Brilliant high quality prints!

I ordered my new business cards from printed.com and they just look amazing! The quality of the paper is really good and they just feel great! I'll be using printed.com for many more print jobs for sure!

Service could be improved!

Everything had been Excellent, Was told to expect delivery on a certain date which never came, called in to find out why ...and was told the order had not left their offices.

So why was I told to expect delivery on a certain date. the representative was rude and was not even apologetic for the mixup, a poor attitude I feel - could do with better customer services.

Never been so impressed.

This was my first time ordering with Printed.com and also my first time making a document like this. I ordered the saddle stitch brochures and designed all the pages myself, the website clearly showed me what format to do them in to their best quality. After my order I received a call about the files and how to improve them, a very helpful man talked me through all the changes and got them perfect. When they arrived they were on time and perfect. The documents were incredibly professional and of a very high quality without breaking the bank! Would definitely recommend.

Fast and perfectly finished

Just wanted to say that I have just tried Printed, having searched the Internet to find a reliable, not too expensive service. I had already signed up elsewhere but found the process very complicated and with 'hidden extras'. Printed was straight forward, a pleasure to use. I uploaded over the weekend and my lovely brochures arrived first thing on the Tuesday morning - and they look great. I don't think you can beat that for service. Well done!

Excellent service and great, easy to use website.

I've printed with printed.com once before and loved the results so returned for a second order. I opted for a paper stock that was textured and am so pleased with the results. It's hard to find a printers that use such a textured stock and thats important to me.

I opted for postcards as you can have multiple images - I can't wait till I'm able to do this with greeting cards as well!

I have been using this company for short run printing for over a year and they have never let me down. I love the ease of selecting product options, the print quality and the amazingly low prices. It's fair to say their quoting system needs a bit of work as my clients like to know exact delivery costs, which aren't all that easy to see at a glance, but they are improving their service all the time by taking on board suggestions from existing customers, so hopefully this shouldn't be too long in coming.

I am very happy to recommend Printed.com and their excellent service.

I had a really positive experience with this company from start to finish.
The website is clear, concise, easy to use and navigate meaning that even someone like me with limited experience of printing requirements could order the posters I needed quickly and easily.
E-mail confirmations were received at every step meaning i could track the progress of my order which arrived prior to the expected delivery date.
When the goods arrived they were securely packaged and in perfect condition.
The print quality of the posters i ordered far exceeded my expectations given the competetive price i paid.
An unexpected call asking whether i was pleased with the order once received was a nice touch and made me feel like a valued customer.
I can recommend this company with confidence and will be using them again.

Printed.com has changed my view on digital printing. The turnaround time was speedy and the customer service was fantastic!

Exactly what i wanted

Fantastic price for short run items, easy to use website and ordering system, friendly staff and i was really happy with the quality of the print.

My only improvement would be to have a thumbnail of the artwork i uploaded next to my order.

All in all, a great company and i would definitely use again :)

Customer Service

I love online brands and kooky companies that make it easy for start ups (with little know how), to order all our printing needs so every piece of human advice and help is really welcomed by me.

Every time I see an online company who just dishes out an email help service only - it's a turn off. Printed.com is different.

They give humans, (talented helpful humans who know about designs so you can call and ask questions about your artwork) for us clients to talk to, on a freephone number!! I got stuck, called up and rather than left on hold, their agent made sure I got through to the right designer and I was quickly helped and dealt with efficiently by this lovely patient designer (two in one go!!). I fell in love there and then. Of course I'll keep going back now.

Plus I think Printed.com are cheaper than moo.com and quality of products is just as excellent. So well done and keep it up Printed.com - you helped my ickle start up: www.lovedesh.com.

Excellent customer service and extremely competitive prices

I have worked in the print industry for over eight years. I now run a small bespoke design agency and often need to refer clients to low-volume, cost effective and good quality print suppliers.

Printed.com are able to provide a service that is comparable to the larger more established, low volume, internet based print companies out there at much more competitive prices whilst still providing the same quality paper and printing stocks.

Turn around is fast and effective with open communication channels. In addition to this, they are the first low volume printers I have come across who provide a proofing service.

I shall be signing up for an affiliate link and referring future clients to Printed.com

Great service easy to use

Loving Printed.com!

I've been using Printed.com over the last year or so and couldn't be more chuffed with their service. Major advantage is the easy upload and quoting service on their clear and friendly website. No more waiting on printers to come back to you with prices! Their stock range is great, their print quality is fantastic (Indigo presses -YAY) and their turnaround quick and reliable! They're constantly improving themselves upon customer suggestions and come back to you pretty pronto when you email them a question. I'm a big fan - can you tell?

Really great company - easy online experience, great value for money, delivered on time and go the extra mile. We have used for brochures, business cards, point of sale and stationary. All great quality and cost effective.

Easy to use and great print quality

Splendid Stitches is a new company and therefore every penny counts. We needed flyers to promote the business at vintage fairs and in vintage shops, and have now used Printed.com several times. Upload is easy and delivery fast. The print quality is great too and I cannot recommend them enough for friendliness and price. Only concern is the paper quality as I have ordered on several different gsm and the final product doesn't seem consistent with what I have received. But hey-ho, it does the job.

