After paying over the odds for postage two weeks later my item had not arrived.
I had no response from any of the emails so I rang the company.
I spoke to a very nice young lady who informed me that they were having technical difficulty and my item would be dispatched the next day. I checked the status of my item the following day still at status 'processed' so I rang again… The same excuse, I pointed this out and the item was sent after that.
