exceptional service
I use a canon mp650 printer & the ink jet cartridges from printer basics are delivered on time or even before and are very cheap compared to other companies. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you printer basics

1st class Royal Mail postage = 1st class postage Royal Mail from Switzerland (not UK)
Wanting printer cartridges within a couple of days, Printer Basics adverts for first class postage made me believe i'd get them quickly. After a couple of days i received an email to say they had been dispatched and would get them in 5-7 working days. After inquiry as they advertised a first class postage, I was then informed this was 1st class Royal Mail from Switzerland, subject to EU 1st class postage ... very misleading.

"Goods dispatched from Switzerland are sent via Swiss Post and will be delivered to you by The Royal Mail. Delivery then usually takes place within 2-7 days."

Top printer accessories at affordable price
I was in urgent need of printer cartridges for my HP deskjet printer. Browsing through the internet I was quite pleased to come across this company who (I couldn't believe my eyes) was the cheapest. I was quite reluctant at first but ordered the cartridges which I received within 2 days of ordering. I am quite pleased with the cartridges as they are as good as the ones sold at double the price.

Trustworthy, sensible prices, great deal, fast & efficient

There was about 7 days waiting time before the ink products arrived. Out of the two packages, it was only the coloured ink that was ok. The black ink was not full and the other was not usable.

Cartridges Excellent.
Previous cartridges from another company did not print properly.
Assumed it was my printer.

Good, efficient service
Product ordered and arrived within a couple of days. I have purchased replacement ink cartridges for my Epsom printer and it's the first time I have bought refill cartridges so couldn't tell you about the quality of the ink yet but they cost a fraction of the originals.
