TODAY I AM VERY HAPPY :-)
I am very happy today! Few hours ago I received the my order!
I bought three fountain pens Noodler's Ahab, and two bottle of Noodler's waterproof ink.
All was perfect: the fast payment by Paypal, the choise of FeDex Courier...
My order was forwarded about at 11:00 p.m
The next morning, early in the morning, Ross Adams told me the tracking code for to track the parcel trough Fedex.
Perfect organization!!
I hope sincerely great happened for this store online and hope that it will acquire a lot of Noodler's Inks and fountain pens.
Finally, I found a nice and welcome gift in the parcel! Thanks!
I will certainly return to this store online to deal again with you!

An extremely happy Canadian Customer!
I had a very very good experience, highly recommend.
I am living in Ontario, Canada and usually I buy online from USA.
However, the price for the Waterman Carene is rediculous high in US, so I came here.
First, the price on purepens.co.uk includes VAT, which was taken away since I am located outside of Europe.
Second, I asked for a EF nib which was not in stock. Ross Adams spent so much effort (there were many emails between us back and forth) to get one from France. The response from him was very quick. I have to say Thank you to him to show my appreciation.
Third, the shipping cost was 10 pounds, which is $16 roughly. It is not big, specially compared with some US dealers, they make a fortune when shipping something to Canada. Sometimes, I have to cross the border to pick up, which costs more.
Last, the pen arrived with perfect shape and there are even small gifts included.
Definitely I will buy other pens from here in the future. (This is the second one besides my Pelikan M600. The pandora box has been opened!)

Excellent after sales service
I am from India and I had ordered a Twsbi pen from PurePens, but the shipment got lost and after mailing the company, I was immediately sent a replacement pen with shipment tracking option. Unfortunately, when I received the replacement package, after 40 days of my initial order, the package did not contain the pen. I have now been promised a refund from Ross Adams, director of the company, whose response to my mails were ALWAYS timely, helpful, courteous and informative.
A word of advice to those ordering from India- always go for FedEx option of delivery, any other option would only mean entering high risk zone of not getting the package. This is not a problem with the company, rather the problem of pathetic India Post. If you ever encounter any problem after placing the order, be assured, the company, and more so, Ross Adams, will surely solve the problem.
Update: I was refunded with the full amount promptly by the company.

Fantastic service even when problems arise.
I ordered a pen from Niche Pens and it didn't arrive. A few emails later a new one turned up at the door with a free rollerball. My kindest thanks to Ross, who has been communicating with me regularly throughout. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Excellent prompt and courteous service PLUS a considerable saving!
I ordered two pens from Pure Pens, both Yard-O-Led, and received confirmation of my order almost immediately with a follow-up contact the next day explaining when and how they would be delivered. The price I paid also, and importantly, offered a considerable saving on the RRP and, for hand-made items, this was extremely impressive.
One of them required special order and, despite indications that this might take a week or so, I actually received confirmation that Pure Pens had sourced this early. The pens arrived safely and are perfect! I'm extremely pleased with the entire process and would have no hesitation in recommending Pure Pens to anyone. Indeed, I will be using them again in future, and I can't offer any higher recommendation than that!

Quite superb customer service!
I ordered a Parker Duofold from Pure Pens as an anniversary present. The price was exceptionally good. As the nib I wanted could not be obtained from Parker, Ross Adams immediately offered to grind the nib for me to my liking - and made no additional charge for that service. The pen was duly delivered in good time for the big day and the recipient was highly delighted. I would definitely buy from PurePens again and would unreservedly recommend them to others. Brilliant.

Thank you for taking the time to write a the review and rate us. I am sorry that the delivery from the UK to Spain was not as quick as you would have liked. We use the Royal Mail postal service as it is generally the best combination of price and speed of delivery. We have added the option for upgrading postage to courier, but this is understandable more expensive than standard airmail.

Excellent Service - HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Placed several orders with Pure Pens. Their service is always excellent and orders turn up the next morning. Great website and huge range of products. Very helpful on the phone as well, staff know their products and understand their customers' needs, will not try and sell the most expensive option if it isn't right for you.
I intend to place more orders in the future and highly recommend them.

Excellent pens & personal customer service
I ordered two fountain pens from them initially. Both were makes that I'd never tried before but they proved to be excellent & have restored my love of writing with ink. I've since ordered two more pens as gifts & will be placing an order for another TWSBI in the near future.
I spoke to PurePens by phone for my first order. They managed to change the nib and ship it the same day, in time for a birthday present.
PurePens.co.uk & NichePens.co.uk appear to be the same company, with the purepens site focussing on Pelikan.

Good, fast service, but email breakdown.
The order was delivered very quickly, but I had no idea whether it had gone through because there were no confirmation emails. I had an apologetic email from Ross explaining that the automatic emails weren't working, Hopefully it will get fixed soon, as they are very very good.

Perfect service
Items were well described. Shipping was fast and accurate. Had one of the ordered items missing a component (an O-ring). After communication it has been immediately sent to me at no charge. Also asked some questions about the items I bought and the feedback has been quick and satisfying.
The best customer service I have ever experienced!
This is an amazing company - in the four orders I put in to them, sometimes ordering in the late afternoon, each order arrived the following day. An amazing level of customer service! And they are real people!! If you need to talk with them, they are friendly and knowledgeable.
I love the variety of their product from the pens to the inks; interesting and unusual - and above all: a high quality. If you are interested in the art of writing using quality equipment PurePens is the place to shop. They deserve more than five stars.

After emailing PurePens, Ross called to discuss my email and was very helpful. Refreshing that he took the time to pick up the phone in a world of email and text messaging. Fountain pens have traditional values that clearly have stood the test of time. Hopefully telephones will too :-)

Fast and bubble-wrapped
Noodler pen and ink arrived after 2 days (to the Continent), and was nicely wrapped. I am using Kingfisher blue ink, which is bleach-proof and great for signing contracts. It's a dark blue and photocopies better than other blue inks. The pen is great, in spite of the low price.

Excellent Service.

Noodler's ink is every bit as good as it's reputation would suggest so if you've been dragging your heels over giving it a try just bite the bullet and get some. I doubt that you'll regret it.

Incredibly fast delivery
I jumped at the chance of getting a Noodler's Ahab pen without the perils of importing and also to restock my favourite Noodler's ink. I'm pretty sure the pen was dispatched before I had decided to order it! Ordered at 2pm, arrived at 11am the next day. Fantastic service, thank you!
