I looked around on line in order to obtain the best quality mortgage life insurance. I decided to use this company, what a mistake.
The initial call with the broker took over 40 minutes, the computer was very slow and the male on the phone had to repeat question time after time. It was taking that long he agreed to call the next day to finalise details with my husband and finish the call.
To give him credit, he called the next day. Despite the 40 minutes i spent on the phone the previous day though, i still had to give all my details again as his system had failed the day before and not saved all my answers. Not very nice when you are sharing such personal details with a stranger for the second time! He took my husbands details and the cover was agreed.
Within 5 minutes we then had a call from the company direct, with a few follow up questions, or so she said. She actually asked exactly the same questions the male had done twice before, as her computer did not have our answers! The delightful woman then put me on hold for 11 minutes whilst she found the correct down menu tab to put my very recent miscarriage in. Nice hey! Just what you want when you are still grieving.
She eventually agreed to call back once she had found the 'appropriate box.
A second call from her a few minutes later was no better, she informed me that she still couldnt find the correct box and asked me what to categorise it as! How about death.. of our unborn children.. I was upset and passed her to my husband. She then asked very personal questions of him, with no tact, empathy or diplomacy what so ever. The call was at an inappropriate time but she did not care - she clearly had a job to do and clearly wanted our money.
Having upset both my husband and i, i cancelled the application. Can you imagine what the company would be like of you actually needed them when god forbid a partner had died.
I understand that personal questions need to be asked, it is the nature of the business but having now organised insurance elsewhere i know it can be done in a better manner. A rude, impatient stranger on the end of a phone, with a poor computer system that does not record data, asking repeated personal questions about matters that are close to the heart and usually only discussed in a private environment with a medical profession is not the way to treat customers.
I would never recommend this company. I now know, from experience that there are better out there.
No nonsense, no jargon, just clear and informative guidance. Very quick with results which did not disappoint. Delighted with my deal which was a third cheaper than my own bank offered me and I didn't do any of the legwork. More than happy to recommend.
I would certainly recommend 'quote life' as they recommended a particular cover suited to my situation, very helpful, informative and will find cover to suit your circumstances. Clear concise and very friendly.
Your employee phoned me in the middle of the day at work. I told him that i was in an open plan office and couldn't talk. He kept me talking for around 8 minutes with me telling him that i was at work and couldn't talk. He was asking my and my partners salary to which I said, i would rather not say to which he said, give me the first two numbers to which i said i would rather not say. It has put me off working with your company. He called again on the Saturday but i didn't pick up. I will be working with someone else now.
I wished some information on life insurance for a mortgage I have applied for. All in all the process was very useful and informative and the representative was very helpful and polite. I would recommend this online service to anyone who is looking for life cover.

I made my enquiry on line. This was acknowledged with an email response which also advised me that I would contacted by telephone by a qualified person to discuss my requirements !!!! Still waiting so just switched on my iPad to search for other providers!! So very sorry but I am unable to give you positive feedback!!! Your star rating requests a response - giving you 3 to get out of this page but really I can't judge as just an email response gives me nothing to rate you on.
Had initial phone call to discuss what I wanted the broker said he was going to phone back later that day with quotes. I never received a phone call not even to say he couldn't Beaty current deal. Poor service and poor manners.
