LOUSY SHPIMENT - They dont answer email or you cant call them
We are a gym located in Denmark - Europe. We made many orders at RDX, at first the orders went good. Until we made the last order. Everytime i write them i get a reply for about 1 week after, theyre excuse is that my mail went to their JUNK MAIL. now i buy alot from them because our students order alot of gear.
I havent got my shipment, RDX is not answering my mails, and even though i get a shipment its either packed wrong or something else is wrong. Now i have mad students, their money is wasted and they dont have any gear.
Even though you write them a note before completing order to send: tracking code, they just ignore you.

I will not recommned for any guys outside UK and i think its strange that you cannot call them.
I have wrote them in AMazon, EBAY and their own website to have them send me a tracking number or order info. NO REPLY!
IM MAD and very sad on the behalf of our students.
DO NOT BUY FROM COMPANYS YOU CANNOT CALL OR HAVE A REPLY TIME ON EMAIL FOR OVER 3 DAYS. THIS IS VERY BAD. DO NOT RECOMMEND
