I made an order with Allstar Nurician, 4 weeks and still only part of the order received I have tried to cancel by sending 4 emails, 2 telephone message still no response from them. Thet are clearly not fit to be in business. I have never had a problem with online companys. If there is istill no response I will take the matter up with the appropriate authorities DO NOT USE THEM
- 5 Feb 2014: I ordered and paid £ 57,67 - 18 Feb 2014: since item is out of stock, a certain Ryan offers a replacement item. I agree. Since then, no sign of life: no answer, no item, no refunds. In the following 4 weeks I send 4 mails asking for the status. No answer, no sign of life: no item, no refunds. After more than 5 weeks without any reaction from ALLSTARNUTRITION, I decide to cancel my order. - 16 March 2014: I write "More than five weeks no product nor any mail from you. I WANT MY MONEY BACK ! IMMEDIATELY!" Still no answer, no item, no refunds. - 17 March 2014: I send a second mail with the identical text. No answer, no sign of life, no item, no refunds. - 24 March 2014 (today): Still no answer, no item, no refunds though I did my order (and PAID !) almost 7 weeks ago.
Apparently, ALLSTARNUTRITION are dishonest criminals. I WANT MY MONEY BACK ! In twelve years of international online-buying such a behaviour did never happen to me. CAUTION ! CRIMINALS !
20 March I placed a trial order in February. It arrived quickly so I followed it up with a triple order. That was a month ago. I have received an out of stock notice. I have tried to contact the company via email, via the website, and have called both numbers and left messages. NOTHING. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK.
30 March Well still not contact from AllStar Nutrition, and still no sign of the automatic refund they promise you if they can't fulfil your order within 1 month.

january 2014 I wanted to write a new review and does not replace the other, however, after I wrote on trustpilot in november the customer service contacted me by email on 23 november : "Please email me all the items that are missing". I replied immediately but then NOTHING.
I wrote several email and I left two message in their phone box but nothing, I don't have any news.
I am very angry and disappointed, I paid 239,90 £ for all items (ten) but they arrived only three products and not all items in my order.
I asked and paid for a shipment Europe EU Signed Tracked and I was never notified the shipment number to find out where the goods were.
I don't know WHEN and IF the rest of my order with the seven items missing arrive or if they refund me and how!!!!

20 january 2014 nothing. I wrote other e-mail but they don't answer. are they joked? I paid in August 2013 and still have not sent me the missing products their customer service seems to be a ghost!! seems to be impossible to contact them by mail or over the phone
I wrote many e-mails in the past few months to allstarnutrition.
January 29th the company FINALLY told me the tracking number and February 10, I wrote back to allstarnutrition indicating the number of the return shipment made by the Italian Post Office on October 3!!!!

I hope that the missing items are shipped in a short time, because it is so long that expecting them and I'm tired of waiting.
I ordered from Allstar nearly 3 weeks ago and my items are still at the 'processing' stage!! I have contacted them 3 times and have heard absolutely NOTHING. I haven't tried phoning them yet because I live in Spain and I feel the money I spend on the phone call will be just as effective as my emails and cost me yet more money! Allstar your customer contact is absolutely APPALLING, as is your service. Thank you for absolutely NOTHING and I will be contacting Trading Standards in the next week or so.
PS. Your website is super accessible though. You obviously took the time and money to organize a good designer. Pity you didn't put the same kind of effort into your customer's needs.
I ordered a bottle of Vitex at All Star Nutrition and cancelled the order the very next day via email since they don't answer the phone. I didn't hear anything back so emailed them again telling them to cancel the order. I never received confirmation that the order had been cancelled and they charge my credit card. I emailed them again telling them I had cancelled my order, and they responded telling me item had been dispatched. Now I have the Vitex and want to return it and they don't answer the phone or my emails inquiring about how to return the product. All Star Nutrition- please refund my money when you receive the returned, un-opened product as promised on your website so I can write you a good review.
I ORIGINALLY ordered cell salts on the 22nd Feb from this company and they took my money by the 24th had heard NOTHING no confirmation e mail no dispatched e mail so e mailed them via their site using the form they recomended NOTHING my order had snown as pending since the 22nd and by the 25th was still pending !! E mailed them again NOTHING no communication at all and i then called them on the 26th NOTHING no response what so ever from any of my e mails and order still showing pending on the 27th SIX DAYS AFTER PLACING ORDER !!! So this is my newest update with this FIASCO i CALLED THEM THIS MORNING THE 27th straight to a voice mail and left message with my phone number to call me back NOTHING no call by 4pm today. I also sent another e mail direct to their e mail using my mail account NOT the form they recommend on their site, and when I got home today at 4pm there's a e mail from this terrible company NO APLOGY NOTHING just an e mail stating my order is now not pending it's being processed !!! Unbelievable SIX WHOLE DAYS AFTER THEY TOOK MY MONEY IT'S STILL NOT DISPATCHED! I Am so cross with this whole sorry mess I have contacted trading standards today about this company and my advice is AVOID AVOID AVOID because they are clearly not operating at the standard they were when all the reviews before mine were done!! Never had such bad service or such bad customer relations in my life .. So sad I have to write a review like this when they could have called me and sorted it out just an apology that's all I wanted.
I found some good quality supplements at a competitive price, arrived on its due delivery day, and well packaged. I will certainly recommend this company and will use them again if I have the need to buy anything else.
