Great price, free delivery, damaged packaging
Head unit was a great price and delivery was free, however the head unit box was just placed in a courier bag with no protection. When it arrived the box had two big puncture holes through it. Luckily it seems the contents survived though I haven't fitted it yet so haven't been able to check it actually works.

Excellent customer service
I brought a Pioneer DEHX9500BT which didn't work properly. I contacted Road Radio and they sent a replacement out and collected the faulty unit in the same day. Needless to say the second unit works brilliantly and I can't fault the level of service that was given to me.

Excellent Retailer
I ordered a KCE-250BT and the product arrived quickly. I then realised that this product didnt have the functionality I was looking for so asked if I could return the unit without the wire kit and replace with KCE-400BT and pay the shortfall.
They were happy to do this so I sent them the old unit and received the replacement unit 2 working days later.
I would highly recommend this retailed. Low prices and top top notch customer service. I'me very happy :)

Quick, no fuss, accurate delivery
I bought a Parrot MKi9000 and fitting harness for a Mini. Road Radio were the cheapest but also provided quick delivery and no fuss. Packaging was great too. I would have no concerns using this company in the future.
Only thing that could have improved the experience was some documentation on how to use the harness, as the parrot documentation is woefully inadequate and the harness came with no documentation,

Great price, speedy delivery.
Ordered a parrot CK100 for my transit van (us busy carpenters need to keep talking) with the appropriate leads, fitted it myself in 45 minutes and does the job great, handsfree kit and the leads including delivery came to under £100. Would recommend and use again.

Totally painless experience. I ordered the item,paid for it and it was delivered next day (although I thought it would be a couple of days!).
I had shopped around and they were the best price on the Kenwood underseat sub woofer.

Excellent service
This was my second purchase from this company which I ordered late on Tuesday evening. It was delivered on Thursday morning. The unit (a Parrot Minikit plus) was well wrapped and worked staright out of the box. I was delighted with the service.I can certainly recommend Road radio to anyone.

Great price, fast delivery - more feedback would have been good
I'd been watching the price of the INE-W925R come down on the Road radio website for a couple of weeks before placing my order when they were cheaper than any other online supplier - so I got a great deal on price.
Delivery was really quick, and the packaging was well marked and secure - but I didn't get any feedback on the expected delivery date, which would have been nice.
If I had been given an expected delivery date, Road Radio would have got 5 stars - and I will certainly be recommending friends and colleagues to check out them before ordering from anywhere else.

Excellent Fast Efficient and Bargain Price
I just wanted to share the excellent experience I had purchasing through this company. My Parrot handsfree kit for my car malfunctioned and the best priced part was available through Road Radio. SInce I use the kit on a daily basis for work phone calls I needed the part urgently. I ordered it in the evening and it came within 24 hours at no extra cost with instructions on how to fit the new part. BRILLIANT. I would strongly recommend this company.
