They Cant Be Beaten
Superb Company its my first time using them but it wont be my last ordered a 4ft viv and it arrived promptly and excellently packaged .
Got it built and my beardies love it .

TRADE WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN? -- NEVER!!
It was with great disappointment that I had to send this email.
This item was ordered on the 6/10/12, and I understood that it would not have been dispatched until the 8/10/12, I did need this quite urgently, so I decided to have it delivered to my work address, unfortunately the item in question was not sent out until Friday 12/10/12, this would have been delivered to my office on the Saturday, when it would have been closed, so I did expect it to arrive today (Monday 15.10.12 )- but again .... nothing.
so I sent an email asking .. please would you update me on your how you intend to proceed with this? to which I did nor receive a reply, so I sent another Email on the 17.10.12 asking for a reply I then received an abrupt answer saying ''See our reply sent on the 15th - This item was sent by Royal Mail 1st class post on Friday. If they tried to deliver it on Saturday they would have left a card and you will have to organise a redelivery. Please call your local sorting office for advice'' From Tony.At this point I have to say , there was not a reply sent on the 15th
I did actually receive the pump ordered on the 16.10.12
it states on the web site that goods are dispatched the next day or will be informed the next day if there will be a delay, neither of these happened,

Efficient company
First time I have used them for tropical fish supplies.Good value for money , delivered when they said , all parts provided to start up tropical fish keeping, would definitely recommend them .

Beware!!!!!
I ordered a Juwel Rio240 Aquarium from these people on Sunday 30th September. I'm still waiting for delivery after being assured when placing my order that my order would be delivered in 3 days!! Allowing for the distance and time where I live in the Highlands, I thought 3 days was ambitious. Anyway tried to contact these people by phone, straight to answer machine, their at a trade conference not back while 13 October. Sent e.mail, finally got an answer from them, saying my order was now at my local delivery depot and they should contact me reference delivery.
Not filled with confidence and have doubts whether this company is legit. Be careful before you order!!!!!!

It would be nice if they new the difference between Marine and Aquariam
First and last time I will use this company. They sent out completely the wrong order, would not dispatch the correct order untill I had sent back at my expense the wrong goods, and have still heard nothing as they are all at a trade fair?
Meanwhile they have my money and my coral is struggling without proper lights

Customer service could do with some attention
I have bought things from this site before and been very happy. This time I bought a tank, but it did not arrive on the promised delivery date, Friday. Having waited in all day I emailed them to let them know and to ask if they had any news on my delivery, they emailed back with the courier's phone number and the tracking number and asked me to call the courier direct. I really think that this was something they should have done as part of their customer service to me, my transaction was with them after all. Also, an apology would have been nice. Anyway, I called the courier and they said that they had it marked for delivery on Monday, and it had never been intended to deliver it on Friday. Disappointing.
Having said that, when it did arrive it was extremely well packaged and the delivery man was happy to lift it over my threshold whereby I could slide it into the house. It was also a good price, though I have since seen it cheaper elsewhere.

Disappointing
The website claims that most of their stuff is in stock, yet a week after ordering I have only received 3/5 items, over 2 separate deliveries.
They also claim to process orders received by 3pm the same day. I ordered at 9am, spoke to a very helpful lady who told me she would be able to despatch one (urgent) item if I paid an extra £4.55 for carrier delivery, which I was happy to do. Item was not despatched, and when I e:mailed to query received a very abrupt reply from a man saying 'we made no such promise'.
Very disappointed indeed.

Awesome
Ordered a new filter, air pump and a few bits and pieces and got it the next working day very happy and surprised as advertised Royal Mail up to 5 days so delighted. Downside was pump had as small manufacturing fault and when contacted RA they replaced both the mid and lower sections very quickly. Will definately use them again.

Great Site, Helpful staff and Great products.
I have brought a few things from the site now over the last couple of years, including 2 great fish tanks.
With each order, everything arrived quickly and very well packaged.

Good product, good price and good delivery :)
My tank was delivered very quickly (on the day specified) and was very well packed so no breakages occurred. Also a great price when compared to other sites for the same tank. I will definately be shopping here again!

great just what the doctor ordered
i was very happy with the way my order was handled. they delivered when they said the would and i like the way they keeped in touch with all the way through. they even emailed me when they couldnt get hold of me after i had called and left a message. the itrem i brought was great and well wrapped. i will be buying from you in the future and will be recomming you.

I havnt received my goods yet
The web site is not "out of uk friendly" i couldn't order online for post to france (and I am pc savvy ) after several emails (which where prompt) then 2 calls I was able to place the order. It still hasn't arrived.

Good value,little let down with delivery
Bought a juwel rio 400(big tank) good price , communication with the company very good, only problem In the delivery section it says delivery driver will assist lifting onto ground floor. Not in my case just dropped it on a pallet on my drive. Overall average experience

Reliable,good prices. easy web site.
I have used Rocket aquatics a few times now and they are now my preferred supplier. I like the fact that if it is on the web site then it is in stock so have not experienced "items on backorder" Service and delivery is fast and reliable and prices are very competitive. No complaints here with Rocket.

None communicative company
Having purchased a fish tank from them but later stage before the delivered the item I called the company for certain things I wanted enguire whether I could change the product or if I could add more items with the same delivery to reach to me. But many phone calls and left messages also on line as well but none was returned back. I think this company is lowest quality of customer services ever I experienced in my life.

Great Company
Ordered a BiOrb 60 Litre tropical tank set up, cheapest place on net, came complete within 2 days, spoke to the owner for advice and he did not try and sell me the dearest tank before ordering. Very helpful chap. Very happy with product and received great service. I think some people on these review sites just proper moan for the sake of it sometimes and give unfair negative advise. Credit where credits due i say. :-)

Do Not Use!!!!!!!
Worst service ever! Do not use! Purchased Tank, Gravel, Food ect.
Nothing turned up, 2 days later gravel arrived with no tank? Would not give refund. We have not heard back from them, delivery company they use is useless as well. Be Warned!!!
