I would certainly recommend 'quote life' as they recommended a particular cover suited to my situation, very helpful, informative and will find cover to suit your circumstances. Clear concise and very friendly.
Your employee phoned me in the middle of the day at work. I told him that i was in an open plan office and couldn't talk. He kept me talking for around 8 minutes with me telling him that i was at work and couldn't talk. He was asking my and my partners salary to which I said, i would rather not say to which he said, give me the first two numbers to which i said i would rather not say. It has put me off working with your company. He called again on the Saturday but i didn't pick up. I will be working with someone else now.

I was impressed by the quality of service by the advisor who dealt with my request. I made my enquiry on line. This was acknowledged with an email response which also advised me that I would contacted by telephone by a qualified person to discuss my requirements !!!! Still waiting so just switched on my iPad to search for other providers!! So very sorry but I am unable to give you positive feedback!!! Had initial phone call to discuss what I wanted the broker said he was going to phone back later that day with quotes. I never received a phone call not even to say he couldn't Beaty current deal. Poor service and poor manners.
The customer service representative asked questions that unnecessarily probed into details such as medications I take for mild maladies that have no impact on my overall health or longevity of life. Also, the representative seemed to question my motives for wanting a policy, which seemed quite odd.
I would certainly recommend this service. Matt was the person who helped us over the phone and he was brilliant, we felt confident in the information he gave us, he made sure we understood all the products and assisted us to make the correct choices. This was all done in a comfortable and friendly manner which we very much appreciated. We would certainly use this service in the future.
I received a call as promised in my email. Marie Bedding was very knowledgeable in her subject matter, she took some basic details and was very polite and courteous in her manner. Marie was very sensitive when discussing personal circumstances and listened carefully and showed compassion to my details.
Marie then said 'leave it with me and ill get back to you', within 20 minutes Marie was back on the phone with the quotes as promised and gave me a selection of options to chose from.
Marie did not pressure me with the 'Hard Sell', I needed time to discuss the options with my partner, Marie kindly emailed me all the details and left it in my hands to contact her once I had made a decision and if I would like to go ahead with the policy.
I cannot fault this service and the professionalism I received.
Had a very good conversation with a very knowledgeable chap who was very helpful and agreed to get back to Mr the next day at 1;30 with the quote it is now 22:25 and he has not got back to me. I had pretty much already decided to ho with whatever he said was the best option untill he failed to contact me

I received an e-mail from your company asking me to phone a number to receive a quote for life assurance.
I spoke to someone who seemed to be writing my details on the back of an envelope.
I presume that the envelope ended up in the bin because from that date (31/07/13) I have heard nothing except the e-mail asking me to rate your company.
I rate it pretty low, poor would be generous.
No response or call!!

I was looking for some advice and guidance on Life Insurance & Critical Illness cover. They were very approachable and polite on the phone. When I questioned why they needed information on my expenditure, she explained that it was to provide the best cover so that any bills were covered etc. The girl who I spoke to was excellent!
Filled out the details which took a while then pressed for a instant quote to be e mailed shortly afterwards to say ring an adviser to get a quote
False marketing saying instant quote which it isn't and is very Mia leading

Went online to find some insurance protection and chose this company. The service was spot on. If i was running a company I would want it to be run this way. Quick, efficient, open and honest, what a refreshing change thanks.
Never going to do this again! Made a casual enquiry regarding some insurance products through MoneySupermarket. The site was completely misleading in that it suggested that I would be given a rough online quote - which was all I was after. I accept that some insurance products are more complex than others but I was absolutely bombarded with calls, texts and emails to a ridiculous extent. One company rang me 4 times a day for a week!!!! Total nonsense. What made them think I wasn't capable of picking up the phone if I wanted to speak to them?
I'll never use MoneySupermarket again - I blame the site for not making it clear until AFTER I'd requested a quote that a load of salesmen would be given my details. And would then proceed to call me day and night for a week. Who honestly thinks that people buy this way anymore?
After entering all the details requested noting fixed terms critical illness cover I was astonished to be called by a lady asking what type of life cover I wanted! Needless to say I won't be taking any insurances out vie yourselves! Sorry but you asked for feedback...... Oh I didn't even get as far getting a quote as when I explained I wasn't even apologised to just told that it wasn't her fault, it certainly wasn't my fault.
