Do not use this company, First they lost my documents for one of my claims and their reponse was 'tough, you can't claim now'. Not only is this bad customer service but also a breach of data protection!
Then on my other claim, because the amount returned was low, they charged 50% instead of the 25% fee they said on the phone. Their response to this was 'its in the small print'
I advise anyone to claim for PPI directly, the forms are on the website and then you wont pay any fees or have to deal with these cowboys
Quick easy and efficient
I would like to thank PPI claimline for assisting us to claim 4000 pounds back. We had a short talk with a member of staff in out own home after this PPI claimline did all the work. Within two months we were 4 thousdand pounds richer!
I would recommend this company to anyone, dont heitate there are a lot of scam companys out there so be sure you choose the right one, go to PPI and see what they can do for you.
HI - YOU KNOW HOW FED UP i WAS GETTING WITH THE INCESSANT ANNOYING PHONE CALLS ABOUT PPI? WELL ONE DAY i REMEMBERED SOME CARDS THAT I DIDN'T USE ANYMORE BUT HAD PAID PPI ON AND THOUGH THAT THE BANKS HAD SQUEAZED ME DRY OVER THE YEARS. SO I RANG PPICLAIMLINE ALMOST WITH NO HOPE BUT, TO HELL WITH IT, GIVE IT A TRY. THE PEOPLE ON THE PHONE WERE SO HELPFUL AND MADE EVERYTHING EASY TO DEAL WITH, TO BE FAIR, I WAS EXPECTING A MINEFIELD OF BUROCRACY. NOTHING OF THE SORT. THEY FEEL I HAVE A CHANCE AND ARE DEALING WITH IT ALL. I HAVEN'T HAD A FINAL RESULT YET BUT AS THE SYSTEM IS SO EASY TO LET THEM DEAL WITH IT ALL FOR YOU, THEN ITS WORTH A PUNT, THE BANKS HAVE HAD IT TO EASY AND THEY CAN STILL AFFORD TO PAY RIDICLOUS BONUSES TO BOSSES FOR SCREWING IT ALL UP - WELL THEY CAN AFFORD TO REIMBURSE AS TOO!!
Although they have only just started my claim, I have to say I felt in no way pressured to go ahead with it. Maybe I was lucky with my contact but she was quite comforting with her advice and assurance that they will do their best for me. I liked their approach and attitude. I hope this carries on with regular updated during my claim.
I was pleasantly surprised how easy it what was to register my claim, however, it was not mentioned during the initial telephone call that I would be asked to disclose (during the course of the follow up meeting with the PPI Claimline appointed agent) the details of any insurance policies containing legal expenses cover where I am the named Insured. In my opinion, this is a matter that needs to be addressed by the PPI Claimline management team.
I just find out that they want from me 50% of my claim as it wasnt more then 600 pounds. When I spoke with them on the phone they didn't say a word about it. They sent me a paper work to sign and I did, but of course as you spoke one of the advisors and she didn't mention anything about 50 %, just about 25% of the claim. I didn't read trough as I believed what ever the lady said on the phone. How many people was misled?? It's a joke!!
What if I wont pay this 50% and just 25%. Are they going to take me to the court??

I contacted this company after my brother told me how they helped him with his
PPI claim.
From first contact the customer service adviser was polite and encouraging. They asked me questions about my claim, advised me on there policy and generally made
me feel like they could help me with my claim.
I contacted them after a couple of days regarding a query with paperwork and they rectified the problem and sent out new papers to sign.
A good service from a good company.
The lady I spoke to was very friendly and was very informative on what will happen and took me through all the steps and clearly explained everything. I found she was very honest as they don't want to wast my time if I had no real clam.
The first phone call to them was fine, operator polite and explained things very well.
Whilst on the phone she arranged for an agent to visit me at home 3pm 04/10/12

