Fantastic!!!
My glasses were fantastic. The craftsmanship was amazing and I was very
pleased. There was so much detail put in it and I noticed that the people at Shades Emporium really took the time to read my comments on how I wanted my glasses., and for that I thank you very much.
I will definitely come back to buy more and tell my friends and family.

Such a Big Selection of Glasses
I had never ordered glasses online before. I thought it would take forever to get my order, that the glasses might arrive broken and I would go through a frustrating procedure to get them replaced, etc. etc. etc.
But to my surprise, they came fast, not broken, and the quality is what I had hoped for. Thank ShadesEmporium. You made my day. I will definitely refer you to my family and friends.

Great product, good service, fast delivery, very accommodating staff
At first I was very hesitant to order my shades online but when I found Shades Emporium everything changed. I spoke to their staff who were very accommodating, and gave me very good opinions on what shades were a best fit.
When I received my glasses (which arrived in 8 days, earlier than I expected) I was more than pleased. They fit well, I love the design, and everyone else liked them as well.

SE Saved Me!
Excellent transaction! Cannot recommend enough. Shades Emporium saved me with a Father’s Day gift, when SunTime Online TOTALLY screwed up (Let me order, said it shipped 2 days later, notified me a week later the product was found defective & wouldn't ship, and took another 3 days to process a refund)!
What a difference with Shades Emporium!! They remained true to the process the entire way & shipped a great product on time!

Perfect!
They advertise as 110% lowest price match guarantee and they really beat others to the punch, I think I made excellent deal buying from them. I exchanged several emails with their customer service before ordering, had a great response, received the product within few days, much quicker then I anticipated, shades were well packaged....couldn't ask for anything more...

Great work!
I had a pair of sunglasses stolen from me recently and i was so upset to find that they were no where to be found on the internet. I guess you could say they were vintage Coach. I talked to a gentleman from customer service and he assured me that although your site no longer had them that he would try to find them for me. Well a few days passed and i didnt hear anything- I though it was the typical customer service that i had come to expect (none at all) to my surprise he left me a message that in deed he had found them and that i could place the order. He also reminded me of the $10 coupon on-line right now. Boy was I pleasantly surprised and shocked!!!

"Everything about Shades Emporium is awesome! This is definitely the best store to use, my whole family's using them. Their customer service is great and very helpful, they keep you updated about everything and the prices can't be beat, but if I did find something else cheaper which I seriously doubt I wouldn't buy anything from any other store. You can not put a price on the great job these people do. Thank you Shades!

No glasses in warehouse
look at their shipping and return policy. you have only 4 hours to ask for a refund or you have to pay a 35$ cancellation fee. So what they do is say your glasses are on back order until you cancel so they can drop the 35$ cancellation fee on you. Not a site i would ever want to do business with.
