We have just returned from Mexico. Sadly we waited for 45 mins at Cancun for our private transfer to our hotel. Driver was very polite and extremely apologetic but there was clearly total chaos at the airport and after a 10hr flight with 2 kids I really didn't need to be kept hanging around!! Same on return but only 20 mins late- due to traffic, but no phone call explaining the lateness.
I have spent several hours trying to get picked up from different apartment where we have to transfer after one week in original one. There is no facility for changing address for return journey, neither is there a facility for booking two single trips, one to resort and one back to airport. This is a distinct disadvantage. Also the promised 15 percent reduction for Easter using set code did not work, very disappointed.
THIS COMPANY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. THEIR INSTRUCTIONS WERE CLEAR AND CONCISE AND THEY WERE ON TIME EACH WAY OF THE TRANSFER. THEIR DRIVERS WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY. THE ONLY REAL THING THAT COULD BE CLEARER WAS THAT I COULDN'T ACCESS A PICK UP TIME ONLINE AND HAD TO RING, BUT THEY GAVE ME A TIME STRAIGHT AWAY SO WOULD DEFINATELY USE THEM AGAIN!!
The booking on line was easy. the company in Malta were helpful but totally disorganised. The transport had the wrong name and hotel. After the company sorted this they made the same mistake on the way home despite having reconfirmed the travel arrangements.
The conditions say that the wait for a bus will never be greater than 45 minutes. Well, it has been over an hour and the bus shows no signs of moving. The company has a list of passengers and they wait for them without regard to waiting time of the rest. Some people have been here for 2 hours. Imcredibly poor service. There are many other companies that you can choose. Don't pick this one.
I'd never heard of Resorthoppa until a friend mentioned it to me recently. We were both going to Gran Canaria and I assumed this company was only operating on that island. When I went to book this trip I was really surprised to see they cover many other parts of Europe, and I could now solve the transport problems for all the other holidays I have booked later this year. The cost of the return trip for both me and my partner was very good value for money. The information they sent me by email was very explicit and I knew exactly where to find them in the airport. Getting on the bus was no hassle at all and the driver was really friendly. The route to the hotel was a bit lengthy but we both looked on it as a sight-seeing tour. I downloaded the app on my mobile phone and getting my return collection time was very simple. The return bus was on time and got us to the airport comfortably. I won't hesitate to use Resorthoppa again.
Was brilliant going out but on way back our bus driver turned up late. Also on top of that we had paid for a speedy shuttle which is a maximum of 4 pickups and the driver stopped at 6. On top of this he then decided to take a break round the corner from the airport and we all had to sit there for 10 minutes although not one customer wanted a break and due to the lateness/extra stops we were all sorting about catching our flight.
Always use Resort Hoppa as never had a cause for complaint in the past, until recently. We were asked to share our private return transfer in our resort but were not compensated or given a refund. I have since complained and Resort Hoppa are investigating the issue with the local transfer company used. The correspondence has been professional and courteous and I am hoping the outcome will be favourable!
We travel twice year to Fuerteventura, and have used resort hoppa for about five years. we always use Resort Hoppa as they are trustworthy, easy to find in the arrivals hall, quick and very efficient at directing us to our coach/bus, when we join the bus we are not waiting long before pulling out from the airport and onto our destination, which normally takes around 40 to 45 minutes. The drivers are very knowledgable, as Correlejo is all one way, and they are very patient and happy. The pick up is just as reliable and promtpt, and we are whisked back to the airport for our flight home. All in all, we would not use any other company except for Resort Hoppa. Keep up the good work!!
We travelled to Faro airport and When we arrived and found the desk the joining instructions for our transport were less than clear, the buses were not clearly marked and we saw aa number of other passengers milling around looking a little lost and of course the drivers only knew where they were going and not where the other buses were going so could not help us or others. The driver however was very helpful and very courteous on both journeys. We have used Resort Hoppa a number of times and this is not unusual, they need to think more clearly how to direct passengers to the designated transport.
I nearly always use Resorthoppa on my regular visits to Tavira from Faro airport. My last trip was on 17 March and returned to airport on 1 April. As always, the drivers were polite and helpful. My hotel was in a narrow street which was impossible for the minibus to access but the driver managed to find me and deliver me to the airport. Although the pick up times were punctual both ways, on the return to the airport, which was in the morning rush hour, we were stuck in traffic jams for ages and I worried that I would arrive after check in had closed.
We have used Resorthoppa numerous times. We would agree about the wait at times when arriving when waiting for passengers from other flights but we had one occasion we had a long delay and there was no problem with them providing the transfer for us. We have always found the drivers polite and helpful and the pick up from the resort has always been on time. We did have one occasion where we were 1 pick up of 3 at the same location and we were all given different times which was a bit confusing.

We kwamen aan in de luchthaven en moesten nog 20 minuten wachten, daarna ging de chauffeur nog naar een andere terminal om andere mensen op te halen. nog 10 minuten wachten. op onze voucher stond min 4/max 4 personen en we waren met 4. Toch gingen ze nog andere mensen ophalen. Voor de terugkeer is het een ramp. je dient vrijdag ten laatste te bevestigen voor zondag. Onmogelijk om de diensten te bereiken. een bandje , wachten en nog eens wachten. Gelukkig hebben de hotelbedienden veel geduld gehad om ze te kunnen bereiken. Het uur voor ophaling was ook veel te vroeg. We wilden 1 uur later afspreken, maar dit werd niet toegestaan. We zijn dan maar met een andere taxi naar de luchthaven gegaan en het was eigenlijk bijna geen prijsverschil! nooit meer
