Very good!
The product itself is very good quality for the price. It will not quite match up to bigger brands but thats not the point as it is meant to be a cheaper but quality alternative.
Quality product, mixes wel, good taste and value.
Only criticism isn't about the product but the packaging. For 1 kg of gainer the bag it comes in is huge, at least 5/6 inches of material that could be trimmed off.

Great product, sercice not so good
Firstly, the product is fantastic. Ordered the Whey Concentrate and everything is great with, mixes well and tastes fine. Will be able to assess results in a few weeks.
Service not so great, ordered before midday on Monday expecting goods to ship the same day. Finally received order on Friday pm having sent 2 emails, a private message on facebook and finally a post on the companies fb page (which received a response).
Will definitely use again as the product is so good but will expect improvements in the customer service and distribution.

Fast delivery and a good product at a reasonable price
I have used this protein powder for a few months now. It mixes well and tastes good. I find I tend to use it more often as it is cheaper than a lot of protein powders. My last delivery turned up the day after I ordered it. Great service. Would recommend this company and product to anyone.

delivery issue EACH TIME
i love your products, but it's been a 3rd time i ordered with you. and for the 3rd time there has been issues with delivery. last time the delivery was delayed for over 2 weeks when now, the items i ordered at the same time, has arrived separately. i received my carbs but still waiting for protein. it is a bit disappointed as i buy the products to mix them all together, but cannot do so as i only got one of the items...
as i said, your products are great, but you need to solve you delivery issues, especially because delivery is not included in the price of the goods.

Quick delivery and good quality product
Shopped around for a good quality protein that wasn't a ridiculously expensive price and found that pro - 10 do protein at a great price. Would be happy to order in future!

Be cautious - no phone number and emails not replied to....
I placed an order online, but 6 days later having not heard anything I contacted them, no response, so I did the same the next day... and still no response.
I was going to buy from amazon and I wish I had as at least amazon would have acted as a medium for me.
Customer service is the most important part of any site. But 8 days since placing my order (I have a paypal receipt) and no idea where it is or how else to get in touch with them... gutted as their products seem great. Will wait to monday and then raise a paypal claim for this to be refunded.

Effective and value for money
I wanted a fat burner with synephrine, the other ingredients are a bonus. I drink a lot of coffee so the lack of caffeine is no obstacle. The tablets give a warm feeling and decent boost to both energy and mental acuity.

Untrustworthy and wrong goods
I would not buy from this party again----EVER, if you wish too, upon your own head be it. You have been warned. I ordered 3 x 90 CAPSULES of Milk Thistle and paid via PayPal, Within a few days I received 3 x 90 TABLETS instead of the ordered capsules, and not even so much as an email to offer me the option. I've emailed Pro-10 several times over the last 3 weeks about this error but haven't even had the decency of a reply or acknowledgement. It would appear that Pro-10 has other NEGATIVE customer reviews which I only found out about after my said problems. Trading Standards have indicated that Pro-10 has failed to supply the contractual goods and should have at least offered me the alternative choice. They are very interested in such questionable practises. One last thing, the Pro-10 goods which I received were in marked containers but were not sealed with moister or anti-tamper wrap. This is indicative of just chucking their bulk purchased goods into their personally marked tubs at source. Is it any wonder the government wants to regulate the vitamin and supplement industry when practises like this exist. When regulations hit us in the not too distant future apportion some blame for these to the likes of sellers like Pro-10. I don't know how to give them a negative star rating or I would.

My first buy sealed the deal!
I bought the CLA in te sale for my wife. Delivery time was much faster than expected, with constant communication by email and text from the courier service.
The product is excellent (well thats what the wife is saying!). I will definitely be buying more from Pro-10 for my own supplements.

got zero replies to all my enquiries even though I emailed several different email addresses and also took a grievance complain to paypal to get a reply and still waiting to get my money back even though they say refunded on their site.

