We booked through Resorthoppa for transfers from Dalaman airport to Hissaronou. The transfer to our resort was fine and trouble free it was our return transfer where we had problems.
As the company asked I rang to the day before our departure to check pick up times. We were told 17.45 and so were stood by the reception and only entrance to our complex at 17.30. At 1800 our transport hadn't arrived so after ringing the emergency number and being told to ring another number I managed to get through to someone. The chap apologised for their error, spoke to the receptionist and then promised someone would be with us in less than 20 minutes. We continued to wait but at 18.30 still no transport. As we were now seriously at risk of missing our flight we were left with no alternative but to book a local cab to take us to the airport costing us £60. We got to the airport 5 minutes before check in closed.
I emailed Resorthoppa on our return but despite our certainty that no transport arrived( there is only one narrow road to our complex and no transfer bus came down that between 17.30 and 18.45) Resorthoppa say the company that they use for transfers said we were a 'no show' and can't do anything about it leaving us £60 + what we paid Resorthoppa out of pocket. It's the first time we have used this company but I would never book with them again and will tell everyone I know not to. BEWARE!

Having used other transfer services in Sharm which were horrendous( long waits at the airport, being hassled for visas) i was aprehensive the whole flight, i shouldnt have been as when we got through baggage claim there was a very nice gentleman waiting with a board with our names who promptly took us straight to our waiting coach, from landing to resort the whole serice took an hour and a half. Amazing, i would highly recommend.
I was a bit anxious as I had read other peoples comments but I recently went on my first ever holiday with my Fiancee to Ibiza, we stayed in San Antonio Bay, we found the transfer company really lovely and we were by our coach within about 5 minutes, didn't realise how close we were to the airport we were only about 25 minutes away! Driver was friendly and although he did not speak much English he still managed to communicate with us and even helped us with our luggage. We had bought the speedy transfer, the way back was just as quick and they faxed our hotel with our pick up time.
I would definitely use Resorthoppa again and recommend.
We used Resort Hoppa when we arrived at Malga Airport recently, we had booked shuttle transfer for 20 people and had our receipt confirming this. When we arrived at the desk we were told that their was a shuttle for just 18 people it took a while but the incident was resolved and two buses took us to our hotel. Two days prior to our return we rang the supplier to confirm our return and also to confirm their was 20 people returning, on the day of our departure only one bus arrived again, we presented our receipt to the driver and he shrugged his shoulders and said 19 people only. We had no other option to order another taxi even though we had paid for 20 people and at that stage we were running late for our flight. I would not recommend this company to anybody
i have used them 3 times now - they have always been on time and drivers very polite - i used their speedy shuttle - i was at my hotel in pollensa within 55 minutes of leaving palma airport - and it only cost £35 for each of us. no problems at all
On arrival in Palma easy to find desk. As described and put onto coach. Only 20 min or so wait before we set off to be dropped at hotel.
On way back coach did not turn up in the time frame quoted. It was about 30mins late which did start the worrying as we did not want to miss flight - but realise it is all dependant on the supplier at resort end.
I just hope that resorthoppa have checks in place to monitor services.
Would use again, but would be worried about reliability of a supplier not used before
Please don't use these people. Despite having booked and paid online they left me at Dalaman Airport - there was nobody to meet me, the desk was empty and I waited over an hour! A few days later and they haven't contacted me to apologise or offer a refund. They are absolutely disgraceful and you'd be better walking... at least that would be free.
We have used resorthoppa for a few years ,,before them we always got a taxi ,,,so when we heard about resort hoppa we were delighted my family have an apartment in spain and we are very regular users of the hoppa ,and never had any complaints ,but what has gone wrong this year ,everyone of our friends and family have not been happy with it ,the time waiting for other planes to land to fill the hoppa ,i can not understand why if you do not have enough people dont you use smaller buses/coaches , surely this would be more visable ,,,please remember when ,you have travelled for hours and your hot ,tired, you just want to get to your destination ,and not be hanging or sitting around waiting for another plane to land to fill the coach ,,,you will loose custom ,people are complaining already
Bokade delad transfer Antalys - Side.
