First Class Service.

Ordered for the first time 2 weeks ago. Love the product and will certainly continue to order. I had a problem with delivery and had cause to complain by e-mail. Customer services contacted me by phone immediately and offered to return my delivery charge which is higher than normal due to where I live. I was delighted by this.Give them a try. You wont be dissappointed .

Disgusting bars and drinks but customer service good

I bought 2 boxes on a Living Social deal - bars and drinks.Staff were very helpful when I called about nutrition and someone phoned back. But when the product arrived I was disappointed. The bars were disgusting, 'claggy' in the mouth and tasted foul. I even got others to try them to make sure it wasnt just me. They spat them out too. The chocolate drink didnt taste remotely like chocolate, very cardboardy, couldnt drink it. Ive had slim fast before and it was quite pleasant. I got back onto Living Social for a refund but they wouldnt give me one due to me 'only' finding it inedible! Saints and Slimmers claim to have a money back guarantee but this obviously isnt the case when bought through Living Socia, so bewarel. The law says products should be fit for the purpose they were purchased for and in my opinion these products are not. I will persue my refund furthe and will not be recommending the bars and shakes to anyone.I would also say beware of 'deals' bought on Living Social.

My husband is stealing my diet food - it's that good!

I bought a month's trial box from Saints and Slimmers and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and the fact I wasn't hungry AND was losing weight. Then I had to go away for the weekend. During this time, my husband got fed up with pretending to cook and 'borrowed' a few of my meals. By the time I got back, he was a convert so I've had to buy more. I actually look forward to my food and the Chocolate Peanut meal replacement bar with a cup of tea feels like an indulgent treat and fills me up until the next meal.

Add to this great value, fast delivery and great customer service, you can't go wrong.

Tasty food

Trial pack had good variety of tasty meals & snacks. Good that items do not need chilling so easy to store a months supply. Not started the plan as yet, have only tried a couple of the ready meals to date.

Chalky taste and a poor quality version of slimfast.

I thought the shakes did not mix very well and didn't have a particularly pleasant taste. The meal replacement bars were incredibly dense and lacked flavour. They smelt and tasted almost chemically.

I have only used the equivalent of 3 days from a 7 day supply; such was my dislike. The only benefit to ordering this product was the shaker.

Unfortunately I would not recommend this range to anyone.

Good quality stuff, but not for me.

Not tried the meals, just the replacement bars and shakes, which were good quality and very generous in size, but I didn't like them... I couldn't get the shakes to blend properly and the bars were OK but terribly bland and a bit chalky. I think the product is good, and will suit some people but not to my taste I'm afraid. I have to say though, the customer service is excellent, really friendly and helpful.

I have tried other companies and found that with you i was not given enough choices of breakfast, lunch and dinners, possibly because the first one I purchased was a special deal. But time will tell.

Kick start for my journey

I ordered trail box for a week and was skeptical after receiving the products as the lunch was limited to bars & shakes. The 1st half day was bit hard as i felt i dint eat enough but after dinner i was glad i ordered it. The meal was absolutely brilliant - good portion & tasty. I have been using for 5 days & no regrets.
I make sure i have a box of roasted vegetables with some greens during lunch & a fruit as snack. The cereal bars are nice & some days i only have one snack instead of two.
I have definetly lost weight but not sure how much. I will continue my journey of losing weight.

easy to manage

Enjoyed the milk shakes andd some of the meal replacxement bars, not to keen on the porage but would recomend this to people who are unable to cook at lunchtime.

Problems with bith deliveries, could not find address ??? Not delivered in time slot arranged ??

Food boring, bland and tasteless. Will not be using again.

Needed a kick start to cutting down and this works! Tasty,easy meals.

I am glad I came across this website. The special offer that they had on was too good to miss. I wasn't dissappointed. Meals are very tasty and there is plenty of variety in the package. I haven't felt hungry since starting on 29/01. Replacement bars and shakes are very good.

New starter and i like it!!

