Really good service for the amateur and professional artist
Like Home Shop as delivery is free and you can earn points with easy to understand process. Also watch TV programmes and find them very instructive / useful

Painting can be a lonely pastime but with SAA you are never alone.
Having SAA newsletters and video clips I always feel I am in the company of friends. I have learnt so much from the Painting and Drawing channel artists and thank you for bringing them into my studio.

Easy shopping
Using the shopping facility is easy. Everything is at hand instead of trying to find a good quality art shop....which is virtually impossible. Excellent value too.

What a great society, do you know I can order pastels from you and pay less than buying in New Zealand (that's if I can find what I want) - and that includes the postage. They are delivered in good time for as you know, when you need a pastel you need it NOW. Carry on the good work.

A company that cares about its customers - a rare thing in this modern world
I ordered 2 tickets for the Bristol show and the next day a friend wanted to come too, so I ordered another ticket on-line
No sooner had I pressed the button than she asked for one for her daughter, so I ordered another one minutes later. The SAA rang to check that I really wanted these and hadn't just made an error. Most companies would just process the order.
They offer good service at excellent prices with free delivery. What more could you ask for?

The website is very easy to understand and is user-friendly. There is a huge range of choice and items are considerably cheaper than on the high street.

Good value - fast service
Whatever I've ordered from SAA has arrived promptly. Only once had an incomplete order and that was rectified satisfactorily over the phone. P&P is free to members which means you can place an order without incurring too large an outlay. The catalogue is extensive and you'll always find the latest art materials available and frequently on special offer.

SAA is an excellent company
I've been painting all my life, and must have spent a fortune on pigments and other supplies, so I wish I'd found SAA sooner. The products on sale are professional quality and the website is easier to use than other websites - more commercial companies could learn a lot by looking at the SAA website. Orders arrive in good time and are complete, and I like the members' offers. It seems a friendly company, too, which is important. I've recommended SAA to friends, and will continue to do so. You really must check out this great web site. I buy all my art materials here. My last order of some extra large sheets of pastel paper arrived two days after ordering them!!! Wow how's that for service. I love the SAA.

For anyone who wants to paint, whether experienced or a total novice, SAA is a must. Friendly people running it, efficient too. The articles are interesting and the tuition is easy to follow.

I find the Society for ALL Artists a FANTASTIC SOCIETY to belong to.
If you want a Hobby and you like ART i suggest you join the ASS, They are friendly and helpful they can supply you with any thing at a good price, I get all my art supplys from the SAA.

Rude when company's done email back
I email about a problem that I had with Some rice paper that I ordered a 4 weeks ago and this very rude company couldn't even be bothered to email me back not even to say that they couldn't help with my problem. I will not be using this company again for the many art supply's that I order.

I enjoyed the experience of shopping and participating in workshops at the Bristol show.
It was great to see the materials demonstrated as it gave me the impetus to buy some interactive acrylic paints which I had hesitated over previously. The only disappointment was that my purchases didn't add to my points total.

Need a colour, I'm in a fix. Saa will send it quick.
I love the items in the Saa shop. Do you know that if I can get them cheaper elsewhere Saa will give me the difference, even tho' the other company might charge postage. No matter how little I buy and how cheap the cost, the Saa will stay pay the postage. I always know that they will send goods immediately and I won't have long to wait. I have found that they are an honest and reliable company.

Fantastic value for money and quick delivery - what more could I ask?
I really love the SAA. On their website I can order any equipment I might ever need, read through articles by successful artists and see what exhibitions are happening near to me.
What really impressed me when buying, is the clear and accurate descriptions of the products. When you're a beginner, there's a huge amount of choice, from which kinds of paint to which shape of brush, and I know that I can browse on SAA and find out exactly what I'm buying.

I think I'm now addicted to art, and the SAA catalogue has almost turned into my bedtime reading material!
I've only taken up art, and in particular watercolour painting, in recent weeks as daytime therapy in a local hospice since being diagnosed with terminal cancer. I quickly became enthusiastic, almost addicted! Having discovered SAA online, I became a member and have placed several orders. Their prices are fantastic, and their service is second to none. Any queries I have had have been quickly resolved.