Hubby and i have used this service twice from Antalya, Turkey to Alanya. We booked an express shuttle for what would normally be a 2 hour 10 min journey by bus. On arrival we waited half an hour but that wasnt a problem as we thought they were waiting to pick others up from our flight but it dawned on us after one and half hours of waiting at terminal one, then terminal 2 then again at terminal 1 that they were also picking up passengers off other airplanes. Complaining didnt get us anywhere , no one really cared! The first time we used this service we thoughtit was bad but we also thought the situation was a one off and we used them again. Never, never will i use them or recommend them. From airport to hotel for a 2.10 hour journey on an express shuttle took almost 5 hours! Would you be happy? 4 young men on our bus had hired a private transfere , no apology no explanation and a 5 hour journey!!!!
I will also mention that i have had a holiday home in Alanya for 15 years and used transfer companies many times but this one is the worst!
Our transfer was with A2B
always book resort hopper and as always did not let us down , had taxi from antalya airport to antalya old town man really chatty, also on return turned up in plenty of time and was chatting in very good english have booked lots of times with resort hopper will do again jill may 2013
We booked resort hopper for our transfer through lowcost holidays, wouldn't recommend them, we went to Crete in June, we waited on the bus 1 hour before it left , then the driver took us to the wrong hotel in the opposite direction, they then had to send a taxi to collect us and take us to the correct hotel, all in all from landing at Heraklion at 9 pm it took 5 hours to get to Hersonnisos !
We booked a private transfer expecting a taxi, we had a comfortable mini bus for three of us to the resort and a whole mini bus on our return. The drivers were helpful and courteous. Transfers both ways were right on time. I would use them again.
Return transfer in Mallorca didn't turn up but after persistent emails to resorthoppa customer services we were given a refund for the taxi fare we had to pay for to get to the airport on time. Not sure what the story would be if we had missed our flight. I think it's important people realise Resorthoppa are an agency for transfer companies so its not entirely their fault if a company is bad, they obviously do need to scrap some in Mallorca altogether if they don't sort things out though.
We followed the procedure of confirming our pickup times etc. Everything was confirmed, we had the pickup time of 12.25. Well 12.25 came and went. Got to 1.15 and we started panicking, tried to call the "emergency contact number" over 20 times and it just had an announcement in Spanish on the other end. We got a Spanish speaker to help us and we found out the so called emergency number was just a mobile phone turned off. It was like this all day. We tried every other number that funnily enough stopped working, even though it was fine the day before when we used it to confirm our pickup times. It was like the transfer supplier had decided to just take a day off and turn off all their phones.
Customer service has been good since we sent in a complaint, shame that the transfer company in Mallorca is unreliable and the actual service wasn't provided.
this is not the first time we have used resort hopper and it wont be the last, the service just gets better. we arrived in Majorca on a late flight, and were tired and just wanted to reach the hotel, they were waiting for us, looked at the paper work we were then taken to a very comfortable mini bus, and with half hour, we were dropped off at our hotel, excellent service.
I was told about resorthoppa.com, after checking in at there info desk the coach was waiting outside we had to wait while the driver checked the paperwork and load the cases, but we have had that before with the tour operator coach, We saved money using resorthoppa.com the coach was new & clean so will always use them in future

We arranged transfers to and from Bodrum Airport. There were 8 of us in the party.
The Transfer to the hotel was ok but the return to Bodrum was a nightmare.
We went onto the website 24hrs before the pickup as advised on there paperwork to see our pick up time.Nothing was shown , we waited until 17 hours before our flight left, still nothing , contacted them by phone and was told pick up time was 22.30 , which was fine although it didn't leave a lot of room for error. 22.30 arrived and passed as we watched the Thomas Cook and Thomson's bookings leave for the airport .
23.00 we were staring to feel uneasy , the bus eventually arrived at 23.35 as the panic was starting to set in . The driver spoke no English and had to communicate through the reception staff . We left thinking that we should just make it, the driver set off and drove about 5 yards and decided to speak on the phone for 10 minutes. Drove a further 5 minutes and then another bus pulled up beside us and they swapped drivers for some reason , we drove around Gumbet for a further 15 minutes picking up another one person , the bus was now completely full and the other passengers on the same flight as us were really in a state . We arrived just minutes before the gates were due to close after a mad dash at speeds of up to 117km per hour . So in short ...Never ever again with Resorthoppa
We booked a return private transfer from Sharm el Sheik airport to our hotel. On arrival, despite paying for a private transfer we were hurded together with other travellers until all expected clients were assembled. This was not what we expected & were not happy. We did get to the hotel in a private car & the driver was fine.
