Not perfect printing

They have MISPRINTED my design on 1000 twisted handle kraft paper bags. And I did not understand how do they set their prices as the sales representative was increasing the price after each email.

Hello Marlen. Thank you for your feedback. You may recall we alerted you to the poor quality of your artwork but you wanted to proceed as the deadline for delivery was very tight. As regards costs the prices were increased in line with your changing requirements and of course agreed before we commenced production. If you require a reprint of the bags in the future we would be happy to advise on how the artwork can be improved.

Knowledgeable, helpful, great product and great price

I've dealt with lots of packaging suppliers in the past and as packaging generally is viewed as a commodity there not that helpful. These guys are different we got help, advice and samples and although not the cheapest they where competitively priced. Finished product was delivered on time and the print quality on the courier bags is fantastic and will be a big help in reinforcing our brand with our customers
