No response, nothing, I'm not impressed. I guess I will contact paypal to get me money back. Avoid them.
Anybody planning to purchase a battery from this company, please give more thoughts into it! I have been waiting for my product since the 27th of January and today is the 19th of February! After purchasing the particular product and paying for it on the 27th of January, I was send a mail on the 30th of January apologizing for the delay and asking me for the product details in order to locate the correct product! And I happily provided the details and then.....pooop! Nor have I received my product nor any replies from the email address I was send the only mail from! I have even contacted the business through the contact us section on the website, but nothing, nada! Very poor and suspicious! I can only pray that I receive my product and the correct one, as I wouldnt be surprised if I found something wrong with it after what I have seen so far and then a further delay! And just to clarify myself, I have bought products from ebay and even from overseas ebay sellers, but even their service was much better! Powerexpert failed to send me my product within 3-5 working days as per mentioned on their website, and even failed to reply to my numerous mails where as the site states somebody would get in touch within 24hrs!
My emails always seem to end up in their Spam filter. They don't understand that I have returned the 2nd product to them as it was wrong, they just keep insisting they sent it to me, go figure.
I am battling to get my money back. If you have no response from their "sales@powerexpert.co.uk" email (the only one provided), I have manage to get these other details which work better:

Don't bother with them!
I bought a battery for my laptop-it came and was the correct one but did not hold charge. The website has no phone contact number so I emailed them twice but no reply.
After 6 days I sent the battery back which cost me £3.50 and surprise! -I got a new battery within 5 days but no paperwork-Strange!
However It now works thank goodness.

Initially I had no email response whatsoever regarding queries about my undelivered battery (they have no contact telephone number). After posting a review on here, they got back to me via email with an explanation as to why my order had not been delivered in the original time-frame and confirmed to me that the product had now been dispatched. I requested a tracking number, but, again, this email was not responded to (and i never got a tracking number). This was obviously frustrating, but my product did eventually turn up (albeit almost 3 weeks after my original order) and was of a decent quality. The lack of communication on behalf of PowerExpert regarding this issue leads me to give a lower rating - though they have since assured me that they are working on this.
PowerExpert.co.uk is a good place to buy a laptop battery from. They had the one I needed in stock, fast shipping and good prices. Also, they did not rob me on the shipping like one of their competitors tried to do!!! It pays to shop around and here is where I will shop again, thanks for the good deal!
