Great product, great service and a really good quality item. Shame that the seal was incorrectly fitted though. Still, I would use them again as the extinguisher was, otherwise, in perfect condition.

A quick and an efficient service, at a very resonable cost.
The old carbon monoxide detector needed updating and fire extinguisher in the workshop was time expired, so a quick look on the Web resolved the problems. I bought a carbon monoxide detector on the advice of a plumber. The SafeDirect website was easy to use, the prices reasonable and delivery came as they said it would. It would be better to have half day slots rather than full day for delivery. Detector switched on as per instructions.

Speedy delivery and well packaged
I won't know if this works successfully until I have a CO leak but it's very easily set up and the batteries are contained. It says it will last seven years. My last one had separate batteries and I had to replace them but it still only lasted seven years. I can only tell in seven years' time how well this one will function!
