I was contacted whilst I was at work so I ask the man if he could call at 5 when I had finished. It was exactly 5 when a lovely lady from your team called me, she was very helpful to me and nothing was a problem for her she explained everything to me and gave me an idea of what happens and answered any questions that I asked, very nice to end a phone and know what's going on and not be confused .
I gave my story to the ppi team and heard nothing.since. If I hear nothing up till 21st of June 2012. I will contact someone else. I may not have a valid claim. I may have a valid claim. ?????
I recently phoned ppiclaimline and was very impressed by the information I received. But 7 days later I am still awaiting my Welcome Pack to enable me to proceed with the claim. I member of staff I spoke to on the telephone was very helpful, lets hope the pack arrives soon.
They seem very clear with all the information, I definitely understood it all, also pointed out the percentage of fee in the first phone conversation and most companies don't like to give that figure until They have got your custom. Very pleased so far.
the man i first spoke to was very clear he did not loose his temper with me when icould not think quick enough i am hard of hearing and he had to repeat him self a few times. the second was a lady she was the same she put me at ease. she explained things to me . the day after she said some one would come to see me explain every thing to me in the morning i received a text saying his name and what time he would arrive and he was on time very nice man. he took some paper work with him and i signed some papers he said if i was succsesful it could be about 6 to 8 weeks which i am happy about thank you very much.

the lady i was speaking to over the phone was very helpful friendly and knew all the answers to everything i asked. i never once felt that she was making an answer up because she didn't know it.
The customer care of PPICLAIMLINE is excellent. They keep their customers updated all the time through emails, text, and phone calls and they always emphasise that they will not charge you if your claim fails.
PPI are the best user friendly company i spoke to before getting them to deal with my claim. I did speak to a couple of ither companies prior to PPI and all they were interested in were to get me to sign the application pack with least interested in my queries. PPI even offered to send an agent to my home to collect documenst etc. I would defenitely rate them as one of the best aorund and will suggest it to a friend.
