After scouring the internet for a new supplier who can handle all the variety of printing tasks required by my small business, I came across Printed.com from their coverage of the start-up awards (dedicated to small businesses) on Facebook.
After messaging them on Facebook, I got a quick reply offering more information. being a sole trader I am very protective of my business and had...ALOT of questions. Ashleigh was patient and informative providing me with all the answers I need.
Like with all companies you can always find good and bad reviews, but the Team's approach have given me the confidence in them and I can't wait to send my first order!
It's nice to find a company that aren't to big to deal with my small business! No automated responses or long customer service queues...must be a good sign.
