They have a good price for branded equipment so we started using them for our team jackets. We have ordered 3 times from them and had problems with the order every times. Some times jackets missing, long waits for a certain sizes. We thought that was all behind us until we made our last order and found that they had screwed up again. I had to quote the 'distance selling' regulations just so they would swap it!
I ordered an away kit for our U10 Junior team - Red/ Black Vigo III kit with Yellow/Black Goalkeeprs kit all with shirt numbers and wanted the kit returned within 5 days. Order came in sizes exactly as requested and as promised within 4 days of the order. I would deifnately use Proscocceruk again - Quality kit at reasonable prices. I've used prosoccer uk twice now, and it really is a frustrating experience. You have to be very patient to use them, as from past experience it can take 3-4 months to receive your whole order, when going for Nike kit. We've had kits delivered with items missing, meaning I've had to chase them up and then wait even longer to receive everything.
I can't fault them on the quality of kit, and the embroidery etc is done very well.
Their customer service however is terrible. I won't be using them again, simply because I've found that there are better companies out there - who value you spending £000's on kit with them.
I am shocked by some of the reviews about Pro Soccer UK. I have been using the company since 2001, previously known as a different name. As chairman of my football club, Normanton Allstars FC, who at one stage had 15 football teams, all of our football kits, equipment, merchandise and team wear have been from Pro Soccer UK.
The service has always been excellent, my whole team have found the staff very friendly and helpful, even at busy times. People need to understand that there will be busy periods, especially over the summer and sometimes the kits may get delayed. Every time I have ordered a kit, I have always been told a time scale. Every kit manufacturer is different and had different time scales in supplying their kits, especially Nike and Addidas. So, obviously sometimes there will be delays.
Recently, I ordered a kit, which was Pro Soccer UK's own brand and it was done in 7 days. No other online company can offer such and excellent service and such quality kits.
Most other supplier just want your money, but it has been different with this company, who have always gone that extra mile to help. Even donated old stock to orphans in a developing country. Normanton Allstars have spend thousands and thousands over the years with Pro Soccer UK and we are happy to use this ethical, professional and quality company.
We ordered these kits on the 28th September for our school team and was told up to 28 days delivery, we thought the price was very cheap compared to other websites, was woken this morning by a parcel delivery and here was our kits! Absolutely amazing quality compared to kits I have worn from other websites, all the lads are chuffed to bits with them, will be using again! Everything was correct and no fuss! Thank you Pro Soccer!
I joined a team with friends half way through their season and had to buy the same kit as they didn't have one for me. Simple you'd think? Not when it comes to ordering from this company. My original order took 4 weeks to come. It soon become a running joke of the team that I'd been ripped off each week I turned up without the right kit. Ironically they were right...
Once my kit had arrived after 4 weeks, I opened the box to find I was sent the wrong kit. I contacted them immediately stating this, at which point I was told that Nike must have got my order wrong. My question to this is, I didn't order from Nike.com. So why would Nike be packing my kit?! My assumption is ProSoccerUK has its own stock?! What is the point of them existing if this isn't the case, everyone would surely just order from Nike? Cheaper I assume as there would be no middle man (pro soccer Uk) taking a cut.
Frustrated that I had waited 4 weeks for the wrong kit, I sent the kit back and enquired as to when they would send me the correct kit. I was told as soon as the kit had arrived with them, they would send me the right kit. And here I am. 6 weeks have now passed since I sent the kit back, I have sent 5 emails all of which have been ignored or met with an automated "Thanks for your email, we'll get back to you soon, we're very busy right now"
Busy doing what exactly? Not packing my kit that's for sure! I have since asked for a refund, still - nothing. I now have no kit and am down £45. This companies service is beyond disgusting. I wish I had come by this review page before buying. My worry is, that others, like me, only find out about this companies bad name after they've been messed around and ripped off. I would also assume that the very reason this company still get business is because people stumble across them whilst looking for www.prodirectsoccer.com - who in my experience are an excellent online company with great service.
Please avoid Pro Soccer UK like the plague. None of what I have read from others surprises me. My guess is they are run by one or two people who simply cannot reach the basic standards of trade. No level of professionalism, and clearly no level of care in providing the right goods or customer service.
Not going to write full review in capitals or tell you not to use them, just tell you about my experience with ProSoccerUK.
Found a sponsor for my football team and agreed an amount they were willing to invest so went looking for a kit. Found ProsoccerUK and thought there prices were very good so gave them a call.
Alarm bells should have rang when it took me over 30 minutes before it rang and wasn't engaged. Explained to the gentleman i spoke too that i had found a kit i liked and how did i order as i wasn't paying, Was advised to add all items to basket, take a screen print and email to them and they would supply an invoice the sponsor could pay, asked at the time of time scales as we had a local charity tournament and wanted kit ideally for then, that was 4 weeks away, was told order would be processed upon payment and was 15 working day turn around. Got invoice, sponsor paid by BACS and ProSoccerUK confirmed on 6th August they had payment.