Our return journey was confirmed with us 48 hrs before the departure date. After waiting 10 mins past the time they should have collected us the concierge tried calling the local number stated on the booking details. After 20 mins they finally answered the phone & it was clear they had forgotten us. As we were very late the concierge arranged a car to take us to the airport.
On checking with the hotel car service we found that it would have been cheaper to book direct with them. We will definately not be using Resorthoppa again.
We have requested a refund for the return journey that we paid for but didn't get-we'll see!!!
First experience of using. Arranged pick up from Heraklion airport Crete. I normally hire a car or take a taxi. An hour and a half later I'm still waiting to depart the airport. We appeared to have to wait for a couple of planes to arrive. I could have been at my destination twice over at that point. The journey itself involved a long convoluted route way off the main roads to drop other passengers and so over 3 hours after I first got on the bus I arrived at my destination. I should add I did have the speedy/no more than 4 drops or something like that arrangement. However, if you have to go meandering off the main for 10 miles and back 10 miles to the exact same point on the main road, it makes for a long long journey . If I had driven it would have taken me about 50 mins max. Because I only go for about 5 days at a time I would not use them upon arrival again - way too much time wasted. Return journey was better though they were running late so initial journey was by taxi to meet the bus and we continued on our way with just a stop or two along the way.
booked a transfer from Dalaman to Oranihye with resort hoppa who sent us confirmation for Sarpendon Travel. on arrival late at night the local Campania said they didn't do transfers to our destination and blamed resorthoppa. Eventually we were transferred but by the time we arrived the hotel was locked up and we ended up sleeping on benches. Tried contacting resorthoppa the next morning by email, 9 days later soon no response, currently considering small claims court action.
Arrived at Palma Airport - found the desk and within 10 minutes we and another couple were on our way to the hotel. The journey was about 1 hour which we knew about. We had no delays. The day before we were due to go home again i telephoned resorthoppa and they told us the pick up time for our hotel . They were on time and the driver informed us that we would have to swop cars at about 2 kms as he had been working all night and needed sleep (which was fair enough). We waited about 5 mins for the connecting car and away we went to palma airport. I must say we had no problems whatsoever.
Booked online and the confirmation email didn't come through. Took over a week for someone to sort out the day before departure! Arrival at Dalaman was ok, there were only 6 of us travelling seeing as it was out if season in April. Did the usual stop off at some tacky transport cafe for a 'comfort break'. Got into the resort and the driver who spoke very little English asked us where are accommodation was! Luckily we had been there before and we ended up giving him directions.
Confirming the pick up online was useless, the time was not posted in the timescales advised. Tried emailing, but got no reply. Eventually time was posted earlier the same day. Waited and waited, phoned the emergency number, only to be asked for directions! Then they said it would be half an hour. The driver had clearly not left yet. When we were eventually picked up an hour late, we were shuttled to Marmaris where the driver drive around several back streets looking for another minibus, where we had to get off ours and change to the other. We were greeted by a bus load of unhappy passengers who had also been waiting an hour to be picked up. The driver then asked us what time our flight was! He should have known this! When he realised how late it was, he thankfully put his foot down and drive directly to the airport without stopping at the tacky transport cafe!
I suppose you get what you pay for, but next time we'll be giving this company a miss!
Girona to Costa Brava (Santa Susanna) took 2 hours and 20 minutes......no joke!!
The first Spaniard we spoke to was the coach driver, who was moody, grumpy and rude, not a good first impression.
We got on the coach (yes a coach) at 9.45 p.m. and sat there until 10.25....grrrrrr this is my holiday time, thank-you Mr Coach Driver for telling me to go and have a smoke, but I don't smoke I just want to get going thank-you!!
The return journey was 1 hour 10 minutes, hence my rating of 2 stars but I really didn't appreciate the journey into my resort and being told it would take about 40 minutes when it clearly didn't.............
