Sent out with ink smears throughout the books and mistakes in the design.
I've just received the 60 booklets that I ordered with printed.com. I'm really annoyed as i promised my customers that I would have their product despatched today but as I've examined the books, I've seen several errors and displays of extremely poor quality.
There is smearing of the ink over several of the pages. Also I ordered the front cover to be gloss and it has been printed in silk. The centre pages are creased where they join and look very messy.
Lastly, booklets that i have had printed with other printers have a blank inside and outside cover. I was disappointed to discover that my first page of text had been printed inside the front cover and the last page had been printed inside the back cover, making all the pages that i'd planned to be opposite each other, appear on separate pages. It serves me right for going for a cheaper company than my usual trusted printer but i thought I'd try somewhere new. Now I've been told by customer services to email in my complaint! As if I don't have enough to do making up the with my customers, trying to get the books reprinted! A shoddy display from printed.com, you've just just lost a customer.
