My preferred printers, if there is ever a problem they sort it out quickly, but 99% of the time it's right first time.

Excellent - all way around: from placing order to finished product
I have been using RCS for about four years now for my business printing needs. I admire the great quality this company offers for a fair price.
We have also used some of the other high profile printing providers but either the quality or the customer service experience (or both) was not to the high standard that we get at RCS.
I always say if you require excellence in the detail you should go to RCS.

does exactly what it says on the tin!
RCS provide good quality and cheap printing. They proofed our design and came back with queries to make sure it was what we wanted. We ordered super economy delivery as we were not in any rush and this provided no surprises, taking as long as they said it would on the email. Good email communication let me know when the printing was being dispatched. Overall, very pleased with the service.

excellent quality & service becoming expensive
very happy with quality service & product range
but finding I am using RCS less and less as other companies
are offering more of the core products at a lower price
the 50% plug in price means I will soon get to a point where where
I am forced to move onto other suppliers and save money overall

Simplify!
RCS got a little too complex a few years ago. It's still complex now. I appreciate the extent of your products but I get lost with "reseller" options and "training days" which I simply don't want to invest in. If I need a price, it should be a matter of making a call or sending an email. That's what I do elsewhere. Buying into Loyalty Schemes doesn't work for me. Still goodservice, although I miss some of the staff and the "one-to-one" nature I used to enjoy with RCS 15 years ago. The website really works but it's often used as a basis for finding a better price elsewhere. We will still use RCS for bespoke jobs in the foreseeable future, but I feel it is marketing itself to first-time design companies, "work-at-home" publishers and those who simply want to buy into the RCS experience 100%. Excellent quality and service but sometimes expensive
We have been dealing with RCS for several years they provide an
excellent service but on many basic items have become less
competetive over recent years. Leaflets, flyers,
brochures, business cards, comp slips, letterheads, ncr work
and colour digital printing are all items we find RCS to be no longer competetive on and we outsource from other suppliers. All other full colour outsourced work we place on RCS and are very happy with their quality and reliability. Over recent months we have noticed that we are now also able to purchase booklets at a lower rate than RCS but given their good service prefer not to switch at least until such time as a significant cost saving may be
available.
We are happy to recommend RCS as a good service but wish that they would review prices as we would be delighted if we could
outsource all our colour print to them.

Can't find a fault at all!
RCS consistently deliver quality products on time. If there are any issues with artwork they usually call to confirm and rectify when they can. A lot of our customers compare the prices to Vista Prints £5 for 250 business cards, but after they have had them printed at Vista Print they usually come back to us for the much better quality for the higher price.

Professional service and products at a sensible price
FDA UK have used RCS for over 15 years for all our printing requirements. They will always help you with your technical issues and don't expect you to be a IT or Design expert!
I have always be more than pleased with the end product and am of the opinion that RCS would never provide a sub-standard product.

RCS are the best printers I've found whilst buying print over the last 35 years
I particularly like the RCS commitment to the environment and sustainable production which mirrors our own. In terms of production of print the turnaround times given have been achieved 100% over the last four years and the quality of the product is very good - stochastic screening really gives it the edge. Most products such as business cards, letterheads etc are competitively priced against other batch production facilities.
What we at PrintPod find most valuable is the care we receive by the Sigma team and the guys that check the files who have averted many calamities.

Foiled again
Sadly, despite polite staff, RCS failed to deliver when it came to printing custom business cards with a block foil. Despite clear instruction and agreement on that, the foil was blocked on the wrong side. My client was very disappointed, he missed out on work because of it, my reputation was tarnished and the whole debacle became pretty expensive. Sad, I had high hopes.
They did refund though, which was nice.

Very pleased with RCS product quality and service
We feel confident about placing orders with RCS. Accurate delivery dates, consistent high quality. If there has ever been any problem with, it has been rectified promptly (thankfully these have only been paperwork issues, thank fully no quality problems as yet). Prices are not always the cheapest but certainly feel reasonably competitive on the standard RCS lines. Found very expensive on completely bespoke jobs. Website is user friendly and easy to navigate. Would welcome a larger discount on our own printing.

Responsive Professional Proactive Realistic
Well its like this, we have been with RCS for 5 years and as far as I can tell we will be with them for another 5 years. The quality of print and relibalinty of service is second to none, yes they have made mistakes (very few) but more important they have always put them right to my satisfaction. So if your looking for a good quality reliable print partner, then look no more.

Brilliant Service, excellent products you deliver when you say you will.
It's rare to find a company that actually lives up to what it says it's going to do so it's great to work with RCS. The products are consistently excellent and they try innovative ways to promote products and give resellers advice. You feel like they are trying to help your business and work together with you.