I booked a transfer from Disneyland Paris to CDG for a group including 2 small children, after checking Resorthoppa on a review site on which the pages I looked at had only one bad review (not for Paris). Resorthoppa arranged the transfer with Autocar Majesty. When booking I provided the flight time, but the confirmation email/voucher gave this as the pickup time from the resort. I emailed Resorthoppa to query this and to request 2 child seats. The reply simply said Resorthoppa assured me we would be picked up in time to catch our flight, but did not give a pickup time. It also said that only one child seat could be provided. I emailed to query this and received an acknowledgement saying Resorthoppa would reply within 72 hours. They did not reply.
I phoned Resorthoppa a week before the transfer was needed and was told they would contact Autocar Majesty to get a pickup time and confirm car seats would be provided, and would let me know the result. Resorthoppa sent me an email confirming this promise, but did not come back to me.
The voucher strongly emphasises the need to contact Autocar Majesty at least 24 hours to reconfirm the pickup time and gives two numbers, one for reconfirmation and the other for emergency contact. Resorthoppa also gives a number at its own office to confirm pickup time and says that the pickup time can be obtained via its website. This is all baloney.
Two days before our return I phoned Autocar Majesty’s reconfirmation number 15 (FIFTEEN) times during the stated hours – each time I got a recorded message saying (in English) that the reconfirmation line was not available “for the moment”. This was followed by a French voice telling me the line did not allow messages to be left.
I called the emergency contact number twice – this also took me to a recorded message telling me to call back later.
I phoned Resorthoppa 8 times before I got a reply. The member of staff said she would email Autocar Majesty and come back to me. I said I needed an answer that day and asked what she would do if they didn’t reply. She then said she’d make sure she got through and would borrow someone’s mobile if necessary. Before I was able to ask what she meant, she said that Autocar Majesty “sometimes don’t answer our calls”, but that they could always pick up a mobile. If their own provider ignores phone calls from them, why on earth are they still using them?
Resorthoppa did not call me back.
The day before the flight (less than 24 hours before we needed to be picked up), I phoned the Resorthoppa number on which it is supposed to be possible to find out a pickup time. This gave out a recorded message saying that pickup times could only be provided in resort and that I should follow the instructions on the voucher!
I logged onto Resorthoppa’s website and entered details to get the pickup time. This was shown as “N/A”.
I called Autocar Majesty’s reconfirmation number 7 times and its emergency number twice. I got the same messages as the day before.
I phoned Resorthoppa and spoke to a member of staff who actually tried to resolve the problem. She phoned Autocar Majesty (supposedly on the emergency number) and, miraculously, got a reply within a couple of minutes. They had said they would pick us up two hours before our flight time (not check-in). I had to say this was too late, so she contacted them again. This time they offered an acceptable time.
You can probably appreciate that by now I had grave doubts about Autocar Majesty turning up, so I had to draw out additional Euros in case I had to us another way of reaching the airport.
In the end the vehicle turned up, only 5 minutes late and got us to the airport in time. THERE WERE NO CHILD SEATS THOUGH! The driver was very smart and polite and drove smoothly and safely. It’s such a shame he was let down by poor management and rubbish communication.
Sorting this out has cost me more than £8 in phone calls and the cost of withdrawing cash I didn’t need, not to mention the stress and inconvenience. A day and a half of our visit were overshadowed by this.
Having looked at other review sites it is clear that Resorthoppa/Autocar Majesty have a very poor reputation in relation to transfers to/from Disney, with numerous complaints about unanswered phone calls and failure to provide child seats.
I will never use Resorthoppa again and will certainly read much further through review sites before booking this type of service.
On collecting our baggage at Heraklion Airport we easily found the resort hoppa desk. We were then guided to our coach which we shared with one other couple. Driver was friendly and helpful and got us to resort in good time. On returning we had to call a couple of times in order to get pick up time as schedule was not completed but coach arrived bang on time and once again we shared a whole coach with a different couple on the way back to the airport. The driver dropped us off at the right terminal and we were off, bang on time.
We booked resort hoopa airport transfer for our holiday in Turkey. They were the transfer choice for Lowcostholidays.com and I didn't know it was with them until I had booked it. When we arrived at the airport and had collected our luggage we had to wait 45 minutes out on the Tarmac with 3 drivers and about 20 other travellers, none of the drivers spoke english or seemed to be organised. Once we had our allocated driver we were instructed to the mini bus where we ended up waiting a further 20 minutes for another customer who I presume had a later flight. The driver did not tell us this and he did not switch on the air conditioning.
