Posted my advert on a weekend, Rentify called me Monday to confirm the advert. By the following weekend I had a full day of viewings lined up and had someone sign for the property by the end of the weekend.
I was really pleased by the way the staff collated all the enquiries into one email, with contact details and a bit of info (eg pets etc) so I could contact the prospective viewers all individually.
My only gripe is that you can't upload photos or advert text initially, Rentify have to contact you first, but I suppose that is to confirm if you are a genuine landlord.
Steady flow of potential viewings, no pressure to subscribe to paid services but its all there if you need it. Knowledgeable staff. It could be the future for private landlords. Well done Rentify- would have been 5 stars but we found a tenant through other means
Odd that an online advert only uploads pictures via a Rentify technician and slightly confusing that you call yourself "agent" that imples letting agent in my ad when you are a "forwarding agent " (of enquiries) and odd that you take out my phone number and direct all enquiries via yourselves. Good that you display on associated sites. In this instance I did not need but one of yoru supplementary servoces and that was simple to organise, speedy and efficient.
hi before renters were able to call me directly which was much easier. - an email with contacts is difficult to administer Telephone calls mean no time delay. I have taken the property off the market now and given it to an estate agent
A real willingness to do the job well -- not least so as to meet 'highest standards' and fulfil individual requirements. Unfortunately, the Rentify system -- not least in order to be 'cost efficient' -- is designed so that technology is expected to do a lot of the work, and its limitations (automated proforma, with very limited options and some key ones missing) became all too apparant, too repeatedly and too late, being imposed on both me and the really rather brilliant people who were wanting and trying to help, at Rentify Customer Service. So I sent my feedback in the spirit of "wanting to help Rentify so that they could help me". And I really was very impressed that a senior manager emailed back within 24 hours, offering a personal acknowledgement, informed perspective and credible reassurance that Rentify was action my suggestions fully intending to do better in the future -- 'surprised', albeit that such personalised and pro-active service was in fact consistent with the very good Customer Service I'd received over the preceding weeks of my ad 'not working'. So good luck Rentify. The market needs you. And you may not be quite there yet in terms of being able to serve the higher-end of the London market, but it's really not for any lack of enthusiasm, patience and professionalism (and personality, thank goodness!) on the part of the people answering all those 'email@example.com' emails. Thank you Rentify -- you did/gave your best for now. Now I must get on and try and let my flat some other way!
Very pleased with Rentify and the services they provide to landlords. Easy to understand their terms, quick to load up property details and the cheapest tenant referencing costs on the market. Would recommend them to other landlords.
This was my first rental property and I was a little nervous about the whole letting process. A friend who is more experienced recommended Rentify which turned out to be the best piece of advice I have had for a long time. They very soon had a list of suitable potential tenants viewing and I ended up with a choice. I now have great tenants and am keen to start looking for my next property. I will definitely use Rentify again.
I'm currently letting my flat through Rentify and having never done it before was anxious of the legalities and the processes involved. Rentify make it so easy, especially as I don't live in London. They cover everything from finding tenants, reference and credit checking, marketing and viewings, legalities etc.
It gives me peace of mind knowing that I have a professional company dealing with it.
The website and customer service support are great and easy to use. The additional services to landlords are also really good value. However, preferred when landlords could update property descriptions and photos directly.
I have found the service extremely professional, efficient and helpful. I'm a first time landlord and was a little unsure of how to go about renting my property and finding the right tenants. The staff were friendly and provided useful advice. I would certainly use their service again.
I backed them as I bought into their philosophy. However, after a very prompt initial contact, communication has been painful, invisible and completely driven by me. I have had to chase getting everything done. The only time I get a response is when I get cross.
My house hasn't rented in nearly a month, despite a price drop and I'm taking it to the high street as I just don't think tenants are ready for this.
been a very helpful company from start to finish. been 100% contact and updates. and even though i ended up finding a tenant elsewhere i have used them to run the Credit Checks, produce my tenancy agreement and organise my deposit scheme. would highly recommend and will use again in the future.
