As my opinion above indicates, you hold a large and very varied range of good quality items, which are competitively priced. Ordering on line is usually simple and efficient and despatch and delivery are quick.
My contact with SAA has always been easy and pleasurable , the phone staff are so friendly and ready to assist . The quality of the materials is above reproach , and I look forward to the magazine . I often take the magazine with me if I am travelling or waiting for an appointment , and have been surprised at the number of people who have taken an interest and want to know more about it.

Friendly, helpful and efficient staff at the end of the phone. Interesting and useful bi-monthly magazine for members, packed with handy tips and ideas to inspire you. Recommend anyone to join and take advantage of the many offers and benefits of membership. Check out their website for more details. Why not give it a go?
I have been very satisfied from day one with the service I have received as an individual customer buying regularly from the catalogues .I have never been disappointed. I have also, over the years, arranged for the Thurrock Art Society, TAS, of which I was secretary for 25 years and the Thurrock Society for Artists with Disabilities, TSAD, of which I am the founder, chairman and secretary, to be affiliated and share the benefits of being members. I was awarded the 2010 Bursary of £500.00 worth of materials from the catalogue and was able to continue with the project of making sure that TSAD, which I started in April 2003, has well stocked cupboards and members attend meetings without having to carry heavy bags of art materials. They enjoy using the many new products, both materials and equipment, that I am able to provide for them
Membership with SAA is great they have all the materials you could ever want at a reasonable price. The paint magazine is very helpful for new ideas to paint, membership is reasonably priced and you get lots, you can upload your paintings onto their website for others to see, you can also view other artists paintings. Carry on the good work SAA.
Hi I love that you have ideas for people of all stages of learning to paint, I also like how you use different mediums. I'd be interested to see work done using a lot of different mediums as this is what I tend to do/ experiment with. Also would be interested in some more "fantasy" art as you recently did a small article which I found brilliant. But altogether I get a lot out of your magazines and they've helped me to explore different ideas and styles although I must admit not all of them have been so succesful !! Thank you
It is good to have the catalogue in front of you and order online from the codes in the catalogue. Saves going back and forward through the site to find the codes. Would have been better if could have listed all the codes on the same screen without having to do one at a time but otherwise was straghtforward to use.
Over the past two or three years, I've been a regular purchaser of about £100 of art materials per month from your website for my art group. In autumn last year, I had a series of problems with the old web site.
I have recently tried to use the new website to buy materials. On each occasion (about five in all), there have been issues. The total has not been correct, the website will not present the types of paint I want. More recently (last week) it gave me only 500 loyalty points when I was entitled to 1000. Then, when I give up on the website and order by telephone, I find that I have to re-look at the catalogue to get the codes for the products I want (they were part of the summary on your old site). It takes time and it's frustrating.
On the other hand, your sales people are good to work with and the telephone ordering system does work,
As far as the product, aftersales service and time of delivery are concerned you are doing very well. You just need to tidy up the website and get it to the standard it was before all the issues last autumn.
I love SAA as it is a friendly service of various kinds needed by those interested in doing anything in the artistic line. They sell super products to cover all manner of artistic mediums, delivered promptly and, if you are a member, free of charge. SAA magazine is full of brilliant suggestions, lessons and help for everyone from begginer to the most experienced and, like their TV programmes, very encouraging, showing a tremendous variety of styles and experiments with different mediums. SAA want you to have fun and enjoy yourself while finding out what you can do and who you are. I love them.
The S.A.A are brilliant . I recently joined them due to coming back to my art after a long break and haven't looked back. The quality of customer service is excellent. If there has been a problem with anything with the order it's expertly dealt with and quickly. I 100% reccommend them