Incredible, Professional, First Class Service

Being in the filming industry we have ordered posters for our previous productions from other National printing companies and have been happy with the results, but sometimes had a longer than anticipated wait for the material to arrive. This was not the case with Printed.com. I have listed exactly how it went down!!

Day 1 - Posters (including A2 & A0 size) ordered. Using their sizing support tools, including how to save as .PDF negated any concerns I had of getting it wrong! The instructions were easy to follow and gave details of how to save as .PDF in different platforms (I was using Photoshop).

Day 1 - (Later that day!) I received an email to say there was a problem with one of my files I had uploaded (due to me sizing it wrong, completely my fault!!). The team were very helpful and talked me through what I needed to do to rectify this, and re-send the file through to them.

Day 2 - Order confirmed and in progress.

Day 3 - Order confirmed as dispatched!

Day 4 - The posters arrived. I have to say that the quality is exceptional, even the A0 is fantastic quality! If I had sized the file correctly the first time I would have had my posters in 3 days! An outstanding turnaround time!

I have to confess that we would use Printed.com again for any of our artwork in future productions. The service is quick, the staff professional & knowledgeable , and the quality of the prints outstanding! I'll summarise my delightful experience with printed.com with 3 simple points:

1) The website - how easy is it to order?! Seems almost too easy! When a website looks this pretty and straightforward, I often worry that actually ordering what I want will be difficult - but not so. So simple to choose your options and see prices, with artwork guides available too.

2) The service - helpful, polite, quick, friendly - perfect. Seems like they have a great team behind them.

3) The quality - I picked up my delivery today after super fast delivery with CityLink. Quality is excellent (I ordered stickers, postcards and business cards) and very well packed so nothing got damaged or wet (in this god awful weather!).

Thank you printed.com for an excellent customer experience! Oh, I must mention the prices too, which were extremely competitive!

Helpful, good quality and quick!

As a designer trying to start up a small business I have spent a lot of my time trying to find a company to print my items at the quality and price I require. I am pleased to say I have found that company! My first impression of printed.com was the slick website, its easy to use and unlike other sites they are able to give you a tailor made quotation based on exactly what you require without having to email for quotes, they offer a variety of paper weights, finishes and lamination options and the quotes themselves are very reasonable. The main thing I have found with other printing companies is the poor delivery options, often i have found they offer a budget delivery option (which takes in excess of 2 weeks) or a next day delivery service (that costs almost as much as the goods themselves!). I opted for the cheapest delivery with printed.com and was surprised to find the estimated delivery date a week away! Each time I have ordered something it has arrived on time and the quality has been exceptional!

A couple of other things to add: the downloadable templates make ordering really easy, for any printing novices I recommend them and if ou have any questions at all I found the customer service team to be really helpful.

I would thoroughly recommend!

Good quality, great site, good customer service

I ordered a custom-sized poster and found the ordering form really easy to use. Indeed I find the pdf format restrictive, but it was fine with me. I was initially disappointed to find out that the delivery would last longer than estimated on the website - please try not to dissapoint customers by promising to deliver sooner and then failing to do so! But when I voiced my concerned I received immediate answer from the team and received a free next-morning delivery. Overall, pleased with the quality and would buy again.

Unimpressed

Very inflexible on format (PDF?!) very unhelpful when the size was incorrect, had to phone several times to sort it out! And when the result arrived (half a week late) the quality is shoddy - I get a better print quality on my inkjet! You get what you pay for I guess, but better not bother. We are going to get em reprinted with another company!

Unfortunately I missed the order from citylink,but they didn’t leave a card behind. I rang printed.com as I initially thought that my order hadn’t been dispatched, they promptly chased it up and sorted it out for me, when I did receive the order I was happy with the order as well as the presentation.

I’m happy with my prints they all arrived on time, and were packed extremely well (I’ve had problems with other companies were print work has been damaged because they haven’t be pack properly) I was happy with the prices from printed.com. the whole process was very smooth.

Happy with the price and quality

I initially ordered my business cards from vista print as they were the cheapest, but when I received the cards in the post I was shocked by the poor quality. I then decided to re-order as I wasn’t going to hand out these cards. I stumbled upon moo.com and printed.com, printed.com were the cheaper of the two but being wary of a low price I asked for a sample pack. Everything in the sample pack looked great, I promptly ordered my cards and needless to say they were just want I wanted for a low price.

Wasn't happy.

I really needed my order for Thursday for a client but citylink didn’t deliver it and it was back in their depo they hadn’t left a note or anything. Needless to say I wasn’t very happy. I rang printed.com and they gave me a full refund.

I love ordering from printed.com, I’ve used them for a while now and recently they’ve changed their payment system which is great, but I’ve never had a problem with them, I think their delivery is great always on time and a good price, the customer services are always pleasant and the website is really simple to use.

Compared to normal high street printers the Price,Product and Performance are really very good. The ability to order (at any time of day or night) from my home office without driving somewhere and also pay on-line as well is really very good. Good to be able to track on-line too.

Excellent service

I needed my delivery before 10am as I also work as an estate agent so I would have been out of the office, I was very pleased that I could specify the time without occurring much more of a delivery price, as well as that my prints were just what I wanted.
