We've been with Seiretto for around 5 years but will be moving away soon. Our need for storage has grown and despite tumbling storage costs in that period, the disk space included in our package has not increased, neither has the cost of additional storage reduced. We can get more than ten times the disk space for half the price elsewhere. If you are certain that you only need the meagre space allowance you get with Seiretto then I can recommend them; if not, then look elsewhere.

The UK reseller accounts have been rock-solid for over 8 years providing very high uptime, with FAST and efficient support too - you will not get better or comparable elsewhere unless you pay many more times more and go with someone like Rackspace.
Where masses of space is offered on reseller accounts at low cost the reliability suffers and support is all too often poor; you will always pay for what you get in the hosting industry.
Sieretto have been the most helpful and responsive Company we have ever used. We do not have a large spend with this company but their rapid response, information and assistance cannot be beaten.
I would recommend their services to anyone after any sort of Server/ISP/Hosting/DNS service, especially for anyone needing a '.GOV' internet service (of any type) - go to Sieretto first.

Excellent service. I had a temporary bandwith demand which threatened to exceed my limit. I was given an additional allocation for a month free of charge. Well impressed.
I noticed that my web site (hosted by Seirtto) was not responding. I fired off a support ticket and within minutes I received a response stating that they were looking into the problem. And within a couple of minutes after that, I got a message telling me that it was now fixed. So lightning fast response.
Also, it is quite rare that the web server plays up, though.
I have been using Seiretto for eight years and their service has been consistently excellent. I can recommend them without reservation.
I have found both the service and support from Seiretto first class.
Always polite and helpful, and hosting is totally reliable. I can't fault them.
After the server change I had a low priority query but, even though support must have been up to their eyes in requests, I got a full answer within 45 minutes.
I've been dealing with Seiretto for over 10 years and they have never failed my business's or the company's I have presented to them. Service queries are instant, any infrastructure changes to enhance the service provided are advised well in advance why I don't know as they are seamless hence I would say 5x9 99.999 uptime to the end user and their business's. Well done, will be renewing both my firms again this year.

We have used this company now for over a year now to manage the DNS records of some of our academic domain names, and as they offer this free of charge (not on all domains, just .ac.uk and .gov.uk I think) it makes them the most cost effective host for our purposes. Great service, thanks!
