Can't fault them!
Being a bit green to the process I had to speak to customer services to check a couple of things before using the very straight forward process. (I ordered stickers and greetings cards.) Their customer services were human, had a sense of humour (always a bonus), made me feel as though they cared about my job, were calming and very helpful. The printing was top quality, I was very impressed, and when we did encounter a problem with the delivery so not printed.com's fault, they resolved the problem quickly and again, their customer services were great to deal with. I'm about to place another order with them and have total faith in the company. Not often you can say that.
