Great accessible range designer sunglasses
This company offer a great range of designer sunglasses by many brands . Searching for a pair of Ray Bans led me to find a huge selection of styles and colors and similar sunglasses by other labels that were still a great price and all high quality. I felt I had much more choice to make an informed decision when making my order. For anyone looking for a design in particular or specialist sunglasses, this website is one of the best - even if just for a browse through their selection of products. The website is incredibly easy to use, the customer service team are extremely helpful and there is plenty of information on the site to help you choose and order. My pair arrived promptly and in excellent condition so I will definitely use this site again for buying a gift or even another pair of glasses for the summer

No sunglasses
I've been emailed by Red Hot Sunglasses and asked to give them a review on this website and unfortunately due to the fact I have yet to recieve my sunglasses it isn't very good. I ordered a pair of Lacoste sunglasses with next day delivery and despite Red Hot Sunglasses taking the liberty to deducted the money from my bank account the tracking service continues to say, waiting to be dispatched.
I wouldn't be as bothered about the wait if they had taken the time to inform me that the glasses would be arriving late but even when I've tried to contact them through their message service, I have failed to get a reply.
I would advise anyone intending to buy sunglasses from this website not to if they would actually like to recieve any sunglasses.

fantastic choice. excellent customer service.
Nice to see a company offering sunglasses from brands other than the big names like Ray-Ban and Oakley. I had never heard of Shwood sunglasses until I found this site. After a bit of research, I ordered a pair and was not disappointed. What's more, they arrived the day after I placed the order. Fantastic service. Will definitely recommend to friends and use again.

Bad experience
When I did order there is nothing mentioned about out of stock of that product in site but they took my money from the card and told me after I ring them that out of stock which they informed me until next week. After I rang next week they mentioned that got the different stock and advised me to take different ones ....I just took my money back!! Very bad experience

I feel extremely dissatisfied and cheated
I ordered the jimmy choo (Margy/S D28 59) sunglasses over a week ago and ordered for next day delivery. A day after my order was placed they sent me an email stating that stock levels were low but would deliver them when available. I am so angry and frustrated as they should have clearly stated on their website if any item is 'out of stock'. I feel they have mislead me into purchasing a product that is currently unavailable. Problem is I am going on holiday this Friday, and do not have the sunglasses. I did email them, but have not recieved any reply. I am so distressed as ive paid in full (they have confirmed my payment has been recieved) If I dont recieve the sunglasses by this thursday I will cancel my order, ask for a full refund and never use this website again, which is such a shame as I was going to make several purchases had I received the sunglasses.

Disappointed
I put myself on a list once stocks returned for a specific model Ray Ban! I am over the moon once it arrived quite quickly! I got an email & immediately took the link to order. My order was accepted. Then payment confirmed. I got an email thereafter on the same day that it was not in stock! Payment is still taken out of my Paypal! I am disappointed. It's this companies system that is not working & it is unfair to block our money as a result!

Ordered on Friday PAIDfor Saturday delivery, however nothing
Ordered my Ray Bans on Friday afternoon just before the cut off for Saturday delivery. I paid £5.00 for the Saturday delivery and waited in all day for no delivery, this is totally unacceptable and will be ringing first thing Monday morning to get a refund on this £5.00. If not and I do not get my glasses tomorrow (Monday) I will be getting in touch with trading standards.

In my opinion Ray Bans are the best sunglasses on the market and with their modern take on the classic Wayfarers they have kept ahead of the game.

Delivery service ok, customer service very poor
I bought some sunglasses on the website, I had a few questions but the customer service is appaling, its hit or miss wether they will reply to you or not.
Also I asked if it would be possible to return items in person to Newcastle, but they said that they dont keep stock there and it goes to a warehouse, upon checking the full return address on google maps, it doesnt really look like a warehouse.

With regards to returning the product in person, with it being an online only business and we do not have a shop, it is company policy not to make any transactions at our head office. All returns come back to our head office for the returns department to check and then they are transferred to our warehouse.

Very impressed with the clarity of your webpage, clear photos that enabled me to check and compare the sunglasses and narrow down my choices. One thought - would have been helpful if I was able to select 'favourites' as I went through so that I could then more easily review and compare those before narrowing down to my final choice.
Your prices were competitive and the service, communication excellent. Deliver was also excellent. I went for the next day deliver and got a message informing me that the driver would be there between 10.41 and 11.41. He arrived at 10.42!

Ignore next day delivery
Disappointed that having ordered sunglasses for next day delivery as advertised goods not in stock and delivery 3 to seven working days. Only ordered them as I wanted them quickly for my holiday and will now not get them. False promises of having them in stock and next day delivery.

Excellent service.... Would use again.
This is my first time shopping with redhotsunglasses. I ordered before the May bank holiday so my order took longer than advertised. To be fair, I didn't expect my order to be processed until the next working day anyway. My glasses came by courier between the time slot given in an email.
So my Ralph Lauren sunglasses arrived and are an excellent fit and exactly as described.

Great products, great website and fantastic service
Initially ordered Rayban Wayfarer's off Amazon page and after getting a 10% discount card, I ordered a pair of Hugo Boss Black sunglasses. I loved the way the website shows everything, and the fact that you get free next day delivery is an added bonus. I'll definitely be shopping from Red Hot Sunglasses again!
I am still waiting!
It's been two weeks now and still no sign of my sunglasses. I have also sent an enquiry by email asking for an update and I have not even received a reply. Not a good service I'm afraid.

Absolutely brilliant.
Order my glasses on Saturday and received on Wednesday due to the bank holiday, so very fast delivery.
The glasses are also fantastic and even better a a brilliant price!

'In Stock' sunglasses not delivered in time as out of stock!
Ordered a pair of Ray Bans on the Thursday for my daughter's birthday on the Sunday and paid extra for Saturday delivery to ensure they arrived. They didn't. Order now states 'awaiting stock' despite the fact you can STILL order them as their site still states 'in stock for next day delivery'. Total rubbish. Thank you for letting me down, Redhotsunglasses, I won't be using you again. Awful. Emailed them and as yet have had no reply.

in stock or not in stock, that is the question.
Basically, I ordered a pair of sunglasses that were 'in stock' for next day delivery. It says that they expect to deliver on 3rd may. I then get an email thanking me for my order and saying I've ordered with next day delivery. About 2 hours later I get another email saying that the sunglasses will be with me within the next 3-7 working days. I email back asking why and they said they were out of stock and they were awaiting another shipment. Its ridiculous.
