Print is priced nicely but payment system is faulty
We'd have used Print Experts more if it wasn't for the payment system, it's just too buggy. May I suggest you offer Paypal too, as it's a lot less trouble and it just works. Give us customers a choice, offer both.
They have lost at least 2 jobs from us because of the failure of payment.

The transactions were unable to go through due to a security failure as advised by the bank. Alternative provisions were advised such as Bacs/or paying over the counter in our office to compensate. Please bear in mind that PayPal is a system we are heavily considering using in the future. We will notify of any changes to come regarding our payment procedures.

I rarely use the term excellent, particularly when it comes to businesses. After being treated poorly a number of times one finds ones senses dulled and my sons wedding was more important to me than any work I had previously produced.
Printexpert Service was like a breath of fresh air. They did what it says on the can and then some. In giving advice, meeting deadlines and finishing - Printexpert you excel. Keep up the excellent work and the competitive prices.

Quick and Neatly packed!
Hi, I was very impressed with the speed of my delivery. Also with the fact that my artwork which I sent over came out exactly how I envisaged. I love the quality of paper/card too. I have used vistaprint in the past and they use a very cheap paper and charge a lot more. £50 for 2500 A6 leaflets, absolutely fantastic. Is there more discounts I could earn? Will definitely be using again.

What do I win if i fill this out? lol
I've been using PrintExpert for a while. Always fast, reliable and helpful service. Usually speak with Vicky or Danielle who are both excellent and personable on the phone. Always good for a laugh, even if I 'never' receive any discounts (lol)
I've recommended numerous times and in all honesty, I think I should be receiving some type of referral or loyal customer discount; if we're being candid here. lol

Saved my butt on my darkest days
When my lovely Nan passed away, what I needed from all services is 3 things
1 efficiency
2 quality of product
3 sensitive customer service
Printexpert well and truely delivered on all.
When you have chaos like grief and funerals to deal with, the small wins really count, so when they made the beautiful orders of service, my family really appreciated, doing a small job on short notice for a reasonable price.

You get what you pay for:
I was not impressed by the shopping experience with Print Expert. First of all there were "Glitches" with the Beta website. When I tried to order This.... http://www.printexpert.co.uk/business-cards/recycled_cards.aspx the price suddenly went up. Although when questioned a discount was applied. I was then disappointed when the cards arrived on white, not brown board as I was expecting. I was told it was my mistake, and Print Expert denied that the image on their website was misleading. I was told that if I wanted the board to look the ones in the picture, the cards should be printed to look like the Craft Board shown!? Although some attempts were made to offer me a discount upon new order, I found the customer service team to be quite argumentative and patronising and I wont be using them again.
One positive: They were at least quick.

I would like to start off by apologising for your bad experience. From our point of view you called to discuss having problems ordering online. After establishing the page you were viewing could not identify a price that matched what was being discussed. Our website is under development as such we apologised for any inconvenience caused by ongoing work and offered you a discount as a goodwill gesture.
We stock thousands of products, and whilst examples of these are shown in picture form on the website its not always possible to convey texture and feel through pictures. You called and spoke to a sales rep who went through products and prices available, at no point was brown card requested. We have several recyclable card samples shown online in varying colours due to the design used. On this occasion you needed brown card which was not stated. This only came to our attention after the job was printed and dispatched. This was a print package dispatch job and at no point were we involved in the design process. After establishing what you were after and looking into this complaint, we informed you that paper is white unless specified, outsourced or coloured in the design.
Had the problem been due to our error we would have re-printed and delivered at our cost, in order to make it as stress free as possible for the client. We pride ourselves on our good customer service. As such we always try to deliver whats required based on the information provided at the time the orders placed.

Best value and efficient printing in East London!
Both as a business organisation and a church charity, we have used the services of Printexpert for more than three years and are yet to find a competitor to match their prices and quality of printing.
There have been very few hiccups when we have dealt with Printexpert and more often than not, they try to accommodate even the most immediate of requests when time is of the essence!

Excellent service
Found Printexpert on internet, and i was surprised how cheap the prices where,it seemed too good to be true,but having used several printers before, Printexpert are without doubt the best, quick and reliable, great customer service, and the finished product of my printed flyer was fantastic, cannot wait to use this company again. Very highly recommended company, that deliver high quality printing at affordable prices.

pretty good
I have used PE before and they have been great..the speed of service is excellent...this time the service was great but the poster delivered were bent on the corners as they were wrapped only in paper...we would have like our flyers to be black on the reverse but this probably our fault not theirs but had we been offered different colour backs we have taken the choice.

Efficient service
We've been using them for over a year and their turn around time is absolutely impeccable and were pleased with it. Great customer service.
A few things that print expert needs to work on is their website and a system where they have rules for different people. I had asked on several occasion to pay atpick up but was told that was not how they operate which is completely understandable. At one of my pick ups another customer was paying for their goods over the counter, that is a lack of consistency.
We're still happy to use them and hope they continue and expand more.
Great idea to get their customers feedback.

Best priced quality printers in London
The prices are great and the service has been excellent too, especially when it comes to short notice deadlines. My only criticism would be the huge inconvenience of not being able to pay over the phone by card. Finding time to get to the nearest bank whilst in full-time work is sometimes impossible, especially when under pressure with target period. Otherwise an excellent printing service and would recommend to anyone.
