Poor Customer Service

I placed an order with this website once and will never ever do it again! After receiving the parcel, I found out that they did not tape the bottom of the box well enough, so some items were missing. I then contacted the website and they refused to do anything about the missing items, saying that they were absolutely certain that nothing was missing. Yeah right, how did they know that? Also, one of the items received was old stock, so I posted it back to the company and wrote a letter to explain what was wrong with it. What did I get? A telephone call trying to convince me that there was nothing wrong with the product. There was no point arguing because they did not want to listen to me anyway. Funny enough they did not even send me back that item; they must have known it was not fit for human consumption. Please avoid this company

National coverage with a small shop mentality. They rate customers above anything, the best oriental shop I have used.
