I wanted to send an item back. I sent an email and the next day, there was no reply. So, I went direct to the site and what became apparent to me straight off was the customer login was missing from the front page. So to locate it, I had to click checkout to for the sign in field to appear. There was a £5 delivery charge and it cost me £3 to send it away. Seriously.... ?
Well its been more than 2 months now and still nowt from them in the way of my monies. So Safetysavers, where is my monies?
