Return transfer didn't turn up. Customer service good, shame about suppliers
Return transfer in Mallorca didn't turn up but after persistent emails to resorthoppa customer services we were given a refund for the taxi fare we had to pay for to get to the airport on time. Not sure what the story would be if we had missed our flight. I think it's important people realise Resorthoppa are an agency for transfer companies so its not entirely their fault if a company is bad, they obviously do need to scrap some in Mallorca altogether if they don't sort things out though.
We followed the procedure of confirming our pickup times etc. Everything was confirmed, we had the pickup time of 12.25. Well 12.25 came and went. Got to 1.15 and we started panicking, tried to call the "emergency contact number" over 20 times and it just had an announcement in Spanish on the other end. We got a Spanish speaker to help us and we found out the so called emergency number was just a mobile phone turned off. It was like this all day. We tried every other number that funnily enough stopped working, even though it was fine the day before when we used it to confirm our pickup times. It was like the transfer supplier had decided to just take a day off and turn off all their phones.
Customer service has been good since we sent in a complaint, shame that the transfer company in Mallorca is unreliable and the actual service wasn't provided.
