I've been working with Recruit so simple over the last few weeks and had to move 12 years of data from another previous provider. Andrew and David see any problems as a personal challenge to overcome. They just get it sorted, quickly and without extra bills for doing so. They are technically very astute and no problem seems insurmountable. The product is being constantly updated and improved to act on customer suggestions and feedback. You can scale up or down so easily. It really is a breath of fresh air. it's easy to use and does what you need it too. Well done guys I'm a very happy customer !

An incredibly user friendly, logical and intuitive system that does what a recruiter needs it to do - simply and efficiently. RSS continually refines and updates based on customer feedback and requests. If you want a database which does all of those things you NEED from a company that listens and improves on a weekly basis, then look no further. I tested so many other systems. None integrated with Mac - in fact, one even laughed when I suggested such a thing! RSS does this with ease - and then some. Excellent parsing function, customisable searching, editable tags and so easy to use. Why pay for 'dinosaur' databases when you can get what you need here? A no-brainer.
I've been in recruitment for over 15 years having worked for large PLCs and small boutique search firms. I can't recommend RSS enough. When I set up on my own in early 2012 I thought I was going to have to spend thousands of pounds on a recruitment database because my previous firms had. I was very surprised to find out that I could get exactly what I wanted on a pay as you go basis with no hidden extras and "one-off" start up costs.

We've been using RSS for about 6 months now, having migrated from a locally-hosted system. On the whole, it's excellent.
We had a couple of teething problems, but they were addressed very soon after being identified.
The support team is extremely responsive. Raising a support ticket is very efficient, and usually results in a response within minutes (not sure what their SLA is, but I'm very happy with that). And any problems are usually fixed straight away, or an alternative solution given.
We've made a few suggestions for further enhancements to the system, and we're expecting a new version to be in place soon.
The system does the job we need it to, it's well priced, there's no tie-in, and exporting information is straightforward, and free. I can only see it improving, given the quality of the team behind it.
I have been recruiting for over 8 years now and have had the "pleasure" of using and testing all the reputable Recruitment CRM systems in the UK. There was always "something" that didn't work and had to be adapted.... In EVERY instance we ended up changing our recruitment process to fit the CRM system.
Now.....Recruit So Simple.... what can I say... for the very first time in 8 years, I can recruit my way. They have taken all the best ideas and made the use of them so simple, that I was able to roll this out to my company and gain 100% enthusiastic adoption from day one!
It just works.....in a logical and efficient way....recruiters can just do what they do best and not become glorified administrators... freeing up their time to do the fun stuff and actually speak with candidates/clients, and never having to try and keep in their heads - whatever they must try to remember - just dump those thoughts into Recruit So Simple - and move on to the next call.
Now a system is only really as good as its support and ongoing development... This is where the team at Recruit So Simple are OUTSTANDING.... any issue is dealt with very quickly... I am not talking weeks to change or implement a suggestions... sometimes it's just minutes....and they are always open to suggestions about improvements, but more importantly...they actually act on them.
In my 8 years of recruiting, there has always been "something" not quite right about the CRM package being used for recruitment.... be it having to adapt the recruitment process to fit, major retraining and poor adoption from staff (who all hate change) or lack of genuine support or interest in you as a client after you have signed up!
Recruit So Simple - just is. Easy to use.... total support......genuine interest in you as a client.....and most of all.... stops recruiters being administrators and allows them to generate more £££'s
Oh... and to top it all.......monthly contract.... so if you ever felt that it wasn't working for you (which would be a surprise...), you are not stuck in an annual contract and can just stop.