I phoned PPICLAIMLINE at approx 4.30pm to say no agent
I was told that I had cancelled the appointment, they asked if I wanted to rebook another appointment.
I said I was not going tp persue any claim through them, There are plenty of other companys out there dealing with the same claims
All in all a bad experience
Having been offered a visit from an agent it seemed a good idea to get everything started and the ball rolling.
I was offered a meeting at 9am on Saturday morning which would take about 15 minutes.
The agent didn't show up and then when they did phone I was told that there was no record of the scheduled meeting.
Enough said.
The advisor I spoke to sounded very young - didn't recognise the b/s name "Bristol & West" which I would have thought was commonly used enough to ring bells. Her was a bit loud and pushy at first, but we eventually settled into a decent enough conversation, except that he wanted me agree to things I was unsure of ... presumably he had limited range of boxes to tick on some spreadsheet.
But overall, I think we "got there in the end".

Well I have to tell you how quick they where with my appointment, I was surprised and can't wait to see if I win anything. Give it a go as you never know!

The staff were very helpful and go the extra mile for their customers. If you find further documentation for other loans the staff take all the details and explain everything in detail.

I rang PPI this morning they asked when would I be available for them to pick up my documents, answered today is good, I had to get all my papers photo copied and be back home to meet a
rep from PPI for 5pm, he was on time, we went through the questions together, he made feel at ease, asked if I had any questions that need answering, and he informed me that they would keep me up dated on my PPI claim. then it was all over it was that easy.
didnt phone about PPI but following a conversation about another issue the telephonist went through other services on offer and suggested a PPI claim. Helpful but a little pushy to discuss the other services
My claim is still in process, however so far the claim has been simple. PPI staff are experienced, friendly and go out of their way to make claiming painless. I feel confident that all will be done to ensure my claim reaches a positive outcome. If it turns out that I have nothing to claim I know every possible avenue will have been exhausted by PPI. Top reccommendations.

Hi, my claim will be looked into very soon and i am hoping that i have a chance to get some money back, however if it turns out that i don't have anything to come back i would still pass the details of this company to my freinds because on the several occations i have spoken with members of staff about my concerns they have been more than happy to help me and all of my questions have been answered without any problems at all, also when they tell you there are no upfront fees as in the advert then that is what they mean, i have looked at a few other claim companies who say no upfront fees but when you get the paper work have a look at the small print and you will see that in most cases you will be charged £10 for every account that is looked into but this company does not charge that to you and you will never be out of pocket even if you don't win any money back. I found dealing with PPI Claimline a very simple process. The assistant was very helpful and she explained everything I needed to know. Would highly recommend.
Very happy with service up to now but disappointed that living in Cyprus appears to create communication issues.
I had to explain several times to the agent the background to the situation regarding us taking out a loan, I still don't think she understands.
I felt she was a bit pushy about offering to send a rep out to see me, I had to decline the offer 3 times and ask her to send the paperwork in the post to me. She was very quick to brush over the fees that they charge - 25% + VAT. Overall I am seriously considering calling another claim company to see if they can be more helpful and less pushy. The agent also seemed shocked that I rejected the additional marketing from third party company's... and surprisingly since yesterday I have had loads of junk e-mail offering me all sorts so I am guessing they have passed my e-mail address on.... Overall rating of the phone call and the service of the agent 3 out of 10.... would I recommend them to anybody else - NO.
i would recommend PPI as its a fast good service
on first contact ppi claims were very helpful listened took all information. we was told that someone would arrange to come and collect our papaerwork which i thought was fantastic none of this sending in the mail and it getting lost. We at present are at the stage where ppi claim are sending of the information to companies and we have been notified of this by email and phone contact would recommed very good company.

Five months gone and no response. Phoned PPI and they are only now sending to lenders because I asked !! The person dealing with my account had no idea. Next day I got an email saying she had started to enquire about loans I had been told were already under way. Useless !!!
i found this helpline very helpful and put me in a good state of mind and hopeful of a good outcome to the claim i have put forward.
