Poor service. Snooty customer service staff, cannot deliver as requested.
I have ordered from this company a number of times but my las 4 orders all had problems. I have tried to buy iotdems listed on the web site which were later found to be out of stock - yet were still being listed days later. The biggest issue though is delivery; I have requested both by email and telephone that my orders were to be sent by Royal Mail, since the DPD depot is an hours drive from my house and have been fobbed off with answers such as "sorry your package was too heavy for Royal Mail to take".
I was promiced some samples with my next order as a compromise - but these were not included and to make it worse, again it was sent using the wrong method.
In the end after wasting so much time traveling to pick up my orders I switched companies and no longer use Predator Nutrition.
It is a pity that this review is negative and we take exception to the comments posted, being both unfair and inaccurate.
1. There was one product which was listed as in stock but was out of stock. However, the reason it was available to order was that a customer who had previously ordered it via bank transfer had his payment come into our bank and when that happened the product was no longer available to buy. This would not be a problem ordinarily but the product in question had since been discontinued.
2. Customer Service Staff - We reject this wholeheartedly. Our customer service is paramount to us and only the highest standards are acceptable. The fact that the reviewer should say this is should be compared to the universally good feedback we receive.
3. Regarding the issue of Royal Mail/DPD - Matt was explicitly told that orders over 2kg cannot be sent using Royal Mail but we have to use the DPD courier service.
Matt was offered a discount code for the product being out of stock and a full refund on the item which was out of stock. These were issued on the same day. He was informed immediately of the problem and the issue with the weight was made clear and is clearly stated on our website also:
