I purchased a £20 Gift Voucher over a month ago and have still not received it!!!!!! After a week I emailed them and a couple of days later received an email to say my voucher had been dispatched and I should recieve it in 2 to 3 days.....never arrived!!! I phoned customer services (on hold for 20mins). I was told that they didn't actually do printed gift vouchers and that it was just a code I would receive through email. I explained that this wasn't the case and the thing I ordered on their website was advertised as a printed gift certificate. They double checked and agreed I was correct. I was asked to wait another couple of days and phone back. Couple of days past and still no gift voucher to which I received an email again stating that they didn't do printed gift vouchers and my code would have been on my confirmation email. I responded saying that no I had ordered a printed gift voucher and on my confirm email it had stated code would be on my printed gift voucher!!!! I called customer services again (on hold mins) same story don't do printed gift vouchers.....yet again explained my story ( you would think I would give up by this point and admit defeat). Yet again the girl double checked and agreed that it should be a printed voucher and she would get it dispatched and I would recieve an email in 48hrs. No email or voucher arrived again. Once again called customer services (on hold 25 mins) explained the who,e sorry take again and this time no argument was just told my voucher was due for dispatch on Monday and I would have it on Wednesday.....if there looked to be any problems I will receive a phone call on Tuesday!!!! That night I came home to another email with the same old we don't do printable voucher.......which I presume was them replying to old emails as they had system problems......yeah right!!!! Have sent a stern response back repeating my conversations with customer services!!! It is now Saturday so I wait with baited breath to see if my voucher actually appears on Wednesday.....if not it will be a full refund and photobox all the way from now on!!!!!!!!!
I bought some calendars from them via group on. They are very cheap and on flimsey paper. There are loads of options throughout the booking process designed to add extras onto your order. I thought I had unticked all of then but after I ordered I noticed I had missed one and had accidently ordered premium paper. I emailed straightaway asking them to amend my order but they emailed back about 5 days later saying it had already been despatched. I emailed back again asking for a refund of the premium option but they said thIs wasn't possible. The system was designing calendars etc is a nightmare too. Stick with Photobox and huggler.
I recently ordered some calendars from printerpix using Groupon voucher uploaded me pictures no problem but when they arrived one of the months picture was missing instead it was a grey square. I tried ringing but never got through to anyone so I emailed them. They replied the next day and said they will send my order out again I thought ok no problem mistakes happen. But same problem again a month picture is a grey square. Waiting for reply to email I sent but it ain't looking promising seems like the company is a joke or it probably run in someone's bedroom.
They sent me duplicates of 1 calendar and missed another. They are Xmas presents and de send 2 emails and called them today but no answer. Ticket number is LTK1215801608223x

well I wish I had read these before buying from them. I paid through a group on voucher for a leather bound photo book. after hours of creating this and having trouble getting the correct deal that i originally ordered which was a 60 page book for £20 when originally was £100 I finally relented and paid £40 as the deal wasn't recognized,.
two weeks later i have not received my order or heard back from them. I have emailed them 5 times and only received automated responses when i ring there pointless number I get a american robot telling me that there are technical problems please try again later.
This is UNACCEPTABLE customer service if you can even call it that! disgusting daylight robbery, I don't know how they can get away with this. and I will not give up until they have closed down, stealing other peoples money, not sending out the goods or when they do they are either damaged, poor quality, or the wrong order!
We bought two groupons for leather photobooks and when going to make them had so much trouble we almost gave up! Took 8 hours overall and the preview looked alright, we made a lot of compromises due to the limits of the software. They arrived in fairly good time however the quality is exceedingly poor, the backing paper isn't stuck down properly, there are rips along the edges of the books, both of them are sticky where the adhesive has leaked all over them both and they are definitely not leather!
They don't respond to emails or any contact on social media so will definitely not be getting anything from them ever again. Should have listened to the reviews.
I bought a groupon voucher for a printer pix learherbound book, and despite having 3 failed attempts where the program crashed without saving & nearly giving up, I persevered & sent my completed design off a couple of weeks ago. I had read the reviews on this website and was incredibly apprehensive about what I would receive!!!!!
Today my album arrived & I'm over the moon with it!! Good quality paper, the photos are all great quality, all in all a good product.
Maybe the company have learnt from the complaints and done something about the quality and difficulties people have experienced. I'm pleasantly surprised - thank you :-)
I ordered a Birthday gift of a customized photo slate with a stand on Groupon. I purchased the Groupon deal on October 2nd and placed my order with Printerpix on the same day. The confirmation stated to allow for two weeks for delivery. My friend's Birthday was October 17th. I told her to keep an eye out for her gift which should arrive shortly. A week after her Birthday, I called to ask her if she liked it. She never received it.
I called the 1-888 number several times and never reached a representative to let me know the status of the order without spending in excess of 15 minutes on hold. When I did reach someone, they told me that they ran out of slate and expected to receive some the next day and would ship it out that week. Another week and a half passed and she still doesn't have it.
I called today and waited over 15 minutes to reach a representative and when she accessed my order she told me that the order hadn't shipped, they were short handed and estimated 2-3 more weeks before it would be shipped because they were short handed! At this rate, my friend will be lucky to receive her belated Birthday gift by Thanksgiving.
I won't use this company again and certainly won't recommend them. I am sure there are other Groupon members who are experiencing the same lengthy delays.

With groupon off printerpix total scam i got a
Year planner but in the middle was a massive qr code covering my photos i sent them about 5 emails and got no reply. i rang them and she said id done it when entering my groupon code and if i pay again she will send me another. Will never buy anything else of this company again.
I order calendars every year but usually use a more reliable and reputable company. But a recent groupon deal persuaded me to use this company. A BIG MISTAKE.
I selected a voucher from groupon which allowed me 5 x calendars for just £17.50 I gladly paid the £17.50 and went to the site to create my calendars.
Upon checkout I entered the groupon code and expected only to be charged the £2.99 delivery but I was gobsmacked when I realised they took another £31.95.
I immediately rang them up and they said i would be refunded. I am still waiting.
Then to top things off. The postman arrived with a very thin package and on opening it there was just one very inferior calendar. OMG. I have paid best part of 50 quid for one very very poor quality calendar that looks like its been knocked up in an under 5s nursery.
I was back on the phone like a shot, only to be told they have no record of my complaint. What a disgrace. It just goes to prove. You should stick to the ones you know and can trust. To say I am disappointed is a big understatement. I advise everyone to stay away from this company.

I bought one of these photobook deals from Groupon. I have tried four times, an hour each time to complete a photobook only for the page to crash and to lose all my work. Unable to save the photobook mid way as keep getting error message. Four hours of my life I will never get back. Wish I had stuck with the better known companies as they have always provided a good service in the past. I just thought this was a good deal Wish I hadn't bothered.
Would have used Smiley Hippo for the holiday Black sea cruise photobook but got hit with a Groupon deal for Printerpix just as we got back from a holiday. Has about 5 weeks to use the coupon and ended up going in to work at 11pm to finish the 100 page album off. So stressful! The software is not easy- defaults are poor with very large fonts, preferences are not remembered and it just took soooo long. Very excited when it arrived... and so disappointed! On 50% of the pages the background image has not been faded to the 21% that the preview confirmed I had done. the text is unreadable and the images merge into the background.
Taking the website and platitudes about 'customer service being important' at face value I emailed them Monday 30th September. Nothing. Sent a reminder yesterday- nothing.
Even with the Groupon this has cost around £60 and I'm just not happy. Avoid this company guys!
PS- I notice that Printerpix have stopped responding to reviews on Trustpilot... that should ring warning bells!
Sent the album back yesterday. Got an email tonight calling me a liar! Said I had altered the project after submitting it for printing and offering me 60% off a reprint... I am almost in tears. A 56 year old bloke. A liar? I went back on the website just to check and yes, I'm right, on the site and preview it looks fine. Are they serious? I altered 30 pages after ordering? Why?
Why on earth would any serious company tell their customers that they are liars?
Well, if I could reduce the rating to 'zero stars' I would! After hearing nothing I emailed again and got the very person who had said that I had altered the order. He agreed to reprocess the order free of charge (£60 so far- wasted- of course it should be FOC!) I rechecked the order, ran a preview on it and videoed the entire operation to make sure. Then rang Printerpix to place the order. Got the same gent again. Still on video I placed the order and he confirmed that it would be processed and checked before despatch. That was on 28 October 2013. Today is 24 November and yes- nowt! Nothing heard at all. No call, no email- no nothing. Yet they are still being promoted via Groupon. Groupon, of course, are not easily contactable. I've emailed a reminder. Will update if anything happens. In the meantime- avoid this company like the plague!
Update 2 December..
Yep- it has taken this long for Printerpix to get a replacement back to me! And yes- it's exactly as poor as before! Except this time I've got video of the entire ordering process including the website preview showing a perfect book. Oh- and their promise to check it before despatch! So now I can prove that I didn't lie to them and I can prove that they make empty, worthless promises!
I have written to Groupon and will be making lots more waves.... please do not trust anything important (like photos) to this bunch of miscreants. Try Smiley Hippo- their software works!

I bought the GROUP ON voucher . It was a good deal. Before ordering my leather photo book , i read all the reviews.....and i was terrified.....oh my goodness! so many bad reviews! . As i had already paid for my deal, i reluctantly put my order despite horrendous reviews!!. To my surprise!.....i got everything in time with good quality photos!! it was beyond my expectation as i was not expecting anything!!!! keep Faith!
I bought a groupon voucher and visited the sight to get started. Was a bit slow to upload the photos but after that I had a ball. Loads of fun clip arts and frames to use and get my book exactly as I wanted it. Placed my order and couldn't wait to receive it. Then I stumbled across these reviews and thought I had wasted my time and money. Well the booked arrived this morning and I couldn't be happier!! It exactly as I wanted it. Good quality. Only things I would change would be a title on the leather bound cover. I couldn't see if this was possible when making it. Think this would have made it perfect but no big deal. I will be using my 50% voucher for some Christmas gifts for family. Very happy
I have been wanting a personal picture phone case for the longest time now! I was excited for the Groupon I seen offered for this website! I at first couldn't enter the groupon voucher code; I was waiting for customer service for almost an hour on the phone! I finally got through they tell me to e-mail me all my information. I bought 2 Photo book with groupon . At the beginning I was a little confuse how to use the program. Then , I brouse around to see what I could do with the program and after I tried several time different kind of photobook And Some e mail with printerpix contact service with some questions, I order my photobooks.
After 10 days I was still waiting for my photobooks, I tried to contact sales department but for some reason the e mail wasn't work ing., then I read other opinion and I was really desappointed and I din't know what to do, I thought I losted my money.
Instead today I received my photobooks and they look wonderfull ! and I am really happy.

Program is not intuitive at all. I ordered with them because of a groupon. I selected a theme, worked for several hours over a three day period getting my pictures just right. I realized when I was ready to order that the theme was missing from half of the pages. There was no way to add the theme without completely losing all of the work I had done. But my groupon was expiring that day so I had to place my order. I quickly sent an email to customer service hoping they could quickly fix the error on their end. It took a week for them to tell me there was nothing they could do because it had started to be printed. Extremely disappointed!
Will never shop with them again.Faulty/damaged canvas no response to complaint except automated reply.Tried to contact them spent 46, 33,16 minutes on the phone respectively to no avail.Had no choice but to lodge complaint with European consumer affairs office .Once bitten twice shy.Also tried emailing .
I received 5 calenders in which I had personalised myself, terrible quality very thin paper and look very cheap. Also it's a calender for 2014 however on the front it says 2013. I complained and received message saying basically they had printed as instructed, can't understand why you print a 2014 calender and have that on the front, so either it wasn't checked or was a Friday afternoon can't be bothered job. Customer services were no help at all after telling me they hadn't got my email of complain, but then suddenly found it when I gave my reference number. I have been trying different companies for printing in the hope I find one for large amounts of business printing, seems I won't be using printerpix!!!
I ordered two books with printerpix last week, on Monday August 26th.
I did that through a groupon, which states that it would take approximately one week before I'd get my order. Now it's more than a week and I didn't receive anything yet!
Actually, it's quite urgent, because one of the books is supposed to be a present for my best friend's wedding, already this saturday!
I also didn't receive an e-mail that it was packaged. If I sent an e-mail to the customer service, they don't answer. I also tried to phone too, and I just get a busy tone.
I'm very disappointed in the service..
I am so disappointed that I want to cry and cry. Pictures disappear from the shopping basket without any warning, you can't edit pictures after you put them in the cart. I can't figure out how to avoid pictures being cropped. Customer services do not respond to my numerous e-mails. I would not have proceeded with it but I bought Groupons. After 4 failed attempts to upload photos (as they dissappear whenever you want to change the cart or for unknown reason ( I assume, website's sensitivity) I finally managed to upload photos but while I was changing the quantity of photos they suddenly were placed in the cart, which means that I could not change them. I ended up with 485 photos instead of 500, already paid for by Groupon. I just could not face uploading photos for the sixth time, each time takes a few hours! I cannot stress enough how frustrated I am!
The site is difficult to navigate could be so simple. Using a new Mac Safari did not upload, only google Chrome worked. The uploads were VERY SLOW, only 50 at a time and no drag and drop facility.
Having waited for over an hour to upload 150 pics I found that I had selected the wrong size for the prints. I could not work out how to make a change and so called 'helpline' and had to wait listening to an annoying recording of a smarmy American telling me that I would have to wait to talk to someone, ( on a 0845 number).
Finally got through only to be told that the size could not be changed and I would have to upload all pics again!! This is a very poorly designed service on every level and I will avoid it in future...what a load of wallys.
I bought tree vouchers last june, with 300 pictures each.
I had tried to make the upload many times, and it´s a very slooooow sloooow process.
Now I finally could upload 292 pictures for my first coupon (instead 300 and there is no way to come back to my proyect) They want to make me pay an extra charge (I paided all shippment costs on mi voucher)...
They have special offers in Spain and a web in spanish (well not really spanish language...) The help phone that is on the web doesn´t exist when I tried to call them, the FAQ page gives an internal mistake page...

I bought a groupon for a leather bound photo book. My baby daughter's Dad works abroad a lot so I thought it would be a lovely gift for him. I started to compile my book, which took a long time but only because I'm a perfectionist! I found the software easy to use and effective, I also found there were cliparts and backgrounds to suit every idea I had. Halfway through, I thought I'd check some reviews of the company. Well, what a shock I had! I was TERRIFIED of the finished product but I thought I'd carry on and complete my project and hope for the best... A couple of days after I'd submitted my order, I received an email saying my books had been dispatched (I bought an extra one for £5). I thought I'd be in for a long wait after the reviews I'd read but three days later
the books arrived. They are perfect! Exactly as I'd designed, excellent print quality, I am so impressed. I paid extra for fancy paper and it's lovely too. I hope that this company took on previous feedback and has improved itself. I honestly can't complain, my books are immaculate and I will be using the 50% off voucher I was sent too. Have faith!
I bought a Groupon voucher for 250 prints on 14.06.13 and thought I would get some lovely prints with my family. I started uploading the pictures, but I have never in my life encountered such a slow and user-not-friendly system. The photos took ages to upload, literally I would leave the computer on overnight to upload them and by the time I got 248 pics up, I wanted to upload 2 more and for some reason it went back to less than 100. I started the process again as I really wanted the prints and tried uploading the photos all at once rather than in separate batches. A couple of days later (I'm not exagerating, that's how long it took me) I finally got the pics up, so I tried adding them to the basket. The system was incredibly slow and it wouldn't let me add them to the basket, and then it went back to only 15 uploaded pics .
Rather than trying any futher I simply gave up, but I will email them and ask them for a refund, as this is the poorest service ever. Will definitely not buy from them again and sincerely hope people will stay away from this company...
7/22/13-First, the picture quality they accept is horrible. I had good photos they said were not quality and to make them acceptable you had to reduce them to the size of my thumb nail. Then I spent countless hours composing this book for my boyfriend for our first anniversary. That being said, I did not see I had picked the wrong option for the cover and being a novice at this did not know I had made a mistake until check out. I put my Groupon number in and find out I have a $25 balance. I call and they tell me I picked the wrong cover. When asked how to change the option, apparently there is no other way to do this than to redo the entire book that took me about 40 hours with having to munipulate every picture to fit their requirements in quality. Honestly, that is your best answer??? So I talked to the manager and he told me there is no fix and sorry but that was just the way it was and good luck to me. Really?? Is that customer service....I think not. Not even an option to reduce the additional cost so I don't have to do the entire book over after I explained how long I worked on it. Will not recommend or use this site again. Poor quality product and even more poor customer service. I just hope when I do get it that it is worth the hassle, but reading the reviews, that might not be a given either. Totally worthless company!!!
I wanted to update my initial review of this company. Following my review I was given help with my order and they made a nice gesture and corrected the issue without any additional problems or money. I am going be optomistic and hope that the shipping and quality is also a painless process. As of right now, I am satisfied with the correction of service.
I purchased a Groupon voucher for Printerpix for 150 prints which i thought was an excellent offer.
I uploade pictures to their site, it took over 3 hours to upload 90 photos, which wasn't a good start. I got an email a few days later to confirm delivery which was advised would take 2-3 days as it was with Royal Mail.
In the meantime I received an email from them offering me a good deal on a photobook, which I went ahead and purchased. It took me another 4 hours to upload my pictures and 4 attempts at trying to add my order to my basket, over the space of 24 hours (no reply to emails requesting assistance or advice as to why this was happening). I finally managed to get through checkout to be charged £5.99 and £4.99 for postage as i'd also ordered 20 7x5 prints. I emailed the customer services to ask why this was as it was the same order, i'd only expect to be charged once for postage. They advised (48 hours later) that it was due to each part of my order being sent to different places for production so is classed as separate orders and that it would take at least 5 working days to reach me. I think paying double postage for delivery and it taking a minimum of 5 working days to be delivered is disgusting.
Since then I have received my 150 prints (took 2 weeks to arrive) and although the print quality is decent, on one of my photos there is what i can only describe as being something similar to a milk lid tab stuck on the picture, when pulled off there's no developed image behind (is blotted pink/blue). I called them up again and the person said 'well have you sent us an email with a picture of the print?'.
I think the customer service needs a lot of working on as it is extremely poor and delivery charges/company needs to be changed or made much more efficient.
Still waiting on my photo album, but once received I won't be using the company again until they've sorted out their service issues.
I ordered 3 photobooks on June 3 - it is now July 12 and I still haven't received them. After e-mailing customer service half a dozen times and getting barely any help, they finally acknowledged that they had messed up with the shipping. They said my book would be sent out "sometime this week." It was so casual - they didn't upgrade my shipping to get it to me quicker, they didn't apologize, they didn't do anything to make me feel like I was important. It would just be sent out "sometime." I just think they have really poor customer service. And just a poor company overall. It should not take almost 6 weeks to receive a few 20 page photobooks. Go to any other company (shutterfly, picaboo, photobin, mypublisher) and you will receive your product within 1-2 weeks. I will never shop with printerpix again. I still haven't received my photobook to this day, and customer service isn't giving me any answers on when I will receive it. I want my money back.
I decided to go with them instead of Shutterfly for my husband's first Father's Day present. The site said it could take 20 days to receive his gift (I ordered it in late May), and that they'd let me know when it was shipped. I followed up on July 8 to see if my order was lost. I received back an email that only had the USPS confirmation of delivery. I replied back saying I didn't get it. The reply came back undeliverable. There was a link to rate my response. I clicked on it, and the survey was closed. I finally forwarded their message to the first email address I used, and received back a statement telling me to file a claim with USPS and tell them the claim number. I went to USPS to file the claim, but the tracking number they gave me was not valid. At this point, I can see it's obvious they are hoping I will give up. And, as such I've decided my time is better spent not trying to get the little money I spent on the product back, but instead warning others about this terrible operation. Go with Shutterfly. They're better all around.
I ordered a book a month ago, looking carefully at the website that stated total days for product to reach me 8-10 days. Perfect for a birthday present in 3 weeks after I placed the order.
That birthday has been and gone, company have £40+ of my money and I have NOTHING but a phone bill from all my calls to fund, frustration from false promises from managers and staff and no photo book.
I have tried being reasonable on the phone, cross, upset but nothing apart from a kind talking manager who thanked me for my patience and a VERY rude other member of staff that FAILED to even say sorry.
I think they are very poor quality company who do nothing to support customers. Do they really think I have not talked about their company to friends and family?!
I work in a large company myself which use other websites for photo books and would have received a lit if business from us if I could have shown the product that I bought. Poor poor service.
I bought a groupon copupon contents two e-books (40 pages) at cost of 20 euro ocer.
I completed either after 2 months and I closed the order after payed a bit shipment cost (5 euro)
It was difficult close and send the order cause problems in the printerpix site, but I was helped by operator in chat on line in the site; she closed the order for me.
I received the goods after 1 week, in a box.
The books are printed at same mode as I seen the preview in the site
Next time I 'll try e-book with photographic paper----

I upload this pic to your data base named DSC_0056 with dimensions of 6096-4572 which is very high quality picture. I crop it with your funny program to the right size keeping full frame of picture in center so u are able to fit it on 16x20. What a received ?
A really badly made canvas without any dimension except frame which is 16x20.
The pic should be printed same size as frame and even sometimes slightly bigger for couple mm to give that nice finish edge but not something like u did u can see on this pic that print size height is lower then 16 in and i u look ugly. Take a look closely to the edge of that white border u made u can see that person who stretch it on edges was doing it uneven so a wave system showed up.
Honestly i expect more from u after looking on such nice picture u got on your website and also PREVIEW system that show how the canvas will be made. And u sending me something like that ?
Tell me why ? I only did this print with u cose i received voucher for 60% off. Normally i would pay for that around L50.00
Now i would like u to print it properly and finish it properly as it should be done.
I can send this canvas back to u but u will need to refund it.
I bought three 8x8 photo books from this company, using a Groupon voucher. I also took advantage of the bonus 40 free prints for new customers.
The photo books were supposed to arrive in 21 days. They arrived exactly 10 days after I placed the order.
The prints arrived in a week.
I read all the reviews here AFTER placing the orders so I got very worried.
I must say that the quality of the prints and albums is amazing.
I've ordered photo books from Snapfish, Mailpix, Walgreens, Walmart, Shutterfly, Mixbook, and Picaboo, and the ones from Printerpix are second best right behind the Mixbook ones just because this company offers more embellishments than Printerpix.
I'm in the U.S.A. so I don't know if there's a difference between the U.K. based company and the one here but I'm very satisfied with my purchase and will surely do business again with them.

I ordered some photos - only 11 costing £5 because of the extremly high postage costs.
I recieved someone elses photo's - 56 of them. Of other children / family.
I emailed on 5 occassions without a response. I then tried to call and was left on hold costing me £18 in phonecalls, without any response. I have finally recieved a reply to my email and they are asking me to send it any photos I have issues with and highlight the issue. On numerous occassions I have told them the quality of the photos arent the issue its the fact I have recieved seomone else photos. I have gave them my order number etc and asked for them to be re sent which they are quite surprinsingly ignoring. I have completely given up on this company and even though the photos I ordered were only £5 its not the point. I could have ordered something else. Absolutely shocking customer service and I really do wonder who works for this company. Awful Awful Awful company and I will be taking it further if I dont recieve a refund, regardless of the amount I am out of pocket. I am sure whoevers photos I have recieved wouldnt be to impressed either. As like whoever has recieved mine.

Ordered a voucher from Printerpix site for 20 x 30" Canvas which was on a half price deal. I had to phone customer service to validate it then just to confirm something, on both occasions I called them I got through within 30 seconds, spoke with very helpful lady and got evrything resolved quickly and without hassle. Canvas arrived in 3 days and was extremely pleased with the quality of the image and finish. Web site very easy to use, like the fact it shows you the quality of the image you have uploaded and the preview of the image in different settings is also very clever. Absolutely no complaints and glad i ignored the negative reviews already posted on this site.
