The right place for writing requirements

Pure Pens has a wide range of writing instruments and offers very efficient service. Deliveries normally arrive before the advertised day, and packaging is always adequate. Most recently I have used them for the excellent range of Noodler's inks from the U.S.A., the only ink I have come across that is suitable for fountain pens and truly waterproof.

I would definitely go there again to purchase a pen or associated paraphernalia. I can't comment on how service is when a transaction doesn't go well (the true test of service) because my transaction went without a hitch

Poor attention to detail

I've placed three orders with purepens or their other incarnations (nichepens & pelikanpens). The first arrived with no problem, the second came with the wrong size nib and the third was shipped to the wrong address.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I am sorry that you were unfortunate enough to have problems with two of your orders from us. Taking your issues on board, I have changed the way in which we invoice and package our deliveries to eliminate the human error risk of sending an item to an invoice address and the way in which we store our spare nibs so there is more separation between the different widths. Sorry once more for the problems you had.

I ordered a TWSBI pen, plus ink and inkwell from Purepens. It seems it all arrived within 24 hours!! The package alone was exquisite. 10 star service. Will shop with them again.
