Very quick delivery and a very professional service.

I ordered Bank holiday Monday about 7pm and the item was delivered on the Wednesday without fuss. good communications as well RC Geeks is certainly going on my favourites list.

Outstanding customer service and delivery

Was very pleased with the efficiency of how quickly the order was dispatched out and the quality of the item. After loading the program/software onto the computer and connecting to the Castle link . It was very easy to adjust all the settings and take for a quick test and if needed readjust till you got the settings that you wanted. A must have if your into getting the most out of your Castle RC gear.

I have been very pleased with the service I get from RC Geeks. They have excellent products that I want at prices I want to pay. Along with a service that is second to none. Fast, friendly and very helpful

I can only praise RC Geeks as my recent experience dealing them has been 100% superb. I ordered some LiPo packs that I hoped would fit my new mCPx BL helicopter. They arrived very quickly but unfortunately my hunch they would fit the helicopter was wrong. So, I emailed RCG and explained the situation and was told it was absolutely fine to return them. Posted them back on Thursday night and by Friday lunchtime I had been refunded in full. I will, without doubt, be looking at the online store in the near future when I inevitably need spares for something I have crashed! Outstanding customer service, a rare thing these days and very refreshing to see.

Items good but bad shipping method

ok, was an international address... but the shipping cost were too hight for the service that I have received. Inadequate packaging, (some oil lost from the pocket).

Ansmann RC Car 540 /80T Motor Purchase and Review

Excellent company to deal with, I wish them the very best with their online shop. This motor is highly recommended for anyone into scale 4x4's. I used this motor with a Tamiya Jeep CC01 platform, which is naturally very fast with little torque out of the box. This motor has 80T, and makes for a great scale car and ensures that no nasty mods need to be performed to put in a gear reduction unit. The Jeep climbs and performs almost as well as my rock crawler thanks to this motor, not to mention the huge runtime achieved with a high torque motor. Nice extras like gold plated terminals and bearings on both ends and the ability to tune this motor make it a good choice. I've been using this motor for a few months now and it really has been reliable and at about $30 AU, has been excellent value.

On time, great price, great quality

The Go Pro Wrist Housing Strap was delivered within the time promised, was securely wrapped, had no issues crossing customs (I live in Australia) and was a legit new piece. Would strongly consider buying from RC again!

I ordered their cheapest 1:10 scale rc car shell via eBay, and got free postage, it arrived two days later, was exactly as described, quality was good, and it included extra spoilers and wing mirrors that were never mentioned in the listing. I have fitted it and given it a few runs, it seems very resilient, as I have crashed it several times! Overall I'm very happy and would definitely order again.