When we finally got going in "laid back Larry's" mini bus we proceeded to cruise down the high way at about 40 miles an hour, after about an hour when I finally thought we were near the resort (we had been to same resort last near so aware of average driving time) we pulled over at a roadside shop for him to have a tea and smoke! Again no explanation in any language was given. Finally another hour of travelling and 4drops later we made it to our hotel, needless to say we did not tip him which he didn't seem overly happy about.
On the second to last day we did as instructed and went online to find out what time out pick was and all it says is Pick up time N/A (it still says this now and we are at the airport!) we tried to call the number given on our paperwork, eventually getting through to someone, who quickly transferred us to a number that rang out for 5 minutes and then someone cut us off! We have spoke to the hotel to make sure the times aren't printed anywhere but they couldn't help us either. We gave up and ended up paying £60 for a taxi back to the airport!! Please do not use them!!
We booked a trip to Majorca and had our normal luggage plus a bike bag. On their website they state that you have to inform them about sports luggage as this -understandably- needs extra room. During the booking process there was no option to add this therefore I sent them an email straight afterwards informing them about our extra luggage and asking how to pay the extra costs for this. Weirdly there was no contact phone number for them hence the email. I got an automated reply that they would be in contact within 24 hours which they never did. I sent another email a few days later with the same result so we had no other option as to travel and hope for the best.
Upon arrival in Palma we were told by the local agent who does the transfer that he couldn't take us as the bike bag wasn't booked in. Apparently this happens with Resorthoppa all the time and they constantly have to send angry customers away, but due to limited space on the vehicle there was nothing they could do. We had to hire a private taxi then and spent 93 Euros for it!
For the transport back I - again - tried to get in touch with Resorthoppa, without luck. Finally we gave up and booked a shuttle ourselves via our hotel which was only slightly more expensive but everything went well. We will now try to claim back the £22 we spent for Resorthoppa plus the taxi costs, even though I have little hope we will actually manage it.
All I can recommend is NEVER to use Resorthoppa, or definitely not when you have more than your regular luggage.
I visited Gran Canaria last week and for the second time there was no person with any clip board that we could head to.
When using Resort hopper last year I had to phone the office number and eventually a guy turned up, this time after looking (along with other passengers on our flight), a local person told my wife we should be standing outside the terminal because thats where the rep would be and sure enough he was, but with nothing that would associate him as our pick up, everyone was a bit bemused.
The journey to the resort from the airport was first class, very smooth, but on our return the driver went to his last pickup point (max. 4 stops ) and diappeared at an apartment block in Peurto Rico when the customer never showed, the street was sigle carriageway and there were a couple of buses being blocked by our mini- bus, eventually the driver returned (no passengers), funnily enough this happened at exactly the same apartments last year. Our onward journey to the airport was fine.
I think the service when working is very good but these couple events just take the edge of a very good service (especially the Clipboard at the airport)
Finally I intend to use the service if/when I return next year and hope to be giving a 10 to your rating.
I have used this company 3 times as they were cheap but that is the only thing that is good about it. On 1 occasion I booked a transfer which should only take around 25 minutes instead it took 1 hour 30 minutes. On the 2nd occasion I booked a transfer which guaranteed me a maximum of 4 drop offs to destination but I waited 1 hour for my transfer to arrive, the 3rd occasion again I booked the maximum of 4 drop offs but when I got to the arrivals desk no one seemed to know anything about my transfer and again I waited 40 minutes to be then directed to a full coach of people who were all waiting to leave, the driver shouted hallelujah and I was made to feel like it was me that had let everyone down.
On all occasions no one has ever picked up the phone to re-confirm my pickup.
I will not be using this company again.
Arrived at Ibiza airport on time. There were ten people in our party.I had booked Resorthoppa at home on the internet. We went straight outside to find our pick up to our resort. We Found it very easily and it was there waiting for us. It was a very comfortable bus and arrived at our resort in the time it stated.