2 weeks go by with no word from them so give them a call, 47 times in a row i called before i got an answer, asked them order process and they took order number and said they would speak to warehouse ans come back to me. 4 days later still no answer so i emailed them for update.. 5 days later a reply saying they will look into this.
Another few days pass and we are 7 days away from charity tournament so called them again, 64 calls until i get through ask them whats going on and express my concern that have had no real contact from them over order, they say they promise they will look into it and come back to me.... 4 hours later an email saying order is in progress and *should* be here in a few days. Tournament comes and goes no kit so i call them again and after another 73 calls they answer and apologise saying the order is with warehouse and they need to put me on hold... 49 minutes after being on hold they say they cant find the order so will look into it and get back to me by end of the day...
So the NEXT day, 1 calendar month AFTER payment was confirmed, i get an email saying the kit i ordered is out of stock and they have another kit *like* the one i wanted instock now for a 4 day turnaround, look at kit and it is nothing like the kit i ordered, express my anger and concern that the kit was not only cheaper than the one i ordered but not like it at all. Ask them IF i were to go for the replacement kit would we get a refund for the difference and some form of compensation like a free football.. told NO refund i would have to pick something else from site for the value such as footballs or medical kit and NO they would not offer compensation at all as they have offered a replacement kit, Reject the replacement kit and we finally agree on a kit that we would accept. Ask them if this kit will be here before 1st league game of season and they say yes, so that weekend comes and goes so again i call on the Monday fuming.. told kit is all but done and will be dispatched this week and they will send me confirmation that its dispatched so i can arrange to work from home that day to sign for it, imagine my shock when i get home on the Thursday to a "you werent in" card from courier.. so arrange to pick kit up from depot the next day.
You would think that was it and kit was fine and dandy... umm no.
After opening box it was soon clear that Goal Keeper kit was missing and upon further inspection one of the shirts was ripped on the sleeve with a 3 inch rip.
Emailed them on the Friday evening as they were closed by the time kit was collected about ripped kit and missing kit, they reply the next day saying send the ripped kit back and they will sort it. No mention of missing items.
So call them on the Monday and ask where the hell the GK kit was and to tell them i would not be sending the kit back without a prepaid envelop from them as i should not have to pay recorded delivery to return a faulty item, finally get through this time after just the 23 calls only to find out they will replace the ripped kit "free of charge" and that the reason the GK kit was missing was because it was out of stock, asked why we were not told this or advised before kit was dispatched, no answer from them instead again given an alternative they had in stock... original answer was "we have a blue Adidas one you can have" this after they found my order and saw the BLUE kit i had ordered so polity said no thanks as FA wouldnt allow us to have 11 Blue shirted players on the field.
Finally agree a kit and its dispatched in time for weekend game along with a replacement for the ripped shirt.
All in all it took them over 7 weeks to deliver a full kit and the final order from GK kit to outfield kit was completely different to original order.
So please feel free to use them if you want to have to spend over 2 hours on the phone to them, waste over a day in total trying to actually get hold of them and dont mind not ever getting what it is you ordered in the 1st place.
I did look on here before i ordered and saw the negative reviews but as a country of moaners i took it with a pinch of salt and thought "how bad can it be" as it turns out... very very bad.
How ProSoccerUK have stayed in business, with there awful customer service levels and lack of respect for customers, when other businesses that actually want to deal with people go out of business is beyond me.
I personally will never order anything from ProSoccerUK again as it turns out a little time searching google there are sites just as cheap and have far better reviews on here.
This is now the 3rd season we have used ProsoccerUK and again they have not let us down. The football kits are excellent value for money and we think they have the best choices. The team. coaching staff and sponsors are really pleased with the kits. We have no issues with continuing to recommend ProsoccerUK. Thanks to all the staff at ProsoccerUK and well done guys.
