With regards to the meal shake powders, please ensure that you are mixing them with either the stainless steel ball that came with the shaker bottle or a hand blender. Please note that they do contain oat flour, which tends to have a slightly thicker consistency to the ready-made shakes. This, along with being high in protein and fibre, helps you feel fuller for longer.

Also, the Sinless Meal Bars are high in protein and fibre, as well as having l-carnitine and green tea extract to help boost the metabolism and aid weight loss.

We are getting lots of new products over the coming months, so please do check back to see if you would prefer any of these new products.

The VLCD (Very Low Calorie Diet) Plan is very strict, and can be difficult for some customers to get through the first few days. We have started to see some great results from customers on this Plan though.

Maybe a LCD (Low Calorie Diet) of around 1000 calories may be better for you? You can use the same products during the day, but combine with a healthy evening meal. This may help stop the hunger pangs, but you should still see a weight loss of around 3lbs each week.

The Meal replacement products are high in protein and fibre to help you feeling fuller for longer, but may be our LCD (Low Calorie Diet) Plan may be more suited to you. You would eat these products to replace 2 of your meals a day, and then a healthy meal for your third. You should still see a weight loss of around 3lbs each week, as this is based on eating around 1000 calories per day.

With regards to the Meal Shakes, these do contain oat flour and so are a slightly thicker texture and consistency than our ready made milkshakes. The oat flour, protein and fibre contained in them helps to keep you fuller for longer.

The Meal bars are also getting positive reviews, and are again high in protein and fibre, as well as l-carnitine and green tea which help to boost metabolism and aids weight loss.

With regards to the powdered drinks, these do contain oat flour and so they won't be a completely smooth drink. However, the shaker and the stainless steel ball should blend them to a drinkable consistency. A home blender can also be used if easier.

We would recommend a sustainable weight loss of 2lbs a week, but sometimes you can lose more at the start of a Plan. Make sure you're including fruit and veg into your daily meals, as well as some dairy products.

We do recommend that customers drink around 2 litres of water a day, as the this will help with digestion, and help to relieve any potential stomach complaints due to the fibre if they aren't used to this sort of food, but it also helps to maintain a healthy you generally.