The day before we were due to go home I asked the reception desk to find out what time we would be getting picked up but they could not get any reply. They tried again a few hours later but still no answer. They tried the next morning at 9am but still no answer. I found my paper work I had printed off at home and noticed an email address
to go to to find out the pick up time. The receptionist was only to willing to let me use her computer to go to the web site to find the times, The website was easy to find and the time was clearly stated but I think it would have been so much quicker if they could have rung the hotel with the pick up time rather than having to use the internet.
The pick up was on time and once again the bus was very comfortable and the driver was very helpful. Would recommend and use this company again.
Everything very smooth. Found desk easily in Faro. Paperwork sorted in a minute and led to minibus with less than 5 min. wait. Picked up within 2 mins of given time for return journey. That was longer but still well in time for desk. Wouldn't hesitate to book with them again after this second time of excellent service.
Just got back from Disney Paris with 2 young kids, we thought we would make things easier for everyone by sorting out a private taxi via Resort Hoppa. No one answers the phone at their office when you want to confirm a return taxi. Both times they were at least 30 minutes late, we nearly missed our flight. They just basically lie to you..!!!

We booked with resorthoppa with reservations as this was the first that we'd booked our family vacation fully from the internet the entire experience , only due to the lack of tangible, tactile to see tickets etc or the thought of having a representative on site with only a piece of paper as proof.
We saved nearly £50 from the operator of the holiday using resorthoppa and got the same service, there was no problem with the return journey, we got the hotel to ring the confirmation hotline and we received a confirmation fax to with the details of the pickup and and driver even confirmed our surnames to confirm with the door to door service.
In a word I was impressed from booking from our front room laptop to receiving the service in the resort was flawless. Many thanks Resorthoppa x our trip was memorable for all the right reasons
Please do not use this company if you are thinking of booking transfers. We went to France and were given two telephone numbers to call, one is the Reconfirmation Number and one is the Resort Office & Emergency Contact Number. We followed the instructioned on the email and tried calling them to confirm our pick up the next day. We tried calling both phone numbers on 4 different occasions throughout the day and each time we were greated with a message saying they were unavailable at present. As a result we were unable to confirm the booking so did not know how or if we would get picked up for the return trip to the airport. We had to make phone calls back to the UK to see if any alternative transport could be found, by calling home to see if other transfers were available and also to Holiday Taxis (unfortunately they were fully booked). I am currently waiting to see how much these calls have cost me. This put an unneccessary stress on the holiday as we did not know how we would get back to the airport or how much this would cost so we had to be really careful about how much money we could spend on food and enjoying ourselves for the rest of the holiday as we now needed to spend this money on getting transport to the airport despite already having prepaid for the transfers before travelling. We were later advised that a nearby train station could take us to the airport. Having no confirmation of our transfers we had no choice but to spend our money on a train journey to get us to the airport. We were unable to phone the day of the flight as well as they only opened at 10am and we needed to be at the airport for the flight which departed at 12:15pm.
So please, please avoid using this company. If you are looking for stress amd spending extra money you shouldnt have to, I couldn't recommend them enough.
Used in Benidorm last October and left at resort because the driver decided to leave early, ending in a 30 euro bill to meet them at the next hotel. Sent in a complaint email to their customer services 3 times without them even bothering to acknowledge me!
Needless to say, we wont be wanting their services again.....!

We found great difficulty in contacting Resorthopper in Sharm el Sheik to confirm our return ( pre-paid) booking. They would not answer their telephone most of the time and did not respond to e-mail. They were supposed to send a confirmation pick-up time to the hotel but this never arrived. On the morning of our departure we did manage to speak and Resorthopper advised that they would pick us up at 14:00hrs.and their paperwork advised to be in the hotel lobby 10 minutes beforehand. We were there some half-hour before. No collection was mad although we waited until just before 15:00 hours. We were so anxious not to miss our flight book-in limits that we took a private taxi ( and of course paid again ).
If a company is unreliable they are not worth using and I would advise against doing so. Make your own arrangements via the net.
Would definitely use these again. As I walked out of arrivals, the driver was waiting. Straight to hotel within 20 minutes. Different driver picked us up at exactly the time the other driver said. Car was a bit dirty on the outside but the all the vehicles in Prague were dirty. Must've been the time if year. On a positive, the car was spotless inside and smelled nice. Worth the extra few quid so you don't end up on a bus for an hour dropping off at loads of hotels. Excellent value for money