Noticed good gains but taste needs improvement
As I wanted a whey protein without lactose I chose pro-10. It's very powdery and isn't nice tasting at all. However, I've noticed it's doing the job and my body can digest it much easier than whey containing lactose.
If you find you're a bit intolerant like me then pro-10 is a good bet.

super dupper tasty Pro 10!
tasty Whey protein products although only 72% protein compared to 90% with some other brands which isn't an issue with me but could explain why it's better on price. Highly recommended though for fast, reliable delivery and nice tasting product!

Poor contact great product
This was my first ever purchase off yourselves, i didnt receive and conformation email with tracking number, i had to ring you to see when it should be delivered and cjeck order was placed! But saying that the product is good and will use again if sort website /tracking out

Web Site needs refreshing!
Placed order on the web site but got no order acknowledgement or copy invoice as usual. Did not know if order had been accepted but waited a couple of days to see if order would arrive. It did, by DPD Courier service.
So come on, Pro-10, sort out your on-line ordering system!!!!

Pro10 makes a great booster to start the day,and is a great way to replace supermaket beef.

Tasty shake - with the right ingredients
I did a lot of research on line about protein supplements and the like and there were loads of complaints about the consistency and the flavour of the drinks. I ended up trying Pro-10 (chocolate - don't like strawberry) and was really impressed with both consistency and flavour. More importantly the ingredients are in the right proportions based on what I've read in the scientific research literature about whey protein isolate and whey/casein mixes.

Best value and great service
I've ordered twice from Pro 10, both deliveries were on time and using a courier that delivers within a 1 hour window.
The protein powder seems a good quality and consistency, very pleased overall.
The only slight issue would be that the website offers you a discount after you have placed an order, that needs to be sorted out. And a free scoop would not go amiss.
Very happy otherwise and will definately order again.

Quick fast service but no follow-up or reply from company.
I got exactly what i ordered very quickly, but the tubs were damaged and i tried on 3 different times to contact the company and received no reply. So good quick service but no follow-up.
Shaking my head in total shock
Well Pro-10.com gets Zero stars( this review thing is forcing me to give 1 star). First I wait a week only to find my order is still pending. I use the handy dandy online chat (which only shows up on the website after about 2PM) to talk to the customer service as they don’t reply to emails. I’m told my delivery will be with me tomorrow as the order got stuck in there system. Tomorrow comes and still no delivery. I talk via chat again and I’m told the order has been shipped and will be with me later that day or tomorrow. Tomorrow comes again still no delivery. Back onto chat and I’m told my order has not left and it’s due to labels(WTF). At this point I’ve lost all confidence in Pro-10.com and I’ve now cancelled my order and requested a refund.
This Review site gets zero stars as my name is not longer than 4 characters so it is forcing me to add mored to my name befor i can place a review.

Really really good company but
Pro 10 are very friendly and eager/quick to help. you also wont find faster delivery anywhere else either. When i order protein etc im shocked that i recieve it the next day. I like there free delivery offer too and how they use the dpd delivery service. I've used there supplements for about a year now. The reason i'm giving a 4 star and not a 5 is because as a long term user of pro 10 whey protein concentrate unflavoured i can say that within the last 1 month there protein batches have tasted different. I usually order 6kg and they all taste the same but it tastes really bad now even when i add flavour.... pretty bad. its like this is a one off bulk that wasn't made as well as it used to be. Despite this i will remain a loyal pro 10 customer and highly recommend this distributor of body building suppliments for value and most of the time good quality
if someone is put off by unflavoured protein then i recommend my favourite flavour Vanilla and as for the whey protein isolate by Pro 10 i seriously don't think anyone will find better anywhere else.
Pro 10 are brilliant i look forward to buying flavoured protein next month :)

Can't actually buy from them!
Used once before with no issues, Good product too. Forgotten password this time so requested it twice with no response. Email to ask what to do and get an unhelpful response and nothing since, so had to go elsewhere.
