needed to I am sure, it would be handled with the same customary efficiency! All in all, an excellent service.