Firstly I would like to say although the score is really bad I don't have a problem with the quality of the strips I ordered. but that is the only positive from this shambollick outfit I ordered my strip on the 8th august originally it was stanno kit. when I called to order it I asked what was the likelihood of getting the kit for the 25th august our first game of the season, her response was very unlikely with that type of kit however more reputable kit are always in stock and would be more likely to be ready for that date .So not wanting to disappoint the team I changed my order to a puma strip which cost around £150 quid more.6 days before our first game the kit hadn't come so I decided to give them a call to which a lady answered and said there was a problem with the shorts everything else was ready but the shorts.i explained that we had some shorts that we could use, could she send the order and the shorts at a later date. she said she would look into it and get back to me I received no phone call. a week had passed and we had played our first game of the season I called again to be told that they were still having problems with the shorts I explained that I had already spoken to someone about it and they were dealing with it but the woman had no idea what I was talking about. however she did assure me that we would get the kit on 4th September which meant missing another game but hey ho I know its busy at this time of year. we got our delivery on the 4th only for there to be 10 shorts missing as well as 10 socks as well has the wrong goalie kit being sent(I would like to add that the shirts look amazing and they have done a great job with the sponsors logo on the front)since the 4th I have spoken to their customer team 6 times each time with me asking to speak with the manager with the promise someone will call me and each time being let down. finally today after phoning twice I got to speak with the illusive manager called dave smith he went on to tell me he was going to look into it and call me back at this point I was fuming and did get angry over the phone to him for him to reply" you don't live that far from us Michael" which was an obvious cheap threat and also breaking data protection luckily I have recorded this and am in the process taking this further. He has confirmed he will be calling me back today we will see what the outcome will be. synopsis cant fault the quality the quality is excellent feel like I have been duped into buying a more expensive kit customer service is appalling and having someone tell you they know where you live is quite unnerving if you don't mind waiting an age and never chase up late deliveries then you wont come up against any problems if however you run a team with the stresses of players moaning and groaning about even paying there subs let alone playing in different shorts then steer clear
I read some reviews after I ordered like a couple before me and got a bit jittery but they were honest throughout and good to deal with from the start. The jerseys came after about 20/22 working days instead of 10 as started but that wasn't much of a problem. Nichola is very helpful and the order came present and correct and good quality.
I confess I was nervous about using Prosocceruk because of all the bad online reviews I had read. However, I phoned up and spoke to the team (Nicola) for reassurance, and was also impressed by prices and the website. To get kit details they actually e-mail you for the files so their online uploads don't seem to work. Neverthelss they took the trouble to contact me directly aboutmy quite specific requirmeents and were spot on in terms of following instructions.
I will say that it took twice as long as they said it would to get the kit but I had ordered in good time and was very pleased with quality and price. I am now hoping to order a larger volume with them, so will updtae this review according to outcome.
A lot of bad reviews below to which I don't understand because those problems are non existent now. I ordered kits from them for 16 players, with personalised badge and gold numbers and although delivery was a little longer then quoted (my only issue) everything else was perfect. Sizes all matched, nothing missing and always replied to my emails and picked up the phone aswel.
I'd like to thank them for their service and would I recommend Pro Soccer UK to anyone ? I'd have to say I see no reason not to use them. Delivery was a little over yes but it wasn't ridiculously late at all only 5-6 working days.
They stayed in touch which was great and they made no mistakes so I guess i'm saying yes I would recommend them. I certainly will be back for winter tracksuits for my team.

This Company is a joke and everything bad in an internet business, ignorant, rude and offer zero customer service !!! The only thing they do well is take your money !!!
We ordered a kit for a Charity Football Match that was due in 6 weeks from date of order and sent all the relevant information and order was confirmed, was told order was on a 10 day service but as we had ordered so far ahead it was not an issue.
4 weeks in and no delivery so we contacted them, not easy, e mails unusually ignored and the telephone rings out constantly, but if your have a few hours to kill it gets answered. We were told they were waiting on the Medium size tops and this was due anytime and would get the order out in the next few days.
5 weeks still not received the kit, rang up and eventually got an answer and was fed some story and that the kits were going out any day.
4 days before our game and 6 weeks from order, a box arrives
1. NO KEEPERS TOP 2. SHORTS WRONG COLOUR AS ORDERED 3. SPONSORS PRINT QUALITY WAS SHOCKING !!!!!!!
Rang again and was told that if I wanted to have the correct shorts I would need to return the wrong ones, once received, they would send the correct colour out straight away. To ensure we had shorts I asked would they send the correct colour first, so if they did not arrive by the Saturday ( bear in mind the time we had already waited ) we would have shorts to wear. Was told that was not possible, and they would only send the correct ones if they receive the wrong ones, asked what would happen if they did not arrive in time, I was told I could buy replacements locally to me !!!! ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING ATTITUDE !!!! Asked later in the conversation, if I send the shorts Next Day delivery, arrive with them on Wednesday, would they confirm the correct shorts will be sent Wednesday using Next Day. This they could not do as they needed to order the shorts and delivery would be 10 days, so if I had sent them we would have been playing WITHOUT THE SHORTS WE ORDERED !!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING !!!
The Keepers Jersey turned up on the Friday, just in time, but the print quality was as poor as on the tops we had received !!!
I had complained on the telephone and followed this up with an e mail, that has been received, asking for some money to be refunded to compensate for the wrong shorts ( obviously could not return as we had to wear them ) and for the VERY VERY POOR PRINT QUALITY, to this day, no one has had the decency to reply.
I run an online retail company and if I offered this level of service we would quickly have no customers.
WE WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN, WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM AND WILL TELL ANYONE THAT ASKS THE TRUTH !!!!!!