Superb quality print delivered on time.
Although we only use RCS on occasion, they have to date always delivered on time and the quality of the stochastic is superb, even solids are good.
The web site is also reasonably easy to use.

Fantastic service, and always deliver as promised

Standard products alright - helpfulness terrible
If you require bog standard printing from print ready pdf then they can deliver on this. If you need out of the ordinary printing or helpful advice on a more esoteric request then go elsewhere. We have found better suppliers albeit a bit more expensive and view the premium paid as money well spent.

Consistent high quality print results and superb customer service
We've been using RCS for many years for all of our client's print requirements. Their quality control is superb and they deliver on time, every time. The pre-print checking is great value; having a fresh set of eyes to look over artwork before it is printed is such a reassurance. On the occasions when I've had a question regarding a print job, a simple call or email to RCS has given me a comprehensive answer. So, thank you guys - you make printing simple!

Easy website to use, first class service and helpful support to get it right.
I have used RCS over a number of years now and always found them helpful and, in spite of everything being web based I feel that I am treated as an individual and helped to get a fast and efficient service. When I have not got artwork quite right there is no sense of criticism, just assistamnce to get the best job - for me. Thanks guys, I will continue to use you and appreciate a great service.

Great service too expensive
Whilst we love the quality and service provided by RCS, unfortunatley, we have simply been priced out by their costs.
With print being so competetive these days, we had to shop around as we simply couldn't continue adding our mark up to their products.
We found the only people concerned with wether the business cards were litho or digital was us, we have re-produced cards with us suppliers using teh digital method instead of the previous litho used with RCS and no-one has notice the difference. - The only real difference is the cost. - Less then half price to produce as digital!

Excellent online printing service with great one-to-one customer service
I like RCS as a company and have used them for many years, mostly for business cards, but sometimes other items. Their service is nearly always excellent, and on the few times when I've been unhappy with the quality of a product they have agreed to reprint.
Usually I like to source my printing as local to home as possible, and choose environmentally friendly printing choices. RCS are not local to me, but their quality and prices mean they remain a valuable supplier.
Customer service over the phone, when needed is always excellent – but the website is also quite simple to use to buy print online, so it's all fast and painless.

RCS always exceed the customer's expectations
I have always found RCS to be exceptionally friendly and helpful in all aspects of our dealings. They are open and transparent with their pricing and if the rules can be bent to accommodate you they will do their best. Print quality is second to none and delivery is guaranteed. We have only ever had one issue with print quality and the job was reprinted immediately without question after RCS made adjustments to the artwork. The website is simple to use and everything works like a dream!

Undeniably Brilliant
RCS have never let me down, the product delivered is always of a high quailty. If ever if there is a problem (which there inevitable will be occasionally) it is all ways sorted out both quickly and efficiently. Customer service is personal and all ways happy to sort out any queries that may arise. Invoicing is fast and efficient and rarely wrong.
The offers that they have, do help to encourage sales of that partictular product that is on offer. Thier training is highly recommended, it will not only explain how to use the quoting and purchasing portals, it shows you how to sell print.

QUALITY. But at a price...
If you want top quality, these are the printers to go for! Excellent print jobs, colour matching & paper every time.
But RCS are a lot more expensive on standard pricing than pretty much every other printing company we use. Even with our hefty charity discount it's more expensive than many competitors.
Good product range. It would be good to have the option of Black & White both sides but other than that no complaints about the products.

Helpful people who produce excellent products
We have a long history with RCS now, and I can't remember having a bad product or a less than professional response to any queries we've had. Their service and quality is so consistently reliable our customers take this for granted and most importantly they spread the word to generate new customer for ourselves.

Verry reliable and great quality
This companies quality and customer service is second to none. The only reason why this is not a 5* review is because of the prices and some of the restrictions on turnaround over a certain quantity.

My preferred supplier
I have been dealing with RCS for well over 10 years and I can honestly say that they are the only print company that I would entrust my business with. They are not perfect by any means but should anything ever go wrong (it doesn't happen very often) they will move heaven and earth to put things right and they communicate very well. RCS is an exceptional print company to partner with.

Cost effective for short runs, uncompetitive for multiple or long runs.
I've been using RCS for several years with the much appreciated 30% (now 25%) discount and am very happy with the service, delivery times and professionalism. If I had any criticism to make it would be that bespoke items - anything other than simple print runs of universal sizes - become very expensive. Also very expensive are multiple runs of items such as business cards - for example, 500 cards x 6 names are treated as 6 separate jobs which is highly uncompetitive. Very happy otherwise!

As a result of this review we looked at our Multiple Order pricing and increased the discounts offered when more than one of the same product is ordered at the same time. Now on our website you can get much reduced prices by entering the multiple required near to the Add to Basket button.
