I ordered a £200 monitor from the website showing as 10 in stock. payment went through and order showed as completed. after one day i called to enquire why it had not shipped, only to be told "we no longer stock that item?" i asked for a refund and was told "i'll get that done straight away" after a few hours i called back to again enquire why the refund had not been dealt with as promised? i was then told it would be done by the end of the day, i explained that it was not my fault the web page had an incorrect stock level showing and that i needed the money back urgently to source stock elsewhere. still no refund has been forthcoming?? i have again called to enquire and have been told it has been done! it certainly has not. my account at protechshop is still showing as the order complete...?? steer well clear
had to open a dispute with paypal, nightmare