I've only just started the Saints and Slimmers shakes and bars and i'm liking them. I'm not a fan of strawberry flavoured milkshakes, but the strawberry shake is lush!
The bars do not taste like they are a slimming aid, they're very rich and full of flavour.
I've found they keep my hunger at bay for many hours and when i do then eat my healthy meal in the evening, i'm struggling tot finish.
I recieved my order in quick time, and will be recommending this product and service to any of my friends that are looking to lose weight.

Love the products, love the service!

Delicious sweets that kept me going through the day. Really easy to prepare, taking all the stress and time out of following a low-calorie regime. It's easy!

I bought a deal to try the site and so glad I did. The plans are really easy to stick to- I've not felt any hungrier than I would normally have had, and have had no chocolate cravings. I've bought the 1000 calorie on the go plan, and the meal replacements force you to eat slow so you feel full. I love the flexibility of the plans and the free recipes are really tasty and filling despite being such low calories.

There's also so much information on the site and if you can't find the information you need, the staff are eager to help you any way they can. You can report any problem and they seem keen to fix it. Plus there's an online support group if needed.

Too sweet!!

The shakes don't mix up properly and are lumpy.
The bars are really far too sweet tasting - I could only manage half of one and I was totally desperate for food!

Good stuff!

Got my order very quickly, which is always appreciated! The shakes taste a bit gross, especially vanilla, but on the other hand, I really like the bars! I think it's alright, but wouldn't pay full price for these products!

Didn't lose any weight but nice bars

I tried the 1 week 1000cal
The bars were nice I enjoyed them for my lunch, but the drinks I couldn't stomache so ended up having I piece of brown toast one morning and I wetabix the next to keep calories down but didn't lose a pound. I also drink 3 liters of water and go to the gym 4 times a week with varied exercise. I am hoping next week I have lost a few pounds. I have only 7 pounds to lose so maybe will take a while

Easy option for on the go, the drinks are nice, bars a little heavy going as a bit sweet, but tasty all the same. Haven't felt hungry...so must be good!

really good weightloss programme and i'm not even starving

I would recommend this programme as i have lost 3.5 lbs in 4 days and i only need to lose another 6lbs to be at my ideal weight.

I love my food and have a very busy day at work it has been easy to stick to and i'm not starving or snacking either.

Rubbish

I paid £9.99 for a 2 day delivery on 15 January and to date it has still not arrived a week later . I did request on 16 January that if I was not in the parcel should be delivered to my neighbour. I arrived home today (23 January ) to find a note through the door to say 'Sorry we missed you;' My neighbour was in all afternoon. I telephoned the depot and after some wait I obviously inconvenienced someone who did not offer an apology only a rather curt response. We shall see if my 2 day delivery finally arrives on Friday 25. It had better be good after all this.

cheap and easy.

got the 1200 week trial box much cheaper than diet chef.easy to follow but i hate porridge.shakes dont taste too bad.dont like the pretzels but the snack bars are ok.the meals are good.i would recommend this diet plan and i would go for the month plan its very cheap at the moment.PLEASE DONT PUT THE PRICES UP.

Great taste for slimming food and amazing value

I have only been in diet for 3 days and already lost a pound.
I love the dinners and have not felt hungry.
The mix up shakes and replacement bars are not the best but do the job as they really fill you up.
I have tried diet chef replacement meals so I will be interested to see how my weight loss compares with saints and slimmers.
Overall I definetly prefer saints and slimmers food to diet chef.

Delicious food at a tasty price!

Hamper arrived quickly & great selection of meals ... was less than half the price of other meal delivered diets ive tried. Its only been 3 days so far so don't yet know how effective it will be compared to others (ive tried diet chef & go lower before but prices getting too high now).

Feeling Fantastic !!!!!!

I came across Saints and Slimmers at the end of 2012, and when I was looking to start 2013 by eating healthily and getting to the gym more I thought why not? I ordered a months’ trial- it was a great value deal, I got loads of food and I don’t have to spend time cooking and shopping- too busy for that! I’ve spoken to their Customer Service team, who were great. They looked into my query and came back with the answer straight away.
So far so good, and I’ve been talking about them to all my workmates. A great find!
