Unimpressed

Very inflexible on format (PDF?!) very unhelpful when the size was incorrect, had to phone several times to sort it out! And when the result arrived (half a week late) the quality is shoddy - I get a better print quality on my inkjet! You get what you pay for I guess, but better not bother. We are going to get em reprinted with another company!
