Excellent presentation and service.
The presentation of the products is beyond expectation and the service is swift and qualitative. I would prefer some more variety of brands in order to cover all of them and for the customer to compare in an instant.

Dispendieux pour petites commandes
Frais d'envoi très dispendieux. Je dois attendre et regrouper les commandes pour en payer moins souvent. Pour les commandes regroupées, les frais de douane sont systématiques, alors qu'autrement c'est plus aléatoire. Au final, je paie souvent plus cher qu'avec la compétition. Les prix ne sont pas compétitifs pour les petites commandes.

Shipped fast after ordering, good tracking information, products conform to description
Order placed on apr. 28th in the late evening (at a good price with 10% discount code and without french VAT).
Contacted by email on apr. 29th for identity check.
Shipped on apr. 30th with regular shipping method.
Shipping took 10 days to reach my country (Norway) and then 5 extra days to pass the Customs and be delivered in my town, thus on the 16th may.
Attached billing information worked perfect to clear Customs.
Tracking information allowed me to follow the shipment day by day.
Products were in perfect state and conform to website description.
Bonus: got some energetic drink samples and a Probikeshop pen.

Fast and professional service!

Tout c'est bien passé avec ma commande de la part de Probikeshop, petit désagrément sur la rapidité de livraison, mais à cause de UPS, j'ai adressé un mail au service client et après vérification ils m'ont retourné un avoir pour une livraison gratuite sur ma prochaine commande pour s'excuser. Tout ce que j'ai commandé sur le site est fidèle à la description faite, donc vraiment pas déçu. Je recommanderais chez eux avec plaisir car je sais maintenant que leur service client et très réactif. Je recommande vivement ce site.

Great source for hard to find parts!
I was looking for a chain guard to replace the broken one on my 2002 Specialized Expedition and Probikeshop was the only store that had one. Very easy to order and the part arrived yesterday - it fit perfectly. The only issue was that it was difficult to track the international shipment through the French language web site. Overall, I am very pleased with this transaction.

Great prices, fantastic service
You'll find it hard to find better prices than the prices at Probikeshop.com if you're an international purchases. Shipping is a little pricey, so you'll want to load up your basket and make it worth you're while, but if you do you'll be impressed. I ordered over 10 kilos worth of bike stuff, it cost 44.99 EUR for the Express Shipping but it was in Australia 3 working days later - you have to be happy with that! My order included a THULE bike carrier that costs $270 in Australia and I paid $115 from Probikeshop. A happy customer!

Outstanding value & service
I made my first ever purchase from this shop last week only having discovered the shop online via a Google search. I purchased a set of wheels and tyres and found the value for money amazing. They use UPS to ship the goods at a very competitive rate and you are provided with a tracking number so to track your order all the way to your address. Prior to discovering this shop I always purchased from a well known UK store but not any more. I will recommend this company to all of my friends who may want to purchase biking goods.