I would definitely recommend Recruit So Simple to anyone looking for recruitment software. Firstly, it's internet based so you can use it from any web browser, at home or when out and about and so you don't need some huge server to support it. Secondly, the service support is UK based which means that when I need to contact someone with a query, I can do it there and then, it's not the middle of the night for them and have to wait until morning. The guys at RSS are consistently fast at coming back to me once I've raised a support query and their level of service is really professional yet friendly. You feel like you are being engaged with and they seem to really value any comments or suggestions. Finally, the other thing that I have noticed is that they are continuing to update the system and make improvements which I like because they obviously are listening to what people want and acting on it. Today, I noticed there is a facility to open up a map next to the candidate's postcode which is a really handy feature. One more thing, I like the fact you can pay on a monthly basis as being a start up, this suits my budget right now. As you can tell, a happy customer! :-)
Recruit So Simple is such a breath of fresh air. It's beautifully designed, quick to use and it just makes sense! Half of our office uses Macs, and the other half uses Windows and it's so nice to have a product that just works on everything. When I'm on the train I can access everything on my phone as well. The support is also pretty impressive, especially when you get a reply within 2 minutes of asking your question. I get the impression that they really do care about their customers. I certainly won't be going anywhere.
After reviewing a number of recruitment systems, we trialed Recruit So Simple and were immediately impressed by the system. It's light, simple, fast, and very good value. It has all the "essential" features of a modern recruitment software, as email integration, candidate shortlists, CV parsing, etc.. The customer support is also top-notch. It's very positive to see how they keep improving the product, taking the account the customer feedback. We are very satisfied and will continue using it. I hope our competitors don't find out about Recruit So Simple :)
I signed up after trialling the product for a week and was amazed at how simple everything was. They certainly picked a good name for the product! I've found that the software can do an awful lot, but the way in which it's presented makes all the difference. I was all setup and emailing candidates within minutes. I’ve found their technical support to be very good and they are always updating the product with customer suggestions. Such a breath of fresh air from my previous software which shall remain anonymous :-)
Getting started was easy and the few questions I did have were answered quickly and professionally. I spent some time shopping around before deciding to go with Recruit So Simple but it was the unbeatable value for money that was the decider. You sometimes worry that there must be a catch but I'm glad to say that the product and level of service more than met my expectations.
I chose Recruit So Simple because the system is very quick and simple to use. Since signing up there have also been an incredible number of new and useful features which have further increased it's usability and my return on investment. There are so many recruitment systems to try out there but it's obvious from having looked around that there are none as well supported as Recruit So Simple. Thumbs up guys!
David and Andrew have been a great support in helping us move over to Recruit so Simple. The transition has been relatively seamless given the amount of information to transfer.
The system is quick, easy to use and good value for money. David and Andrew are constantly listening to idea’s from people and quickly making amendments/additions to the system to make it better, and at no extra cost which is refreshing!
I really can not fault it, excellent recruitment software if you are after something that is easily accessed remotely and you don’t want to worry about taking backups every night.
We have recently moved from a server based system to Recruit So Simple. The transfer of 7 years worth of information from our old system was easy and seamless. Both David and Andrew have been a pleasure to deal with and are quick to answer any issues. The system is still evolving and they will do what they can to incorporate any changes that are requested. I would definitely recommend this to anybody that is looking for an easy to use and cost effective recruitment software package.
This system was recommended to me by several people in recruitment who use it. They were not wrong about it. It's already a good product; feature rich, intuitive and not overly complicated. However, where it really excels is at how open the guys are to implementing requested changes to the system. They are eager to make it market leading and it's definitely going down that route. Too many systems have too many unusable and/or complex features which never gets used. RSS has just the right amount and is perfect for Consultants who need access to their system whenever and wherever they are. David and Andrew in particular are also incredibly helpful and friendly and made the transition from my old system to theirs, very easy.
After getting fed up with our current recruitment software we started to look around at alternatives. In the end it came down to a choice between Recruit So Simple and a few others which were less than impressive. Needless to say we chose Recruit So Simple. Really easy to use product, great support (can't stress that enough) and it's not ridiculously expensive either.They also fully support Broadbean, so when a candidate applies for a job across any of the various job sites, we can download them straight into the system automatically. One very happy customer.
