Do yourself a favour and use these. We found it hard to get hold of our stag weekend t-shirts in the style we needed as I suppose there aren't many gay stag weekends(yet).
But with the help of Brendon, who is a real darling, we soon agreed on a graphic which would work well and turn a few heads along the way.
The t-shirts arrived on time and great quality, not the usual itchy rubbish , and are now a souvenir of our weekend.
I ordered a collection of hoodies and t shirts with company logo printed on them. The staff bent over backwards to get them just right and to my high expectations.
And I recieved the order within two days.

i have used this company many times and cant reccomend them highly enough, each time i have used them they have provided a service i would not have expected from this type of company the service i have recieved i would expect if i was buying a cartier watch a rolex or a expensive diamond not buying a jumper.
they really took an interest in why i wanted the item and kept me informed every step of the way by email

I'm a massive 50 shades fan. I ordered T-shirts for me and my friends for a hen do. The hen loved them and we caused quite a stir when we went out in them. I'd highly recommend this website! I had a few queries about sizes and differing designs and Louise was extremely helpful and lovely.
We received our batch of custom aprons yesterday for our university open day. Considering we ordered over 200 items we were surprised to receive them within a few days and the aprons were fantastic! We received regular updates from Louise from customer services who made sure our order was ok, we really appreciated it!
I bought a 'keep calm' tshirt adding my own words onto it. When i received the tshirt it was spelt wrong. I emailed them regarding the fact THEY had spelt it wrong taking a picture of the invoice with it spelt correctly and the tshirt wrong. They emailed me back the next day saying they are very sorry and will send me out a new one immediately. It has now been 2 weeks and i havnt received anything and they are ignoring my emails. Ive had to let my boyfriend down. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. I wish i had read the reviews on this site before purchasing from them now.
The reason for the review is that unlike most online companies who hide behind the internet we actually got a call from one of their staff to answer an email query we made. The lady who called couldn't have been more helpful and deserves this good review. It's refreshing to find a company willing to pick up the phone.
Would not buy from them again. The quality of goods when they arrived were very good. However i ordered goods in plenty of time for Christmas and they arrived only 2 days before Christmas. It took a long time for the goods to be delivered and having tried to contact them on various occassions did not get any response from them. Their customer service was apalling. A phone nuber on the web site or somebody responding to Emails would have made me feel a little happier. You must have been lucky if you got your goods quickly.
still not got my purchase and they have my money. i ordered a xmas present on the 16th of nov plenty time for xmas. its not 18th of jan and still not item. i had to let my friend down. they have no telephone number no email add, you cannot contact them. they are robbers.

I had a problem with a t shirt and had to return it. The live on line help was never available when I needed it and there was no phone number to ring. The company did deal with my replacement promptly but it would have been nice to have had an update on the status of my replacement.
Just received my second order from Retrobay, although this one took a little longer than the first to arrive .
The reason I have given only 4 stars is because I feel a phone number should be listed, sometimes you just need assurance that an order is on its way and would like to speak to a living person!
Apart from that, I am pleased with my items and would order again.
We received our order yesterday of 2 hoodies and 2 t-shirts. The quality was better than we were expecting considering the price we paid. We asked them to change the order after ordering which they did without issue. Good experience and no problems here. Would def order again.
Ordered from this company 3 times over the last year and always been pleased with the service I received. The last delivery took a little longer than usual but I put it down to the time of year. I recommended them to a friend who had been let down by another similar company and she is also really pleased with what she received. Will be ordering again for next summer.
I placed an order a week ago and still have not heard anything, have tried to contact them and heard nothing back, will now raise dispute with Paypal to get my money back, wish i'd come accross this before placing order, extremely frustrated
I was a little concerned after waitig 12 days for my order. Although this is not an excessive length of time I became more concerned afer reading such poor reviews.
I emailed retrobay on14 December and asked them to track my specific order rather than send a generic response. On 15 December I was told my order had been dispatched and I recieved t-shirts today.
Given the christmas post and the number of orders they are dealing with this feels perfectly reasonable.
They responded promptly to my enquiry and I have to admit perhaps I was a little hasty in fearing the worst. I would order from them again
I placed an order on 21st November which I thought would be plenty of time for Christmas.
Nothing turned up after 2 weeks so I emailed them. They replied to my first email and said the order had been dispatched and was probably delayed. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and left it another week. Still nothing arrived so I emailed them again (no contact number available and the Live Chat doesn't work). After a few more days they hadn't replied so I raised a dispute through Paypal. They put a reply on the Paypal dispute pretty quickly but it was quite rude, no apology just the standard 'this has been dispatched, we will investigate, we still give you the chance to cancel this dispute etc etc'. They contacted me again today through Paypal saying 'Please confirm you have received the goods' - sorry, all I can confirm is that I've paid £25 for absolutely nothing!
Don't order from these people!!
Ordered an item on the 28th of November, but heard very little since, other than some generic rubbish response, to repeated specific chases from me asking what is happening with my item. I have paid my money and i expected to receive my item in line with this company's stated delivery information, but that has not happened and i am now left with having to find a replacement gift, which i had not budgeted for, nor have the time now to source.
Needless to say, i will do everything within my power to make sure I either get my item, i get my money back or they cease trading and are held accountable for this mess. The chase is on and I will take this as far as I have too, that is a promise.

ordered a hooded top for my daughter on 21/11/11 for christmas. have not received anything yet apart from a lame excuse that the royal mail were running slow. They will not even confirm if item has been despatched!!. You can not contact them by phone, they may even ignore your e-mail.
As far a Royal Mail is concerned I ordered an item on-line from another company, they sent me an e-mail stating it had been despatched o friday02 /12/12 and it was with me the following day!
Keep clear of Retrobay - wish I had.
Now wheres the phone number for Trading Standards?

I have ordered from them twice and twice they have took payment and sent me nothing. They said they would look into it the first time so gave them the benefit of the doubt the second time but still nothing. They take ages to reply to emails and live chat doesnt even work!
Part of my order was missing. I emailed them a few times to find out why and what they could do about it and got 2 emails a few days later telling me they would look into it. Then a vague promise of a refund and since then, nothing! The way they deal with customers' enquiries and complaints is appalling. I still don't know for sure if they will refund me for the missing order.
