Where do I start? Firstly the flyers I ordered arrived TWO WEEKS LATER than stated on their own website and they turned up with a nice white margin around them!! Not apart of the original design, obviously! I also suspect the flyers weren't of the high GSM I had ordered.
After more than THREE MONTHS OF WRANGLING WITH THEM they have reluctantly refunded my costs but they force you to send back, at your OWN COST, the flyers to PROVE TO THEM HOW RUBBISH THEY ARE. They are not refunding my postage costs to do this, despite postage costs in the UK being SO high and despite the fact that NONE OF THIS WAS MY FAULT.

Hi, this company were slow in printing, poor blurry quality and tried to bill me twice.- They were argumentative and difficult and I felt need to work on their customer relations - we have now changed to Graphics and Print - who were so so helpful.
when there is so much choice out there, why take the risk -
Placed an order 4 weeks ago, didn't hear anything so have just phoned and have been told they emailed me.
No email recieved at my end: Turns out they had another persons details on my account!
Quote " You have two accounts with Saxoprint, one was opened in 2008"
Errrr No Saxoprint, I only set the account up 4 weeks ago!
I have taken the incident up with Paypal as Saxoprint failed to understand that a compromised account is a security issue.
I asked to esculate the incident and was told "That is impossible as the owners live in Germany and won't talk to you"
Guess it's my fault for selecting what I thought was a good offer from a reputable company. Guess I was wrong.
Oh and if you wan't to cancel an order after reading this... That will cost you at least £12 !
Wish I had read the reviews before placing my order.
